Grady Clifton Hamilton

Funeral services for Mr. Grady Clifton Hamilton, 92, were 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Clark Brown officiating. Interment icon followed in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Hamilton, a retired millwright with General Motors in the Cadillac division, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004 at National Health Care Center in Dickson. He was a member of Sylvia Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Robie E. Hamilton of Dickson; sons, John Phillip Hamilton of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Charles Rhea Hamilton of Hale, Mich.; stepson, Bob Deason of Dickson; stepdaughter, Janie Fay Robinson of Dickson; brother, Bob Hamilton of Arizona; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Hugh Frances Patterson Jr.

Funeral services for Mr. Hugh Francis Patterson Jr., 74, are 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Dwayne Hinson officiating. Interment icon will follow in Dickson Union cemetery.

Mr. Patterson, a retired employee of Quebecor, was born in Vanleer. He died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2004 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. He was a member of Buena Vista Masonic Lodge #639 and Scottish Rite Mason. He was a U.S. veteran and a member of East Hickman Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Mary Baker Patterson of Bon Aqua; two daughters, Shelia Patterson Barnes and her husband, Sam of Cookeville and Vickie Patterson Johnson and her husband, Teddy of White Bluff; sister, Lucille March of Hendersonville; four grandchildren, Michael David Wilson, Daniel Robert Wilson, Mary Jessica Barnes and Jesse Patterson Barnes; and one great-grandchild, Zoie Carol Wilson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh Francis Patterson Sr. and Margaret Myers Patterson.

Masonic services will be held Friday at 7:30 p.m. from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home.

Larry Samuel (Zeke) Sizemore

Funeral services for Mr. Larry Samuel (Zeke) Sizemore, 59, are 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Enoch Lankford officiating. Interment icon will follow in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Sizemore, a retired deputy and former Dickson policeman, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Gentry Sizemore of Dickson; daughters, Donna Sizemore Dedman and her husband, David of Lyles and Melissa Sizemore Morgan and her husband, Russell of Dickson; sister, Nancy Harris of Dickson; and three grandchildren, Kassi Dedman, Madison Morgan and Kara Dedman.

Johnnie Elizabeth Beasley

Funeral services for Miss Johnnie Elizabeth Beasley, 81, were 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Clarence DeLoach officiating. Interment icon followed in Bon Aqua Church of Christ cemetery.

Miss Beasley of Dickson was born in Hickman County on Aug. 31, 1923. She died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004 in Dickson County Healthcare. She was a member of Walnut Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Ronald Louie Bradford

Funeral services for Mr. Ronald Louie Bradford, 50, were 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29, 2004 at Pinewood Baptist Church. Burial followed in Bradford cemetery in Bon Aqua.

Mr. Bradford of St. Cloud, Fla., was born in Highland Park, Mich., July 24, 1954. He died on Nov. 24, 2004 at St. Cloud Regional Hospital in St. Cloud, Fla. He was employed as a carpenter.

Survivors include his wife, Lois Marie Woodworth Bradford of St. Cloud, Fla.; mother, Emily Bradford of Bon Aqua; daughters, Samantha Bradford and Tiffany Bradford of St. Cloud, Fla.; stepdaughters, Penny and April, both of St. Cloud, Fla.; brothers, Wayne Bradford and Robert Bradford, both of Michigan, David Bradford and Billy Joe Bradford, both of Bon Aqua and Danny Eugene Bradford of Dickson; and sisters, Debbie Powers and Rose Reifer, both of Bon Aqua.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Robert Bradford.

Pearlie Mae Cathey

Funeral services for Mrs. Pearlie Mae Cathey, 63, were 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29, 2004 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Interment icon followed in Richardson cemetery.

Mrs. Cathey of Dickson was born in White Bluff on Nov. 20, 1941. She died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004 at her residence.

Survivors include her mother, Nan Young Canada of White Bluff; son, Willie “Junior” Cooper and wife, Betty of White Bluff; daughters, Rita Dotson of Columbia, Brenda Capps of Lyles, Juanita Donegan of Jackson, Donna White and husband, Jimmy Lee of Lyles and Tonya Lee and husband, Robert E. of Dickson; Frances Whitlock of White Bluff; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Cathey and father, Wilson Ray Canada and brother, Jimmy Canada.

Erma Frances Conatser

Funeral services for Mrs. Erma Frances Conatser, 78, of the Shiloh community in Montgomery County, were 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29, 2004 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home in Clarksville with Bro. Roy Goodmiller officiating. Interment icon followed in the Hopewell Baptist Church cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Jason Sykes, Scott Sykes, Michael Conatser II, Eric Conatser, Gary Conatser, Pete Conatser, Larry Conatser and Chad Huffman, William Whitehead and Barry Whitehead. Honorary pallbearers were members of Shiloh Church of Christ.

Mrs. Conatser died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004 in Trinity Hospital in Erin. She was a native of Montgomery County and daughter of the late John Swift Sr. and Rena Yarbrough Swift. She was married to the late Sandy Brake Conatser. She was retired from Mason & Hughes and Frosty Morn. She was a member of Shiloh Church of Christ.

Survivors include her son, Michael Conatser of the Shiloh community; daughter, Sandra Sykes of Clarksville; two brothers, John Swift Jr. of Detroit, Mich., and Billie Joe Swift of the Shiloh community; two sisters, Allene Lyle of Trenton, Mich., and Dorothy Whitehead of Clarksville; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Hubert Loys Corlew

Funeral services for Mr. Hubert Loys Corlew, 78, were 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Jimmy Overton officiating. Interment icon followed in East Dickson cemetery.

Mr. Corlew, a brick mason, was born in Charlotte. He died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was a member of St. James A.M.E. Church of Dickson.

Survivors include his three sons, Earvin Lawrence Corlew of Los Angeles, Calif., Hubert L. Corlew Jr. of Smyrna and Mark Anthony Corlew of Los Angeles, Calif.; two daughters, Linda Gail Corlew of Akron, Ohio, and Vivian Maxine Sparkman of Centerville; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dee and Lizzie Bowman Corlew.

Clara Mai Adcock Hargrove

Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Mai Adcock Hargrove, 76, were 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Roger Michael officiating. Interment icon followed in Dugan cemetery.

Mrs. Hargrove, a homemaker, was born in Dickson County. She died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004 at National Health Care Center in Dickson. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Hickman Edward “Ed” Hargrove Jr. of Dickson; two sons, Edward Dale Hargrove and his wife, Dorelle of Burns and Gary Timothy Hargrove and his wife, Tammy of Alaska; daughter, Sandra Wayman of Dickson; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Lillie Simon Adcock.

Wayne Eugene Hughes

Graveside services for Mr. Wayne Eugene Hughes, 48, are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with Chaplain Nancy Michaels. Arrangements are being handled by Dickson Funeral Home.

Mr. Hughes of Fairview was born in Williamson County on June 2, 1956. He died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004 in Claiborne and Hughes Health Center in Franklin.

Survivors include his parents, Cecil and Shirley Hughes of Fairview; and brother, Dean Hughes of Fairview.

Eula Lucille King

Funeral services for Mrs. Eula Lucille King, 80 were 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Bobby Kelley officiating. Interment icon followed in Santa Fe cemetery in Maury County.

Mrs. King, a homemaker, was born in Hickman County. She died on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004 in Life Care Center in Centerville. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her daughter, Clara Givens and her husband, Dorris of Dickson; four sons, David King and his wife, Peggy of New Johnsonville, Wallace King and his wife, Sue of Gordonsville, Whelan King and his wife, Wanda of Lyles and Larry King and his wife, Mary of Grant, Ala.; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff David King; daughter, Velma Jean McDonald; and parents, Walter and Willie Mae Ragsdale Kelley.

Mary Elizabeth Lemanquais

Mary Elizabeth Lemanquais, 83, of Nashville died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. No services are planned. Her remains were cremated. Arrangements were handled by Spann Funeral Home.

Survivors include her four sisters, June Rice of Waverly, Lois Roberts of Knoxville, Martha Taylor of Dayton, Ohio, and Ellen Davis of Sullivan, Mo.

Shirley Ann Burt Morris

Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Ann Burt Morris, 75, are noon Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Doug Couch officiating. Interment icon follows in Middle Tennessee Veterans cemetery at 2 p.m.

Mrs. Morris, a dental hygienist, was born in St. Louis, Mo. She died Monday, Nov. 29, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.

She was a member of White Bluff Church of Christ, White Bluff Church of Christ Joy Group and the Courthouse Quilters Guild.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Robert Morris of Dickson; two brothers, Charles E. Burt of Dickson and John Wallace Burt of Huffman, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe Clemmons and Fannie Odell Hickerson Burt.

Memorials may be made to Potters Children’s Home.
