Terry Lee Frost, 48, of Christiana, died Saturday, April 12, 2004, at Baptist Hospital.
A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of Harold and Earlene Burns Frost, of Rockvale.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by wife Cindy DePriest Frost; daughter Jensi Frost, of Murfreesboro; sons Jeremy Frost, of Murfreesboro, and Jared Frost, of Rockvale; sisters Diane Williams, of Rockvale, and Dawn Jones, of Murfreesboro; granddaughter Ashleigh Fucci.
Mr. Frost was an electrical engineer, an electrical contractor, member of North Boulevard Church of Christ, a Mason, a Shriner and member of the York & Scottish Rite and also a member of Local IBEW #429. He was a graduate of Eagleville High School.

Jimmie Drue Terrell, Jr., age 43, of Brush Creek, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at his residence following an extended illness. A native of St. Cloud, Florida, Mr. Terrell was the son of Jimmie Drue Terrell, Sr. and Catherine Drake Ashcraft. He was a carpenter and cabinet maker.
Survived by his wife, Brenda Breeden Terrell of Brush Creek; sons, Jeffery and Jason Weatherly of Lewisburg; his parents, Jimmie (Shirley) Drue Terrell, Sr. of Eagleville and Catherine Ashcraft of Edwardsburg, MI; sisters, Jessica Terrell of St. Cloud, FL; Julie James of Edwardsburg, MI: Tammy Worm of Columbus, OH; brothers, Donald Ashcraft, Jr. of Edwardsburg, MI; Billy and Bobby Strange of Florida; Barry Strange of Eagleville; 2 grandchildren.

Johnnie Mai Lane Allison, age 91, of Murfreesboro passed away Friday, December 28, 2007, at Community Care of Rutherford County. She was a native of Wilson County in the Norene community but lived most of her life in Rutherford County. She retired from White Stag Company and was a member of the Walter Hill Church of Christ.
Mrs. Allison was preceded in death by her first husband, Myles Lane, and later her husband, Ray S. Allison; and parents, Charlie T. and Frances L. O Neal Timbs. She was also preceded in death by four sisters and six brothers. She is survived by sons, Jerry Lane of Murfreesboro and Dalton Lane of Rockvale; daughters, Evelyn Harrelson of Nashville, Janice Warren of Orlanda, Fla., Helen Warren and Myles Boone, both of Murfreesboro; and a brother, Harley Timbs of LaMirada, Calif.

Warren Bruce Ranton, age 55, of Rockvale died on Monday, December 25, 2007. Mr. Ranton was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church and a former employee of Sword of the Lord publishers. He was preceded in death by a son, Nathaniel Eric Ranton; father, Fredrick Ranton; and twin siblings, Jewel and Pearl Ranton.
Survivors include his mother, Olive Ilene Lundell Ranton of Oregon; brother, Durwood (Sally) Ranton of Oregon; sister, Judith (George) Kopchak of Murfreesboro; beloved nieces and nephews, Letha, Ilene, Robert, Glenn and David Kopchak; as well as Kerianne Ford and Katie Wheeler.

Embree Franklin Blackwell, Sr., age 87, of the Allisona community of Williamson County, died Saturday, December 22, 2007 at his residence following an extended illness. A native of Marshall County, Mr. Blackwell was the son of the late Charles Andrew and Ruby Harris Blackwell. He was a lifelong farmer and a member of the Class of 1938 of Forrest High School. He was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Blackwell and a sister, Lillian Stammer.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jean Barnes Blackwell of the Allisona community of Williamson County; 4 sons, Embree Blackwell, Jr. of the Allisona community; Charles (Debbie) Blackwell of Chapel Hill; Jeff (Deb) Blackwell of the Holts Corner community; and Thomas Blackwell of Eagleville; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Lisa Ann Giles Ashworth, age 39, of Eagleville died Saturday, December 15, 2007 in Nashville. Mrs. Ashworth was a native of Williamson County and was a receptionist for a local doctor’s office. She was a graduate of Page High School Class of 1986 and was a member of the Peytonsville Baptist Church.
Mrs. Ashworth is survived by her daughter, Anne Marie Ashworth of Eagleville; mother, Patricia Ann Giles of Eagleville; father and step-mother Larry Wayne and Ada Giles, Sr. of College Grove; brother and sister-in-law, Bo and Dana Giles of Eagleville; half-brother, Forrest Lee Giles of College Grove; step-sister, Jennifer Terry of Franklin; step-brother, Greg Terry of College Grove; two aunts, Bessie Anderson of Thompson Station and Sadie Ann Bennett of Franklin; niece Kimberly Veach of Eagleville; and her companion, Stacy Garner of Eagleville.

Robert "Rob" Anthony Jarrell, II, age 17, of Unionville died Sunday, December 9, 2007. A native of Bedford County Rob was the son of Robert Anthony and Jennifer Carlton Jarrell who survive. He as a member of Victory Baptist Church in Shelbyville, a senior at Community High School and a member of the Viking football team.
Survivors include his parents, Jennifer Carlton Jarrell of Shelbyville; father, Robert Jarrell of Unionville; five sisters, Julia Marie Brown of Shelbyville, Josie Jarrell of Unionville, Tiffany Jarrell of Madison, Rachel Haynes and Judith Crowder of Shelbyville; a brother, James "Jay" Cleveland of Shelbyville; grandparents, Jerry and Carolyn Newsome of Unionville, Sam Jarrell of Unionville, James and Janice Carlton of Shelbyville and Ray and Frances Haynes of the Halls Mill community of Bedford County.

Eric Patterson, 32, of Murfreesboro, passed away Saturday, December 08, 2007 while in St. Augustine, Florida. Eric was a native and resident of Murfreesboro. He was a mechanic with General Mills and a member of the Church of Christ.
Eric is preceded in death by his grandfather, Leroy Sneed. He is survived by his wife, Kim Patterson; daughter, Maili Minneker; beloved dog, "Highway"; parents, Kenneth and Janis Patterson, all of Murfreesboro; sister, Tiffany Patterson of Christiana; grandparents, James and Ruth Sneed Carver of Murfreesboro; several nieces and nephews.

Dennis E. Thrasher, age 57 of Rockvale died Tuesday, December 4, 2007. Dennis worked for Tire Express for 11 years as Executive Sales Manager, and became a seasoned veteran of the commercial tire business. His co-workers and friends described Dennis as a man of great integrity.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia "Cindy" Thrasher; and mother, Reville Thrasher.

Mary Sue Thomas Hitner, age 55, passed away on November 24, 2007 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. She was a life long resident of the Rockvale Community. She retired from Whirlpool Corp.
Ms. Hitner was preceded in death by her father, Clarence L. Thomas. She is survived by mother, Annie Lou Leathers Thomas; son, Ed George (Kimberly) Hitner II of Murfreesboro; daughter, Jennifer Sue Hitner of Rockvale; brother, Terry Thomas of Rockvale; one granddaughter, Chloe Hitner of Murfreesboro.

Mary Elizabeth Bolden Bucy, age 79, of Eagleville died Monday, November 19, 2007, in Smyrna after an extended illness. A native of Rutherford County, Mrs. Bucy was a daughter of the late John Henry and Mattie Eliza Sanders Bolden. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest "Dogman" Pruitt, who died in 1998, and her later husband, Charles Murphy Bucy, who died in 2006.
She is survived by three daughters, Melissa Ferrel of La Vergne, Judy Jernigan of Murfreesboro and Rita Haskins of Eagleville; two sons, Bobby D. Pruitt of Murfreesboro and Billy C. Pruitt of Smyrna; two sisters, Dot Griffy of the Holts Corner community of Marshall County and Frances Justice of College Grove; three brothers, Thomas Bolden of Franklin, Edd Bolden of Murfreesboro and Earl Bolden of Eagleville; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Cora Belle Jones, age 82, of Nashville passed away Monday, November 19, 2007, at NHC. A native of Rutherford County, she lived in Nashville most of her life. She retired from National Life and Accident Insurance Company and was a member of Wingate Church of Christ.
Ms. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Tommie and Margia Baltimore Jones; brothers, Andrew Jones and Bobby Jones; sisters, Blanche McCulloch; sister-in-law, Mary Jones; and brother-in-law, Joe McCulloch. She is survived by brothers, Fred (Ernestine) Jones of Smyrna, Tommie Jones of Smyrna, Jerry (Eloise) Jones of Rockvale and Dan Jones of Murfreesboro; sister, Lillie (James E.) Bond of Mt. Juliet; sisters-in-law, Cathy Jones of Germany and Earline Jones of Smyrna; 24 nieces and nephews; 39 great-nieces and great-nephews; and three great-great-nieces and nephews.

Forrest Brown Gibbs, III, 36, of Rockvale, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2007. He was a sales manager and a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is preceded in death by his brother, John Gibbs. He is survived by his wife, Darcy Gibbs, children, Nicholas Kalani Gibbs, Alex Keoni Gibbs and Daniella Leigh Gibbs all of Rockvale; parents, Forrest Jr and Eunice Gibbs of Columbia; sisters, Eleanor Marie Fralix of Rockvale, Alina Leilani Gibbs of Columbia and Gina Kaunani Smith of Columbia; mother in law, Honna Rodriguez of Smyrna.
