Services will be at noon Saturday at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Morning Star cemetery in Walls. Millington Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Kendrick, the widow of John Lee Kendrick, leaves five daughters, Pearlie Kendrick Partee of Jackson, Miss., Flora Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas, and Sharon Kendrick, Sandra Kendrick and Chiquita Kendrick, all of Memphis; three sons, Walter Kendrick, Robert Kendrick and Marvin Kendrick, all of Memphis; two sisters, Dorothy Watts of Paducah, Ky., and Eddie Mae Crocket of Southaven; a half-sister, Earnestine Harris of Memphis; four brothers, J.W. Crockett of Chicago, and Bobby Sam Crockett, Harques Crockett and Melvin Crockett, all of Memphis; a half-brother, Edward Harris of St. Louis, 26 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Dillie Lewis, 104, of Memphis, died Friday in Los Angeles. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Hernando, where she was a member, with burial in Greenview cemetery in Nesbit. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She leaves three daughters, Ida Mae Mosley of Milwaukee, Geraldine Wooten of Memphis and Edna Howell of Los Angeles; five sons, James Lewis and Earl Lewis, both of Los Angeles, and Lamar Lewis, W.G. Lewis and Herman Lewis, all of Milwaukee; a sister, Hathaway Reddens of Memphis, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Kenneth D. McCommon, 52, of Millington, truck driver for Goodwill, died Monday at Methodist North Hospital. Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home has charge. He was an Air Force veteran. McCommon; his mother, Jean McCommon, and a sister, Kristina McCommon, all of Millington; a brother, David McCommon of Memphis, and two grandchildren.

Marjorie Crump McMinn, 86, of Memphis, homemaker, died Monday at Graceland Nursing Center. Mass will be said at noon Friday at St. Paul Catholic Church, where she was a communicant, with burial in Forest Hill cemetery South. Forest Hill Funeral Home South has charge. Mrs. McMinn, the widow of George Crump, leaves a daughter, Mary Frances Young, and a son, Richard Crump, both of Memphis, and a grandson. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.

Robert R. Moore, 80, of Memphis, retired from BellSouth after 41 years, died Wednesday at his home. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. He was a former member of Lindenwood Christian Church. Mr. Moore, the husband of Eleanor W. Moore for 57 years, also leaves two daughters, Marcia C. Moore and Robin M. Wachsman, and a son, Brian R. Moore, all of Germantown; a sister, Jewell M. VanLandingham of Del Rio, Texas, and six grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Wings Foundation at West Cancer Clinic or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Charlie Mae Richmond, 91, of Memphis, boat cleaner for Memphis Queen Riverboat, died Monday at her home. Mrs. Richmond, the widow of Douglas Richmond, leaves a stepdaughter, Alberta Dodson of Compton, Calif.; a stepson, Douglas Richmond Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla.; a niece who took care of her, Mary Boyland of Memphis, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren and 26 great-great-great-grandchildren.

Herbert 'Dutch' Ruetting, 96, of Memphis, retired architectural woodworker, died Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Mr. Ruetting, the widower of Mary Alice Ruetting, leaves two daughters, Anna R. Franklin of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Mary K. 'Kay' Simpson of Covington, Tenn.; a son, Robert W. Ruetting of Memphis, nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority and Memphis Alcohol Commission, Republican Party volunteer, 1988 Republican National Convention delegate and former president of East Memphis Exchangette Club. Mrs. Walker, the wife of J.P. Walker for 59 years, also leaves a daughter, Lynn Walker Winfrey, and two sons, John P. Walker Jr. and Thomas Michael Walker, all of Memphis; a brother, Robert McGoldrick of Oakland, Tenn., five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
