Ripley -- Margaret Ella McGlothin, 85, homemaker, died Friday at Ripley Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Mount Pleasant cemetery. Garner Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. McGlothin, the widow of Oscar McGlothin, leaves two daughters, Linda Allison of Munford and Barbara Sanders of Dyersburg; two sisters, Betty Yount of Bartlett and Francis Emery of Arkansas; a brother, Robert Womack of New Jersey, and seven grandchildren.

Savannah -- John D. Lard, 59, woodworker for Paris Manufacturing gun factory, died Friday at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Shackelford Funeral Home with burial in White's Creek cemetery. Mr. Lard, the husband of Frances Lard, also leaves three sisters, Betty Tilly of Savannah, and Loucille Highland and Pauline Stults, both of Waterloo, Ala., and three brothers, James Lard, Charles Lard and Hollis Lard, all of Waterloo.

Somerville -- Norman Kenneth Wright, 83, formerly of Memphis, retired from Samuelson, Leon and Santi Ice Cream Co., died Thursday at his home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East in Memphis with burial in Forest Hill cemetery Midtown. He was a World War II Army veteran and member of Somerville Church of Christ. Mr. Wright, the husband of Margie Wright for 57 years, also leaves two daughters, Deborah Watson of Memphis and Kimberly Wright of Somerville; three sons, Ronald Wright of Somerville, Michael Wright of Huntsville, Ala., and Ricky Wright, eight grandchildren and a great-grandson. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Memphis School of Preaching.

Helen Grace Bonner, 90, of Memphis, riveter for Fisher Body during World War II and retired switchboard operator for Bale Chevrolet in Little Rock, died Saturday at Saint Francis Nursing Home. Mass will be said at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Catholic Church in Bartlett, where she was a communicant, with burial in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Collegeville, Ark. Bartlett Funeral Home has charge. She leaves two daughters, Sandra Pless of Mount Vernon, Texas, and Gloria Strayhorn of Memphis; a son, Albert Bonner of Charlotte, N.C.; a sister, Marjorie Hardy of Memphis, seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Larsenia Brady Cain, 98, of Memphis, retired Memphis and Shelby County Schools teacher after 43 years, died Friday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at noon Tuesday at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Galilee Memorial Gardens. Gillespie Funeral Home in Olive Branch has charge. She was a member of Zeta Phi Beta sorority. Mrs. Cain, the widow of George W. Cain, leaves two sisters, Mary Tunstall and Rosealie Powell, both of Memphis; two brothers, Ben Brady Jr. and Clifford Brady, both of Cordova, a grandson who took care of her, Roy Hoskins of Las Vegas, and two great-grandchildren.

Lorse Lee Johnson Harris, 91, of Memphis, retired cosmetologist, died Friday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Grace Nazarene Church with burial in West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of the mother's board at Memphis Pentecostal Assembly Church. Mrs. Harris, the widow of Leslie O. Harris, leaves four daughters, Ethel L. Tillis of Portland, Ore., and Mary J. Wilson, Micheale A. Dodson and Hester Ola Johnson Moore, all of Memphis; five sons, Eugene S. Johnson of Madison, Wis., Michael A. Johnson of San Diego, and Royal James Johnson, Jerry Myles Johnson and Ollie Kirk Johnson, all of Memphis, 58 grandchildren, 80 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. She was a volunteer at Saint Francis Hospital. Mrs. Lawrence, the widow of Robert T. Lawrence Jr., leaves a daughter, Susan Lawrence Harris of Memphis; two sons, Robert Cayce Lawrence of Memphis and John Duncan Lawrence of Germantown; two sisters, Gladys Childress of Walnut, Miss., and Amy DeArmey of Memphis; a brother, James Duncan of Memphis, and 10 grandchildren.
