RAYMOND ADRAIN EVERETT
HUNTINGDON - Raymond Adrain Everett, 74, died Saturday, December 8, at McKenzie Regional Hospital . Funeral services were Monday, December 10, at 2:00 p.m. at the New Independence Full Gospel Church with Bro. Robert Wayne Pryor and Bro. Dean Seller officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery .
Mr. Everett was born January 20, 1933 in Huntingdon to the late Maxwell Adrain Everett and Barbara Little Everett. He retired form the Carroll County Co-op and was a member of the New Independence Full Gospel Church and the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include: his wife of 37 years, Debra (Bullington) Everett; two daughters, Treva Everett of Huntingdon and Tara Everett of Hollow Rock; one sister, Maxine Walker of Trezevant; one brother, Earl Everett of Huntingdon; and two grandsons.

BEN BOBO FREEMAN
1936-2007
TUCSON, ARIZONA: Ben Bobo Freeman, 72, died December 3 at his residence. Funeral services are Thursday, December 13, 1 p.m. at Brummitt Funeral Home, McKenzie.
Mr. Freeman was born January 12, 1936 in McKenzie to the late Howard and Ruth Bobo Freeman. He was owner of Ben Freeman's Saddle Mules in Tucson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Dick Freeman.
Survivors include: his wife, Mary Freeman of Tucson, Arizona; two brothers, Jimmie Freeman and Eddie (Pam) Freeman, both of McKenzie; and one grandson and namesake, Ben Sierra of Tucson, Arizona.
Brummitt Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ben's name to the ALS Foundation or the charity of your choice.
Visitation will be at Brummitt Funeral Home Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service.

JOHN "MIKE" FIGARD
McKENZIE - John "Mike" Figard died Thursday, November 22, at Capital House Nursing Home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after a lengthy illness. A memorial service was held at First United Methodist Church in McKenzie on Sunday, December 2, at 2 p.m. with Bro. Scott Alford officiating. Burial was in Indian Bayou Methodist Church cemetery where he was a member.
Mr. Figard was born and raised in Crowley and later moved to Rayne, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Don Leroy and Evelyn Foreman Figard; and one brother, Don Leroy Figard, Jr.
Survivors include: his wife of 18 years, Darlene (Coble) Figard; two sons, Donnie (Ledie) Figard and Randall James Figard of Lafayette, Louisiana; two stepchildren, Jason Dwayne Hubbs of Huntingdon and Jennifer Marie White of McKenzie; one sister, Donella Jo (Russell) Abshire of Lafayette, Louisiana; two grandsons and one granddaughter of Arnoudville and Lafayette, Louisiana.
In lieu of flowers, monetary gifts can be made at McKenzie Banking Company. A memorial fund has been established to help cover funeral expenses as Mr. Figard did not have life insurance.
Geesy Fergerson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

JACKIE TILLMAN SCATES
1951-2007
McKENZIE - Jackie Tilman Scates, 55, died Sunday, December 9, at Camden General Hospital. Funeral services are Wednesday, December 12, at 2 p.m. at Brummitt Funeral Home, McKenzie, with burial in Everett's Chapel cemetery in McKenzie.
Mr. Scates was born December 13, 1951 in Paris. He was a Physical Therapist. He was preceded in death by his father, Tilman L. Scates, and one brother, Ronnie Ray Scates.
Survivors include: his wife, Becky Shooter Scates of McKenzie; his mother, Mary Adeline (Ann) Barker Ferrell of McKenzie; one stepson, Jeff Wilson of Nashville; one sister, Cathy Kassinger; two stepgrandchildren, Kristen Harris and Cortney Wilson; one niece, Juli (Aaron) Eck; and two great-nephews, Alex and Max Eck.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:30 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until time of service.

BILLY WAYNE WHITE
1959-2006
TREZEVANT - Billy Wayne White, age 46, died April 25, at his residence. Graveside services were Thursday, April 27, 2:00 p.m. at Howse cemetery in Atwood.
Mr. White was born May 14, 1959, in Trezevant, to Doris Jean Davis and the late Billy Joe White. He was a former Ceco Door Products worker and a member of Howse Baptist Church, Atwood.
Survivors include his mother, Doris Jean Davis of Trezevant; two sons, Phillip White and Michael Wayne White, Sr., both of Trezevant; a sister, Barbara Lynne Darsey of Valdosta, Georgia; a grandson, Michael Wayne White, Jr.; one niece; and one nephew.
Brummitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

BETTY LOU HIME MILNER
1939-2006
McKENZIE - Betty Lou Hime Milner, age 67, died Monday, April 24, at McKenzie Regional Hospital. Funeral services were Thursday, April 27, 2:00 p.m. at Chase Funeral Home, Huntingdon. Burial was in Shiloh cemetery with Wayne Perkins providing the eulogy.
Mrs. Milner was born April 17, 1939 in Beardstown, Tennessee to the late Briley Alfred Hime and Della Maude (Cordray) Hime. She was a retired production worker for the Nestaway worker and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Alfred Hime and James Hime.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Lynn Milner; one daughter, Paula Kay (Mark) Farris of Trenton; two sons, Roy Alfred (Brandy) Milner of Camden, Gregory Lynn Milner (Charlotte) of Huntingdon; three sisters, Christine Hime Denson of West Allis, Wisconsin, Virginia Hopper (Leon) of Cordova, Tenn., and Peggy (Jimmy) Taylor of Union City; four grandchildren, Kristopher C. Byrd, Amanda Hilliard, Richard E. Milner; and three great-grandchildren, Kody L. Byrd, Michael Byrd, and Austin K. Byrd.
Chase Funeral Home of Huntingdon was in charge of arrangements.

SHIRLEY ANN WILKES
1943-2006
HUNTINGDON - Shirley Ann Wilkes, 63, died Sunday, April 30, at her home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 3, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Burton officiating. Interment icon will follow in the Palmer Shelter cemetery.
Mrs. Wilkes was born February 1, 1943, in Huntingdon, to the late John Wiggleton and Edith (Byars) Wiggleton. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith in Christ Ministries Church.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Sue Scott, and one step-son, Mark Wilkes.
Survivors include her husband, James L. Wilkes; one daughter, Sandy Harrison of Huntingdon; one stepdaughter, Debbie Herald of Alabama; four sons, James Sullivan, Chuck Sullivan, and Rodney Brown, all of Huntingdon, and Mike Sullivan of Dickson; two stepsons, Jimmy Wilkes and Miles Wilkes, both of Clarksburg; two brothers, James Rich of Buchanan, and Junior Wiggleton of Huntingdon; eighteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Tya Rhea Weatherford
2006-2006
McKENZIE - Tya Rhea Weatherford, age 3 months, died Friday, April 21, at McKenzie Methodist Hospital. Services were conducted Wednesday, April 26, at Baskerville Funeral Chapel.
Tya Rhea was the daughter of Takeishia Weatherford and Dion Jones.

Earline Williams
1929-2005
TREZEVANT - Earline Williams, 76, died Tuesday, December 6, at Oak Manor Healthcare Center. Funeral services were conducted December 10 at Reedy Creek Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Nelson Fall officiating. Interment icon followed in the church cemetery. Dilday Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Williams was born January 3, 1929, in Carroll County, to the late George and Ella Luter Bigham. She was a homemaker and a member of Reedy Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Williams, who died January 16, 1992; a son, Samuel Williams; six brothers: Emanual Bigham, Sam Bigham, Robert Bigham, Curtis Bigham, George Bigham, and Charlie Bigham; and four sisters: Minola Hillsman, Dullie Adkisson, Pearl Bigham, and LaFrances Meadows.
She is survived by a daughter, Margaret Joyner of Atwood; a son, James Williams of McLemoresville; a sister, Luvergene Adkisson of Trezevant; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Annie Christine Webb
1917-2005
McKENZIE - Annie Christine Webb, 88, died Monday, December 5, at McKenzie Regional Hospital. Memorial services were conducted December 10 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in McKenzie with Brummitt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Webb was born January 27, 1917, in Weakley County, to Arthur Curtis and Annie Bell Winsett Wilson, both deceased. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Author Louis Webb of McKenzie; two daughters, Frances Jane Webb of McKenzie and Katherine Garner of Sterling Heights, Michigan; one sister, Maurine Trevathan of Memphis; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Webb.

Jewell Jean Traywick
1925-2005
McLEMORESVILLE - Jewell Jean Traywick, 80, died Sunday, December 4, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Huntingdon. Services were conducted December 6 at Union Academy Baptist Church with interment icon in Union Academy cemetery. Brummitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Traywick was born October 18, 1925, in McLemoresville, to George Edwards Rogers and Wilard Carter Rogers, both deceased. She was a homemaker and member of Union Academy Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Debbie (James) Smith of McKenzie; one sister, Margaret (Richard) Flippin of McKenzie; five grandchildren: Christy (Dale) Wren, Terry (Patsy) Traywick, Julie (Brad) Cantrell, Josh (Brandi) McDaniel, Joanna McDaniel; and four great-grandchildren: Cassidy Wren, Bobbie Rayanne Traywick, Austin Cantrell, and Aaron Cantrell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin F. Traywick; one son, Thomas Traywick; three brothers: Hershel Rogers, Gordon Rogers and Sam Rogers; and three sisters: Pauline Younger, Lucy Williams, and Nell Hatfield.

Florine Elizabeth Soupart Tucker
1927-2005
CONROE, TEXAS - Florine Elizabeth Soupart Tucker, 78, died Thursday, December 1.
Graveside services were held December 7 in Tucker cemetery in Westport, Tennessee with Pastor Jim Koone officiating. Chase Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Tucker was born July 6, 1927, in Smithmill, Pennsylvania, to the late Alfred H. Soupart and Anna Kost. She was employed for 30 years by Marshall Drugs and worked 19 years at Fairview Hospital.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Massaro.
She is survived by her husband, Vernon Tucker of Conroe; four sisters: Alfreda Matevish of Manahawkin, New Jersey, Donna (Richard) Fowler of Smithmill, Shirley Polacek of Houtzsdale, Pennsylvania, and Janet Daye of Smithmill; two brothers, Mike (Karen) Soupart of Tyrone, Pennsylvania, and Jimmy (Joyce) Soupart of Conroe; special niece, Debbie Roy of Cleveland, Ohio; and many other nieces and nephews.
