Lorenzo Banks III, 37, of Memphis, died April 17 at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Temple of Deliverance Church of God in Christ with burial in Elmwood. R.S. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home has charge. He leaves his parents, Donna and Lorenzo Banks Jr.; a sister, Nakisa Ann Banks; a brother, Melvin Turnage Jr., and his grandmother, Jennie E. Banks, all of Memphis.

Clark Billingsley Jr., 80, of Memphis, retired farmer, died Wednesday at Cordova Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Services will be at noon Saturday at True Church House of Prayer to All Nations, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Family Mortuary has charge. Mr. Billingsley, the widower of Essie B. Billingsley, leaves five daughters, Blanch Robinson of Cleveland, Ohio, Opal Nelson, Rosie Goodman and Minnie Gale, all of Memphis, and Estella William-Calloway; two sisters, Ann Ophelia Harper of Mason, Tenn., and Beatrice Reed of Memphis, 17 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

John F. Church III, 48, of Memphis, restaurant manager for Belmont Grill and student teacher for Chimney Rock Elementary School, died Friday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Christ the King Lutheran Church with burial in Forest Hill cemetery East. Forest Hill Funeral Home East has charge. He was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon and Colonial Park United Methodist Church. Mr. Church, the husband of Jennifer Church, also leaves a son, Jordan Church of Memphis; a sister, Suzanne Dearen of Collierville, and two brothers, Tom Church of Memphis and Jim Church of Germantown. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Christ the King Lutheran School or a charity of the donor's choice.

Edwards & Sons Funeral Home Whitehaven Chapel has charge. Mrs. Garmon, the widow of Frank Garmon, leaves three daughters, Gwendolyn M. Wiseman of Memphis, Sharron Denise Garmon of St. Louis and Kathy Ann Mosley of Millington; two sisters, Dorothy Mae Coleman of Memphis and Loriane Garmon, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ann R. Hackleman, 94, of Memphis, died Friday at Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Trinity United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Memorial Park. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She was a Pink Lady for Methodist Healthcare for 46 years and was president of Methodist Hospital Auxiliary. She had served as president of the district United Methodist Women. Mrs. Hackleman, the widow of Willard Hackleman, leaves a daughter, Mary Ann Sturdivant of Cordova; two sons, William Hackleman of Houston and Richard Hackleman of Grand Junction, Tenn., five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Methodist Hospital Auxiliary or Trinity United Methodist Church.
