McKENZIE - Barry Joe Wheat, 57, of McKenzie died Thursday, August 10, at McKenzie Healthcare Center. Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, August 13 at McKenzie Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley Medlin and Bro. Nathan Horton officiating. Interment icon followed at Caledonia cemetery.
He was born December 24, 1948 in McKenzie. He was a millwright and a member of Calvary Tabernacle.
He was preceded in death by his father, B.J. Wheat, and one sister, Faye Wheat Nored.
Survivors include: his wife, Brenda Wheat; his mother, Ethel Modene McCleod Wheat; two daughters, Cheryl (David) McFarland of Milan and Candi (Nick) Lowe of McKenzie; two step-sons, Terry (Denisea) Lynn and William Russell Winstead, both of Dresden; two brothers, Larry Wheat and Sam (Lisa) Wheat, both of McKenzie; two sisters, Mary Burnine of Gleason and Janie Filtz of Dresden; three grandchildren; and nine step-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society Relay for Life Carroll North.

MINNIE TAYLOR PRITCHARD WILLIAMS
1913-2006
HUNTINGDON - Minnie Taylor Pritchard Williams, 93, of Huntingdon died Wednesday, August 9, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, August 12 at Dilday Funeral Home in Huntingdon with Bro. Dan Winkler officiating. Burial followed in Carroll Memorial Gardens.
She was born February 16, 1913 in Decatur County to the late George M. and Mary Idella Taylor Pritchard. She was co-owner of Elmer's Jewelry Store and a member of Huntingdon Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Elmer Williams; one son, James Pritchard Williams; three brothers, Andrew Pritchard, Fred Pritchard, and Paul Pritchard; four sisters, Laura Griggs, Nina Sutton, Lettie Patterson, and Elan Cotham.
Survivors include two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

TIMOTHY DEMETRIUS RICH
HUNTINGDON - Timothy Demetrius Rich, 42, of Huntingdon died Wednesday, August 9, at his residence. Funeral services were conducted Friday, August 11 at Dilday Funeral Home in Huntingdon with Bro. Rufus Chandler officiating. Interment icon followed in Jamison cemetery.
He was born June 16, 1964 in Huntingdon. He was an auto technician and a member of Huntingdon First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Bobby Glenn Rich.
Survivors include: his wife, Michelle Rich of Huntingdon; one daughter, Heather Rich of Huntingdon; two sons, Thomas Rich and David Rich, both of Huntingdon; one sister. Deedra Rich of Jackson; and maternal grandmother, Cleo Horn of Huntingdon.

RACHEL PICKETT
1930-2014
Rachel Britt Pickett, 83, of Huntingdon, Tenn., died Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Huntingdon Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Ms. Pickett was born February 1, 1930, in Gibson County, Tenn., to the late George and Mae (Vann) Britt. She was a retired LPN for the Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dick Pickett, three brothers, Leo Britt, Robert Britt, and Thomas Britt, and a sister, Bessie Ward.
She is survived by two sons, Jim (Susan) Pickett of Huntindon and George (Wendy) Pickett of Jackson, Tenn. She also leaves three grandchildren.
Funeral services were January 28 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment icon followed in the Liberty All cemetery. Brother Scott Carter officiated the services.

PATRICIA CUNNINGHAM
1940-2014
Patricia Marie Leger Cunningham, 73, of Huntingdon, Tenn., died Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Cunningham was born February 29, 1940 in Montréal, Canada to the late Paul Emile and Vitoria (Sacco) Leger. She was a retired health care aide and a member of the Huntingdon First United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Leger, and a brother, Ned Leger.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Jeane Miller (husband Richard) of Camden, Tenn. and Elizabeth Stokes Pulliam (husband Russell) of Bealeton, Virginia; a son, Kyle C. Stokes of Portageville, Missouri; a daughter, Tye Marie Cunningham of Columbus, Ohio; and two sisters, Antoinette Stokes of Huntingdon and Florine Collins of Ogden, Utah. She also leaves eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Memorial services were January 22 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.

FRANKIE GERALDINE "GERRY" SPAIN
1927-2014
Frankie Geraldine "Gerry" Spain, 86, of Huntingdon, Tenn., died Sunday January 25, 2014 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton, Tenn.
Ms. Spain was born September 8, 1927 in Carroll County, Tenn., to the late John Hershel and Jessie (Fry) Spain. She retired from General Electric Company in the quality control department. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Jamie Carolyn Mason, Madlyn Rosel, and Ernestine Spain; one brother, Kenneth Carmen Spain; and a great niece, Rachel Page.
She is survived by two sisters, Jan Carpenter of Cedar Grove, Tenn. and Mary Flippin (husband Paul) of Huntingdon, and two brothers, Johnny Spain and Tommy Spain, both of Cedar Grove. She also leaves her caregivers, her niece, Niki Page (husband John), and a great nephew, Caleb Page.
Funeral services were January 28 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment icon followed in the Seventh Day Adventist cemetery. Bro Robert Barger officiated the service.

JONATHAN R. GREGORY
1961-2014
Jonathan R. Gregory, 52, of Bruceton, Tenn., died Thursday, January 16, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Gregory was born January 18, 1961 in Seattle, Wash. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Richardson, and his adopted father, John Robert Gregory.
He is survived by his daughters, Alanna and Shanna Gregory, both of San Francisco, Cal.; his mother, Jacqueline Gregory of Clarksville, Tenn.; his father and stepmother, Royce Wayne and Nell Hinson of El Centro, Cal.; his siblings, Sheryl Buesch, Rod Hinson, Kevin Hinson, and Kristina Lozano; his companion, Phyllis Jones; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services are Saturday, February 1 at Bruceton First Baptist Church from 3-4 p.m.

LINDA GAIL GARNER
1948-2006
McKENZIE - Linda Gail Garner, age 57, of McKenzie died Saturday, August 12, at her residence. She was born September 3, 1948 in New Jersey to Alton Howell and Pauline Howell, both deceased. A memorial service will be scheduled later. Brummitt Funeral Home was in charge of the body.
Survivors include: two sons, James Garner of Paris and Thomas E. Garner, Jr. of McKenzie; a daughter, Misty Glissen of McKenzie; three sisters, Rita Hensley and Joyce McGee of Lewisburg, and Patty Seahorn of Newport, Tenn.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Kenny Howell.

REBECCA JANE POOLE
1936-2006
McKENZIE - Rebecca Jane Poole, 69, of McKenzie died Friday, August 11, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson. Funeral services were held Monday, August 14 at Long Heights Baptist Church with Bro. Lammie Lamersfield and Bro. Kenny Carr officiating. Burial followed in Shiloh cemetery.
She was born September 24, 1936 in Henry County to the late Hobert and Lela Arnold Pace. She was a retired factory worker at Republic Builders.
She had two siblings that are now deceased: John William Pace and Earl Lovelace Pace.
Survivors include: her husband, Sam Poole of McKenzie; three sons, Tony (Jackie) Poole of McLemoresville, Terry (Cindy) Poole of Trezevant, and Timmy Poole of Medina; two daughters, Angela (Terry) Chesser and Rhonda (Doug) Swafford, both of McKenzie; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to LeBonheur Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
McKenzie Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

EARL LOVELACE PACE
1933-2006
McKENZIE - Earl Lovelace Pace, 73, of McKenzie died Friday, August 11, at The Med in Memphis. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, August 14 at Liberty United Methodist Church with Bro. Dennis Beal officiating. Interment icon followed in Shiloh cemetery.
He was born April 13, 1933 in Henry to the late Hobart and Lela Arnold Pace. He was a grocery store owner. He had two siblings that are now deceased: John William Pace and Rebecca Jane Poole. Survivors include one son, Gregory Pace of Collierville, and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to LeBonheur Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
McKenzie Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

OTIS CLONE CROCKER
1936-2006
McKENZIE - Otis Clone Crocker, age 69, of McKenzie died Tuesday, August 8 at his residence. He was born October 1, 1936 in Atwood to Albert Jesper Crocker and Lena Rosie (Oliver) Crocker, both deceased. Funeral services are Thursday, August 10, 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt Funeral Home, McKenzie with burial in Union Academy cemetery. Brother Dennis Beal officiated.
He was retired from Milan Arsenal.
Survivors include: his spouse, Virginia Ruth (Carter) Crocker of McKenzie; two sons, Ronny Crocker of Gleason and Jerry (Vickie) Crocker of McKenzie; two daughters, Susie (Phil) Bomar of McKenzie and Gail Crocker of Barlett; two sisters, Helen Newbill of Trezevant and Katie Patterson of McKenzie; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Stephanie Harris
1972-2005
JACKSON - Mrs. Stephanie Diane Silhan Harris, 33, of Jackson, died Wednesday, August 10, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, August 12, at 1:00 p.m., in the chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment icon followed in the New Hope cemetery. Dr. Phillip Jett, senior pastor of the Englewood Baptist Church, officiated the service.
Mrs. Harris was born July 14, 1972, in Littlefield, Texas, to Wilma Autry Baker and the late Robert Silhan. She graduated from West Tennessee Business College, and was a housewife and member of the Englewood Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Harris, II; her mother, Wilma Autry Butler of Yuma; one brother, Jonathon Silhan of Davenport, Florida; one half-sister, Krystal Silhan; one step-sister, Amy Butler of Marlboro, Tennessee; one step-brother, Shannon Butler of Huntingdon; mother-in-law, Jo Ann Harris; father-in-law, Rev. Billy Harris (wife Barbara); and sister-in-law, Kelley Valentine.
