Claire St. Clair Wilson

Funeral services for Mrs. Claire St. Clair Wilson, 73, were 11 a.m. Monday, April 11, 2005 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Rev. Jacquiline Sojourner and Rev. Horace Perkins officiating. Interment icon followed in Middle Tennessee Veterans cemetery.

Mrs. Wilson, a retired mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service in White Bluff, died Thursday, April 7, 2005 at her home in White Bluff. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, the former White Bluff Garden Club, NARFE and White Bluff United Methodist Church, where she served on various committees.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Alton Davis Wilson of White Bluff; son, David Alton Wilson and his wife, Polly Ann of Hull, Mass.; daughters, Deborah Ann Woodfin of White Bluff and Carol Ellen Christy and her husband, Larry Wayne of White Bluff; brother, James Scott St. Clair and his wife, Anita of White Bluff; six grandchildren, Brandon Christy, Chris Christy, Michael Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Hallie Wilson and Dan Dawson; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James K. St. Clair and Beulah Adkins St. Clair.

Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.

Katherine Bryant

Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Bryant, 80, of Dickson were 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2005 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Edgar Beard and Bro. James Wall officiating. Her remains were conveyed to McKoon Funeral Home in Newman, Ga., where services were conducted on Thursday, April 7. Interment icon followed in Westminster Garden cemetery in Peachtree, Ga.

Survivors include three sons, Warren Bryant of Dickson, Larry Bryant of Nashville and Michael Bryant of Nashville; two daughters, Patsy Fuller of Franklin, Ga., and Linda Hampton of Dickson; two sisters, Irene Stokes of Palmetto, Ga., and Dora Slayton of Tyrone, Ga.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mary Louise Blowers Dillon

A memorial service for Mrs. Mary Louise Blowers Dillon, 90, was held 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2005 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Dr. Lowell Roddy officiating. Her remains were cremated. Her remains were interred privately Thursday, April 7 in Middle Tennessee Veterans cemetery.

Mrs. Dillon, a native of Linden, Iowa, died Monday, April 4, 2005 in National Health Care Center in Dickson. She was retired from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. She was a member of Charlotte Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Ret. Col. Edward Henry (Ed) Dillon of Dickson; and son, Michael Dillon and his wife, Patt of Pegram.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Walter May Blowers and Clara Bell Parks Blowers.

Richard Ray Harrell

Funeral services for Mr. Richard Ray Harrell, 40, of Dickson were 2 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2005 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Sanders Peeler and Bro. Jarell Lankford officiating. Interment icon followed in Union cemetery.

Mr. Harrell died Monday, April 4, 2005 at his home. He was born April 6, 1964 in Dickson County. He was the “lead man” for the A.O. Smith Company. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Ann Harrell of Dickson; son, Samuel Jeffrey Harrell of Dickson; daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Harrell of Dickson; mother, Wanda Harrell of Dickson; grandmother, Gladys Glasgow of Charlotte; father and mother-in law, Virgil and June Adkins of Dickson; and sister, Lisa Smith of Seagoville, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Lanier Harrell.

Oscar DeWayne Lamirand

Funeral services for Oscar DeWayne Lamirand 50, were held Thursday, April 7, 2005 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Warren Medley, Rev. Maurice P, Murphy and Rev. Gaetan Tremblay officiating. Interment icon followed in Rock Church cemetery in Dickson.

Mr. Lamirand died Monday, April 4, 2005 at Muhlenberg County Community Hospital in Greenville, Ky. He was a general distributor for several businesses in Dickson and a longtime member of Dickson First Baptist Church.

Survivors include siblings, Joyce and Wandle Brock of McCloud, Okla., Randy and Rhonda Pickens of Newbury Park, Calif., Robby and Donna Pickens of Dickson, Chip Lamirand of Fort Worth, Texas, Helen and Maurice Murphy of Burns, Linda and Ruben Caban of Oklahoma City, Okla., Kathy and Gaetan Tremblay of Clarksville and Lillie and Mike Swaw of White Bluff; stepsiblings, Diane Brock Melton of Broken Arrow, Okla., Janice Brock Holka of Tulsa, Okla., Wanda Brock Garton of Terrytown, La., Jim Bob Brock of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Charles Brock of Pasadena, Texas; uncle, T.J. “Bill” Lamirand of Shawnee, Okla.; cousins, Houston “Hootie” Howell, Carl “Bubsy” Howell, Debbie Howell and Karlan Howell, all of Fort Worth, Texas; several nieces and nephews, Becky and Nathan Pickens, Julie, Justin and Jason Pickens, Shane and Cheryl Tremblay, Daniel and Stephen Swaw, Matthew, Mitchell and Marisa Caban and Abigail, Matthew and Elizabeth Murphy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramona Geraldine McCraw and Marvin J. Lamirand; grandparents, Robert Henry and Lena Lantha DeHeart McCraw and Oscar O. and Lillie Mae Newell Lamirand; sister, Janet Marlene Lamirand; aunts and uncles, Carrie Mae Lamirand Sims, Charles Lamirand and Emmit and Ruth Viethelmer, Jack and Gladys Lamirand and Carl and Betty Howell.

Shirley Ann Mash McCaslin

Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Ann Mash McCaslin, 69, are 1 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2005 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Steve Baggett officiating. Interment icon will follow in Bon Aqua Church of Christ cemetery.

Mrs. McCaslin, co-owner of the former Jan-Ann’s Dress Shop in Dickson, died Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. She was a 1953 graduate of Hickman County High School and a graduate of Draughon’s Business College. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was an avid bridge player and sports enthusiast.

Survivors include her husband, Roy A. McCaslin II of Dickson; two sons, Vance McCaslin and Marcus Charlton McCaslin, both of Dickson; three sisters, Mary Kay Crow of Bon Aqua, Dora Forriest of Mt. Juliet and Dorothy Martin and her husband, Marshall of Dickson; two grandchildren, Shelby Lynn McCaslin and Taylor Miles McCaslin; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Algie C. and Donnie Tucker Mash; and sisters, Gertrude Johnson and Wyetta Curtis.

Coramae Dodson Pesz

Funeral services for Coramae Dodson Pesz, 82, of Kingston Springs are 10 a.m. Monday, April 11, 2005 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Eric Limbo officiating. Interment icon will follow in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Pesz died Saturday, April 2, 2005 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. She was born in Bon Aqua.

Survivors include three sons, Jerrold Pesz of Kingston Springs, Ray Pesz of LaVergne and Kimmyth Pesz of Springfield; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Neil Willey

Funeral services for Mr. Neil Willey, 76, of Mt. Juliet were 2 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2005 at Bond Memorial Chapel in Mt. Juliet with Rev. Bart Gibbs officiating. Interment icon followed in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Services under the direction of the Bond Memorial Chapel.

Mr. Willey died Monday, April 4, 2005 at his home. He was a member of Hobson Pike Baptist Church. He was an employee of the Department of Transportation for the State of Tennessee for 35 years and a former member of the Davidson County Coon Hunters Club.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Jettie Williams Willey of Mt. Juliet; daughters, Cathey Ellis and her husband, Mike of Nashville, Jennifer Herbert and her husband, Steve of Old Hickory; sons, Dr. Richard Willey of Mt. Juliet and Charles Wade Willey of Old Hickory; adopted daughters, Tristan and Erica; brother, Jack Willey and his wife, Rena of Dickson; sister, Peggy Elliott of Dickson; grandchildren, Michelle Thornton, and her husband, David, Christine Ellis, Andrea Herbert, Brian Herbert, Cory Herbert, Sheree Willey and Desiree Willey; great-grandchildren, Sara Thornton, Dee Thornton, Isabel Ellis, Beau Robinson, Gage Robinson, Seth Robinson and Jonathan Lucio.

Active pallbearers were Larry Willey, Mike Anderson, Cory Herbert, Brian Herbert, David Thornton, P.J. Robinson, A.O. “Gippy” Gipson and Bill Elliott. Honorary pallbearers were Bob Wagoner, John Wagoner, Dr. Steve Alcorn, Greg White, Craig Smith, Danny Hargrove and Alex Lucio.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Hensley and Myrtle Hassell Willey; siblings, Bernard Willey, Harry Willey, Dennis Willey, Edna Willey, Virginia Allman and Mary Ewing Willey.

Jim Bone

Funeral services for Mr. Jim Bone, 77, of Cumberland Furnace were 3 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2005 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Brother Garland Breeden officiating. Burial followed in Union cemetery.

Mr. Bone died Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at his home.

Survivors include two sons, Lynn Bone of Cumberland Furnace and Wayne Bone of Clarksville; two grandchildren, Melissa Faye Bone Hembree of Charlotte and Jennifer Leigh Ann Bone Crow of Clarksville; three great-grandchildren, Nicholas Tyler Walker of Cumberland Furnace, Caleb Michael Austin Crow of Clarksville and Dylan Allen Hembree of Charlotte; and a sister-in-law, Marie Watson of Clarksville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia May Bone; and his son, Allen Bone.

Wilma Catherine Conway

Graveside services for Wilma “Willi” Catherine Conway, 35, of Bon Aqua were 1 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2005 in Memory Gardens cemetery in Centerville with Travis Whitehead officiating. McDonald Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Conway, a homemaker, died March 26, 2005 at her home. She was born June 16, 1969 in Los Angeles, Calif.

Survivors include her father, George Tabisola of San Diego, Calif.; mother, Marie (Bomberger) Logan of Lyles; son, James Michael Conway of Bon Aqua; daughters, Devri Tabisola of Winslow, Ark., Tabith Conway of Bon Aqua and Caitlyn Conway of Berryville, Ark.; and partner-in-life, Sam Conway of Bon Aqua.

Edward Charles Schneck

Funeral services for Mr. Edward “Ed” Charles Schneck, 55, of Vanleer were 2 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2005 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Jacob Krehbiel officiating. Burial was in Cedar Hill cemetery.

Mr. Schneck died Friday, April 1, 2005 at his home.

Survivors include his wife, Irene Schneck of Vanleer; four sons, Terry Dunnagan of Vanleer, Edward Charles Schneck III of Clarksville, David Perry Schneck of Cunningham and Johnny Ray Schneck of Cunningham; brother, Henry Schneck of Texas; sisters, Peggy Greer of Florida and Rena Clark of Michigan; and four grandchildren.

Grace Irene Baldwin Sicard

Mrs. Grace Irene Baldwin Sicard, 80, died Saturday, April 2, 2005 at National Health Care Center in Dickson.

Her remains were sent to Wilbert Funeral Home in Plaquemine, La., for funeral services, which were held April 5. Burial was in Grace Memorial Park in Plaquemine, La. Arrangements were handled by Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson and Wilbert Funeral Home.

Mrs. Sicard was born in West Point, Texas, and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Randy H. Sicard of Baton Rouge, La.; daughter, Janice White and her husband, Gene of Dickson; four brothers, Howard Baldwin of Temple, Texas, Carl Baldwin of Palacios, Texas, Joseph Baldwin of Pearland, Texas, and James Baldwin of Somerville, Texas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul M. Sicard; and her parents, Harold Reid and Alberta Sealock Baldwin.

Henry Eugene Westerman

Funeral services for Mr. Henry Eugene Westerman, 86, of Dickson were 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Clark Brown and Bro. Scott Pearl officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill cemetery.

Mr. Westerman died Sunday, April 3, 2005 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. He was born Aug. 6, 1918 in Dickson County. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He was a farmer and worked with the Dickson County Highway Department paving crew.

Survivors include his wife, Jeraldine Westerman of Dickson; stepdaughter, Judy Arioli and her husband, Paul of Lancaster, S.C.; brother, John Westerman and his wife, Frances of Dickson; and sisters, Marie Gentry of White Bluff and Maxine Gentry of Dickson; three stepgrandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Roasa Lyle Westerman; and brother, L.J. Westerman.
