Mildred McKinney, 82, of Memphis, retired from Memphis City Schools, died March 16 at her home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Believers In Faith Church with burial in New Zion cemetery in Moscow. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of New Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. McKinney, the widow of James McKinney, leaves two daughters, Webbie Cox and Shirley Faulkner, both of Memphis; three sisters, Arizona Robinson and Portie Ann Franklin, both of Memphis, and Phenora Myree of Dayton, Ohio; four brothers, James Franklin and Lawrence Franklin, both of Memphis, Dempsey Franklin of Dayton and Alton Franklin of Germantown, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Connie Iris Taylor McNeal, 58, of Memphis, retired coin collector for BellSouth, died Sunday at Primacy Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Services will be at noon Saturday at Christ Missionary Baptist Church with burial Tuesday in West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. She was a member of Evangelist Baptist Church and BellSouth S.W.A.T. Team. Mrs. McNeal, the wife of Luther McNeal, also leaves her mother, Cletice Taylor of Knoxville, and three brothers, Johnnie Taylor of Bean Station, Tenn., Kirby Taylor of California and Bruce Taylor of Knoxville.

Diane Miller, 47, of Memphis, died Monday at Methodist South Hospital. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home with burial in Galilee Memorial Gardens. She was a Baptist. She leaves a daughter, LaTrese A. Miller, and a son, Sonny Miller, both of Memphis; two sisters, Bobbie Fulton of Memphis and Melissa Slaughter of Chicago; a brother, Robert Miller of Moreno Valley, Calif., and eight grandchildren.

Brice Moore, 55, of Bartlett, former salesman and PakMail owner, died Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bartlett Baptist Church on Kirby-Whitten, where he was a deacon, with burial in Memory Hill Gardens. Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel has charge. Mr. Moore, the husband of Pam Moore, also leaves a son, Christopher Moore of Arlington; three sisters, Johnnie Hood and Alma Sanders, both of Kansas City, Mo., and Shirley Matson of Avoca, N.Y.; three brothers, Joe Rhoden and Charles Rhoden, both of Atlanta, and Nathan Moore of Mesa, Ariz., and two granddaughters. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Briarwood Baptist Church Mission Fund, SHOR Ministries, Mid-America Baptist Seminary or Bartlett Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Riverside Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a mother board and hymnal choir member and secretary of Sunday School Class Seven, with burial in Hollywood cemetery. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Moore, the widow of Tyler Moore, leaves a son, James Moore of Memphis; a brother, James Killingsworth of Oakland, Calif., nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Howell 'Don' Moncier, 79, of Millington, former chief of Police and alderman for the City of Millington, died Monday at Millington Health Care Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home with burial in Northridge Woodhaven cemetery. He was a World War II Navy veteran, a member of Millington First Baptist Church and a former member of Millington Masonic Lodge. Mr. Moncier, the husband of LaRue Moncier for 52 years, also leaves three daughters, Diane Landsee of Millington, Betty Dolan of Louin, Miss., and Donna Sledd of Michie, Tenn.; two sisters, Elva Howell of Millington and Alline Harrell of Bells, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Nodal, the widow of Milton Nodal, leaves two sisters, Vernice Martindale of Walnut, Miss., and Lee-Earl McMillin of Memphis, and four brothers, Howard Cutberth, Charlie Cutberth and Bud Cutberth, all of Walnut, and Russell Cutberth of Memphis.
