Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ the Rock Metro Church with burial in New Park cemetery. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home Whitehaven Chapel has charge. Mr. Campbell, the husband of Bobbye S. Campbell, also leaves three daughters, Sharon Phillips, Sabrina Campbell and Taletha Campbell, and two sons, Corey D. Campbell and Eddie Phillips, all of Memphis; a sister, Ethel Marie Carrol of Kankakee, Ill.; seven brothers, Alfred Campbell, Jessie Campbell, Eric Walter, Deadrick Campbell, Cornel Campbell Jr., Willie Webb and Liberarchie Campbell, all of Memphis, and three grandchildren.

Frank C. Criss, 48, of Memphis, forklift operator for Toys 'R' Us warehouse, died Friday at Overton Park Health Care Center. Services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Monumental Baptist Church with burial at 11 a.m. Friday in West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. He was a Navy veteran. Gerona Cromartie, 86, of Memphis, formerly of Charlotte, N.C., retired licensed practical nurse, died Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at New Olivet Baptist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens in Charlotte. N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Cromartie, the widow of Jenkins Cromartie, leaves a daughter, Hildred Hooper of Memphis; a son, Jarvis Cromartie, and a sister, Louis Avery, both of Fayetteville, N.C.; a son-in-law who took care of her, Henry Hooper of Memphis, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

James A. 'Popeye' Elliott, 76, of Memphis, driver for Gordons Trucking, died Thursday at Graceland Nursing Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at New Mount Sinai Baptist Church. J.E. He leaves three daughters, Shirley Gordon, Leatha Elliott and Motosha Elliott, all of Memphis; five sons, James Elliott Jr. of St. Louis, and David Elliott, Michael Elliott, Vincent Elliott and Marcus Elliott, all of Memphis; a stepdaughter, Delois Woods of Chicago; a sister, May Liggins of Flint, Mich., 31 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Elliott, the husband of Laura Hadley Elliott, also leaves two daughters, Julie Wilmoth of Oakland, Tenn., and Lindsey Elliott of Cordova; his mother, Mary Ruth Cash Elliott of Memphis; three sisters, Karen Ann Edwards of Olive Branch, and Janice Kay Elliott and Tamara Jo Lewis, both of Memphis; a brother, James Lynn Elliott of Hernando, and three grandchildren.
