Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Union cemetery. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She was a choir member of Bibleway Baptist Church. She leaves three daughters, Sharonda Jefferson, Khristina Jefferson and Chictara Jefferson; two sons, Edward Jefferson Jr. and Joseph Mason, and four sisters, Clara Mason, Deneice West, Sandra Taylor and Sherry Mason, all of Memphis; two brothers, Jerome Mason of Memphis and Rawlston Mason of Clarksdale, Miss., and a companion with whom she lived, Edward Jefferson.

Donald Lee Mitchell, 62, of Memphis, former self-employed truck driver, died Sunday in Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Brown Baptist Church in Southaven, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Harrison's Funeral Home Orange Mound Chapel has charge. He was a graduate of Melrose High School. He leaves three daughters, Annette Baker and Demetria Mitchell, both of Memphis, and Marcia Denise Mitchell of Los Angeles; a son, Ronald Mitchell of Chicago, nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
