Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Johnson Funeral Home with burial in Bethlehem cemetery in Henning. Mrs. Pugh, the widow of Aubrey Lee Pugh, leaves two daughters, Jennifer Gilliland of Dyersburg and Peggy Jean Watkins of Blythe, Calif.; a son, Kenneth Pugh of Sardis; eight brothers, Paul King of Blythe, Larry King of Blue Lake, Calif., Herman King of Grant's Pass, Ore., Arthur King of Wilcox, Ariz., Bill King of Crescent City, La., Chris King of Gardnerville, Nev., and James King and Gary King, both of Yakima, Wash., seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Pocahontas -- Loyd 'Buck' Green, 44, formerly of Memphis, employee of Yopp's Convenience Store, died Sunday at Bolivar General Hospital. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Home Middleton Chapel with burial in Middleton City cemetery. Shackelford Funeral Home in Bolivar has charge. Mr. Green, the husband of Connie Green, also leaves two sons, Loyd Clifton Green III of California and Howard Joseph Horn of Pocahontas; a sister, Martha Edwards of California, and two brothers, Larry Green of Huntingdon and Bobby Green of Selmer. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Heart Association.

Ripley -- R.D. Shaw, 78, laborer, died Wednesday at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Services will be at noon Thursday at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church with burial in Elam cemetery. He leaves a brother, Jimmie Roberson of Chicago, and a niece, Beverly Patton of Chicago, and a nephew, Michael Hudson of Ripley, both of whom took care of him.

Savannah -- Oather Paul Doran, 69, postal worker and farmer, died Sunday at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Ala. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where he was a member, with burial in Wesley's Chapel cemetery. Shackelford Funeral Home has charge. He was a member of the National Guard. He leaves a daughter, Betsy Whitlow of Savannah; a son, Mark Doran of Jackson, and two sisters, Nancy Jo Shutt of Henderson and Clara Ruth Hayman of Savannah. Mrs. Bodiford, the widow of Ray Bodiford, leaves a daughter, Rene Kilzer of Henderson; a son, Richie Bodiford of Michie; a sister, Betty Ann Young of McKenzie; a brother, Danny Nixon of Ramer, and three grandchildren.
