Beulah Parker Cowley, 82, of Memphis, retired custodian for National Plumbing Co., died Saturday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Newell Chapel CME Church in Victoria, Miss., with burial in the church cemetery there. Harrison's Funeral Home Orange Mound Chapel has charge. She was a member of Prosperity Baptist Church. Mrs. Cowley, the widow of Gillie Cowley, leaves four brothers, Eligah Parker Jr. of Bartlett, Sandy Parker of Victoria, and John Lee Parker and Elnoid Parker, both of Memphis, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Philip Niles Crader, 44, of Birmingham, formerly of Germantown, construction project electrician, died Tuesday at Princeton Baptist Hospital in Birmingham. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens. He attended Germantown Schools. He leaves his parents, Donald Neil and Dorothy Roach Crader of Germantown, and a brother, Don Crader of Collierville. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Diabetes Association or the University of Memphis Dr. Earl Crader Outstanding Professor Foundation Award.

Robert Alexius Foster, 28, of Memphis, manager of Blockbuster, died Wednesday in Memphis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Anointed Temple of Praise on Riverdale with burial in Memorial Park South Woods. Harrison's Funeral Home Orange Mound Chapel has charge. He was a graduate of Bishop Byrne High School and Ole Miss and a member of Alpha Psi Alpha Fraternity. He leaves his parents, Erma V. and Melvin R. Foster of Memphis; two sisters, Patricia L. Hubbard and Lisa R. Banks, both of Atlanta; a brother, Rashad F. Hason of Williamsburg, Va., and his grandmother, Helen F. Bailey of Memphis.

Juarez Hampton, 78, of Memphis, transporter for the Regional Medical Center at Memphis, died Sunday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Zion Hill Baptist Church, where she was a member of the usher board and Willing Worker's Club, with burial in New Park cemetery. R.S. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She leaves a son, Albert Cortez Hampton of Memphis; a sister, Neomi Marion of East St. Louis, Ill., and two grandchildren.

Mrs. Hardnett, the wife of James Hardnett, also leaves three sons, James Hardnett Jr., DeAndre Hardnett and Jovon Hardnett, and two sisters, Anita Moore and Elizabeth Jackson, all of Memphis; three brothers, Carl Feastar of New York, and Gregory Jackson and Verdo Jackson Jr., both of Memphis, and three grandchildren.
