Allie L. 'Leatrice' Coleman, 80, of Millington, homemaker, died Wednesday at Millington Assisted Living. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Shelby Forest Baptist Church in Millington, where she was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel has charge. Mrs. Coleman, the widow of Johnny T. Coleman, leaves two daughters, Virginia Evelyn Hammontree and Rita Meashell Yarbro, both of Millington; three sons, Roy Clifton Coleman of Heber Springs, Ark., Herman Darrell Coleman of Fayetteville, Ark., and Johnny T. Coleman Jr. of Drummonds, 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Esther Mae 'Sister' Davis, 82, of Memphis, homemaker, died Friday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church Chelsea with burial in Elmwood. Mrs. Davis, the widow of Claud Davis, leaves three sons, Edward Lewis Davis of Memphis, Larry Charles Davis of Monroe, La., and Arthur Russell Davis of Orlando, Fla.; two stepsons, Claude Davis Jr. and Harold Edward Davis, both of Detroit; a sister, Annie Pearl Jackson of Memphis, 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Herbert 'Big Daddy' Faulkner Jr., 78, of Memphis, retired from Methodist Hospitals, died Monday at his home. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke Baptist Church on Keating with burial in Robert Chapel Church cemetery in Coldwater, Miss. N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home has charge. Mr. Faulkner, the husband of Essie Faulkner, also leaves nine daughters, Earnestine Anderson, Clara Woods, Frankie Faulkner, Carrie Malone, Rosie Faulkner, Judy Faulkner, Sandra White, Carolyn Faulkner and Tara Faulkner, all of Memphis; six sons, Michael A. Faulkner, Leon Faulkner, James D. Faulkner and Robert E. Faulkner, all of Memphis, and John L. Faulkner and Elree Faulkner, both of Coldwater; two sisters, Dorothy Louise Freeman and Carolyn Reed, and a brother, John Wesley Faulkner, all of Memphis, 34 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Wanza W. Grissom, 90, of Collierville, formerly of Prescott, Ariz., retired civil service worker after 30 years, died Tuesday at Collierville Health & Rehabilitation Center. Collierville Funeral Home has charge. She was a Methodist. Mrs. Grissom, the widow of Melvin O. Grissom, leaves two nephews who helped care for her, James Wallis Anthony and Thomas Tony Anthony, both of Collierville. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Eric DeWone Bowden Gray, 20, of Memphis, forklift operator for Fred's Warehouse, died Sunday at his home. Services will be at noon Friday at Olivet Fellowship Baptist Church, where he was a member of December Birthmonth Fellowship, with burial in New Park cemetery. Harrison's Funeral Home Orange Mound Chapel has charge. He leaves two sons, Eric DeWone Banks and Eric DeWone Gray Jr.; his mother and stepfather, Alicia and Calvin Crawford; his father, Eric Gray; a brother, Derrick Bowden; his grandparents, Eva and Brodie Clayton, Earl Bowden and Lovie and Willie Gray, and his great grandparents, Christine Langston and Bettie Bowden, all of Memphis.
