Pearlie Joyce, 77, of Memphis, died Tuesday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hearn Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Byhalia, Miss., where she was a mother board member, with burial in the church cemetery. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She leaves six daughters, Lillie Neely, Ida Randle, Ada Porter, Gloria Whitelow, Debra Brown and Martha Brown; a son, Jerry Brown, and two brothers, Andrew Anthony and Withers Anthony, all of Memphis, 26 grandchildren and several great- and great-great-grandchildren.

Patrick 'Paddy' Kelly, 52, of Memphis, co-owner of Paddy's Memphis Pub, died Tuesday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Canale Funeral Directors. He leaves a daughter, Erin Kelly Hooper of Memphis; his mother, Mildred Kelly of Hilton Head, S.C.; a sister, Maureen Tice of Memphis; three brothers, Sam Hearn of Greenville, Miss., and Mike Kelly and Tim Kelly, both of Hilton Head, and a granddaughter. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Thelma Knight, 87, of Arlington, homemaker, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Forest Hill Funeral Home East has charge. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Knight, the widow of Amos Knight, leaves three daughters, Doris Yewell of Arlington, Diana Mayfield of Horn Lake and Linda Martin of Thayer, Mo.; a son, Sam Knight of Byhalia, Miss., 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Ann L. Lackey, 74, of Arlington, homemaker, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Memory Hill Gardens. She was a member of Leaclair Baptist Church. Mrs. Lackey, the wife of Edwin Lackey for 48 years, also leaves a daughter, Diane Trimmer of Memphis; a son, Eddie Lackey of Bartlett, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Arthritis Association.

Molene Ladd, 82, of Cordova, retired medical receptionist for Dr. Leon Borlin, died Tuesday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill cemetery Midtown. She was a member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Ladd, the widow of Herman Ladd, leaves two sons, Larry David Ladd of Bartlett and Douglas Craig Ladd of Memphis; a sister, Juanita Fouse of Six Lakes, Mich., three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Calvary Church of the Nazarene.

Robert 'Head' Lee, 58, of Memphis, painter, died Wednesday at Methodist North Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Travelers Rest Baptist Church with burial in Galilee Memorial Gardens. Mr. Lee, the husband of Katie Mae Lee, also leaves a son, Robert Tyrone Lee, and three sisters, Barbara Lee, Gloria Payne and Lucille Williams, all of Memphis; five brothers, Walter Lee, Frank Lee, Jessie Lee and Charles Lee, all of Memphis, and James E. Lee Jr. of San Antonio, Texas, and four grandchildren.
