Harry Costello, 78, of Memphis, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Feb. 25 at St. Paul Catholic Church with burial in Calvary. Family Funeral Care has charge. Mr. Costello, the husband of Mary Costello for 55 years, also leaves two daughters, Mary McNally and Bridget Costello, and three sons, Jimmy Costello, Harry Costello and Tommy Costello, all of Memphis, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Karen Hoback Daseler, 66, of Memphis, retired from Shelby County government and Southern College of Optometry, died Wednesday at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Roller Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Daseler, the wife of Herbert Daseler, also leaves a son, Preston Hale of Memphis; two brothers, John Hoback of Atlanta and Frank Hoback of Santa Fe, N.M., and two grandchildren.

Helen Downing, 82, of Memphis, retired teller for National Bank of Commerce, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memorial Park. She was a 50-year member of Union Avenue Baptist Church and a volunteer for the Orpheum and Theater Memphis. Mrs. Downing, the wife of Fred H. Downing for 63 years, also leaves two daughters, Penny Prince of Cordova and Susan Holley of Florence, Ala., four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Union Avenue Baptist Church.

Willie Gene Ford, 62, of Memphis, died Tuesday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mississippi Boulevard Baptist Church with burial in New Park cemetery. Mr. Ford, the widower of Neveela Ford, leaves a daughter, Sharla Young; a son, Rodney Ford; two sisters, Elizabeth Alexander and Dorothy Webster, and a brother, Marvin Hill, all of Memphis, and five grandchildren.

Joy Sawyer Gamble, 86, of Memphis, homemaker, died Thursday at her home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke's United Methodist Church with entombment in Memorial Park Mausoleum. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She was a member of United Methodist Women, King's Daughter Peace Circle and PEO. Mrs. Gamble, the widow of Vernon F. Gamble, leaves a daughter, Valerie Gamble Cowan, and two sisters, Mary Alice Acuff and Maxine Pafford, all of Memphis; a brother, James Sawyer of Heber Springs, Ark., and two grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Luke's United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Garrison, the widow of Willie Glenn Garrison, leaves two daughters, Edna Doris Sanders of Memphis and Janice Ann Harmon of Bartlett; two sisters, Beatrice Mealer of Hillsboro, Tenn., and Ethel Overby of Nashville, seven grandchildren, seven stepgrandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, seven stepgreat-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.

Mrs. Mobley, the widow of Roland T. Mobley, leaves a sister-in-law, Connie M. Wolford, and a niece, Belinda C. Jackson, both of Chicago and both of whom helped care for her.
