Sue Alford Williams, 62, of Eads, retired Internal Revenue Service clerk, died Wednesday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East. She attended Millsaps College and Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College, and was a member of Biloxi United Methodist Church. Mrs. Williams, the wife of Kenneth Williams, also leaves a daughter, Lynn Gwinn of Northborough, Mass.; a son, William Reinboltz of Fitchburg, Mass., three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Diabetes Foundation or American Kidney Foundation.

Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Mark AME Church in Munford with burial in St. John cemetery. Millington Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Thomas, the wife of Jimmy Thomas, also leaves three daughters, Cantrell Lemons of Humboldt, and Elaine Smalls and Tiffany Alexander, both of Millington; her mother, Donnie Mae Lemons of Drummonds; seven sisters, Teresa Lemons of Humboldt, Evon Dowell and April Lemons, both of Drummonds, and Vicki Dowell, Nancy Williams, Olivia Lemons and Tiffany Lemons, all of Atoka; four brothers, James A. Fleming of Covington, Sidney Lemons of Atoka, Marvin Fleming of Drummonds and Kip Fleming of Jackson, and six grandchildren.

Bethel Springs -- Glenn Ivan Chisamore Jr., 83, former employee of Robertson Paper Co. in Bellows Falls, Vt., for 32 years, died Tuesday at McNairy Regional Hospital in Selmer. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at New Salem cemetery. Shackelford Funeral Home in Selmer has charge. He was a World War II Army veteran. Mr. Chisamore, the husband of Ruth M. Chisamore, also leaves a daughter, Ruth Goodell of Bethel Springs; a son, Theodore J. Chisamore of Vermont, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Covington -- John Norman Ashe, 55, retired quality control inspector for Spartan Construction Co., died Tuesday at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis. Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Munford Funeral Home with burial in Indian Creek cemetery in Brighton. He was a member of New Salem Methodist Church. He leaves two sons, Lawson Ashe and Samual Ashe, both of Gonzales, La.; his parents, Marshall and Sue Ashe of Millington, and a sister, Marsha Stovall of Mobile, Ala. The family requests that any memorials be sent to New Salem Methodist Church or Mid-South Transplant Association in Memphis.

Mrs. Preslar, the widow of Herbert 'Jiggs' Preslar, leaves two daughters, Brenda Shawver of Newbern and Martha Ann Decker of San Antonio, Texas; two sons, Gerald Preslar and Terry Preslar, and two brothers, Stoy Slaughter and J.Z. Slaughter, all of Dyersburg, 10 grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
