Edna O. Smith
Funeral services for Mrs. Edna O. Smith, 101, of Rickman, were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2000, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Cleve Hitchcock and Rev. Gary Pharris officiating. Burial was in Oakley cemetery with Speck Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Smith, a housewife, died Wednesday, September 13, 2000, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

Born July 14, 1899, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late George and Eliza (Walker) Oakley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ben W. Smith; a sister, Jessie Smith; eight brothers, Sid Oakley, John Dave Oakley, Frank Oakley, Walter Oakley, Murt Oakley, Shirley Oakley, Louis Oakley, and Hillis Oakley; a son-in-law, Cecil Stockton; and a granddaughter, Brenda Carol Melton.

She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include a son, McCoy Smith, Livingston; four daughters, Anna Ray Stockton, Clara Nolen, Georgia Ledbetter, and Willo Frances Smith, all of Livingston; a brother, Charlie L. Oakley, Livingston; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Bub Stockton, Ronnie Smith, Chad Collins, Lance Smith, Ricky Ledbetter, Dallas Collins Jr., Slade Collins, and Levi Ledbetter.

Stanley William Fetterolf
Funeral services for Mr. Stanley William Fetterolf, 37, of Rickman, were conducted at 2:30 p.m., Friday, July 9, 1999, from the chapel of Whitson Funeral Home in Cookeville with Bro. Mike Buck officiating. Burial was in Sam Flatt cemetery with Whitson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Fetterolf died Tuesday, July 6, 1999, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Born May 5, 1962, in Wayne County, MI, he was the son of Sherill Fetterolf and Judy Diane Ison.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Fetterolf; his grandmother, Udell Jackson; and an uncle, Ronald Jackson.

Survivors include his mother, Judy Diane Ison, Rickman; his father, Sherill Fetterolf, Michigan; his step-father, Elmo Ison; five sons, Stanley James Fetterolf and David Michael Fetterolf, both of Cookeville, Daniel Wayne Fetterolf, John Mark Fetterolf, and Samuel Swane Fetterolf, all of Livingston; two step-sons, Joey Bullard, Cookeville, and Mike Stanek, Schofield, WI; two daughters, Teresa Diane Fetterolf and Danielle Jordan Fetterolf, both of Livingston; four step-daughters, Kimberley Bowman and Jamie Bullard, both of Livingston, Kayla Bullard, IN, and Suzanne Vakselis, Green Bay, WI; three sisters, Michelle Farley and Sandra Harper, both of Cookeville, and Kimberley Moore, Rickman; one brother, Dewayne Fetterolf, Cookeville; his ex-wife, Sylvia Fetterolf; and his grandfather, William Jackson, Rickman.

Pallbearers were Dewayne Fetterolf, Lawrence Kroenert, Terry Kroenert, Danny Murphy, and Jeff Moore. Honorary pallbearers were Charles Farley, Scott Asburn, and Tommy Young.

Lonnie Carlos Breeding
Funeral services for Mr. Lonnie Carlos Breeding, 44, of Livingston, were conducted at 10 a.m., Friday, July 9, 1999, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home with Rev. James T. Johnson officiating. Burial was in Booher cemetery with Livingston Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Breeding, a factory-worker for Berkline Corporation, died Tuesday, July 6, 1999, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.

Born October 18, 1954 in Overton County, he was the son of Carlos and Thelma Huckeby Breeding.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edgar and Ora Huckeby, and Wayne and Ema Breeding; and a special nephew, Robert Bullock.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Carolyn Sidwell Breeding, Livingston; three sons, Lonnie Jason Breeding, Charles James Breeding, and Chad Breeding, all of Livingston; four sisters, Marie Staggs, Patty Bunger, and Stacy Long, all of Livingston, and Shirley Bullock, Rickman; five brothers, Tim Breeding, Michael Breeding, and Jackie Breeding, all of Monroe, Bobby Breeding, Cookeville, and Greg Breeding, Texas.

Pallbearers were Billy Staggs, Brandon Robbins, Donald Brown, Darrell Johnson, Darrell Flowers, Jeff Flowers, Travis Peek, and Bobby Ledford.

Jennifer Lynn 'Jenny' Tinch
Funeral services for Miss Jennifer Lynn 'Jenny' Tinch, 16, of Chillicothe, OH, were conducted at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 8, 1999, at the Adena High School gymnasium in Frankfort, OH, with Pastor Mark Gregory officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn cemetery in Frankfort, OH.

Miss Tinch, a high school student, died Sunday, July 4, 1999. Born November 15, 1982, in Chillicothe, OH, she was the daughter of Donald and Rebecca Frizzell Tinch.

She was a member of the Sizzle Stirrups 4-H Club, attended the Dry Run United Methodist Church, and had been a student at Miss Elizabeth's School of Dance since she was 4 years old.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, L.D. and Rose Tinch, Chillicothe, OH, and Frank and Evelyn Frizzell, Creola, OH; a sister and brother-in-law, Tamma and David Lee Wintersheimer, Chillicothe, OH; a niece, Lacey Wintersheimer, Chillicothe, OH; an aunt, Patricia Votaw, Creola, OH; and her uncle, Frank B. Frizzell of Circleville, OH.

Eula Grace Amonette
Funeral services for Mrs. Eula Grace Amonette, 90, of Byrdstown, will be conducted at 2 p.m., today, Wednesday, July 14, 1999, from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Jamestown with Elder Mike Michalek and Bro. Jeff Amonette officiating. Burial will be in the Amonette cemetery in Byrdstown with Byrdstown Memorial Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Amonette, a homemaker, died Monday, July 12, 1999, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

Born July 12, 1909, in Pickett County, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Etta Smith Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cullen Amonette; two sons, Phillip Amonette, and Harry Amonette; and a daughter, Anna Marie Boles.

Survivors include three sons, Eugene Amonette and Joseph Amonette, both of Byrdstown, and Fred Amonette, Livingston; five daughters, Ruth Baum, Monroe, Nell Cross and Carolyn Mitchell, both of Byrdstown, Linda Sheets, Harriman, and Patricia Michalek, West Bloomfield, MI; 37 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

Clifton Howard Moore
Funeral services for Mr. Clifton Howard Moore, 72, of Celina, were conducted at 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 7, 1999, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Bro. Lou Paradiso officiating. Burial was in Overton County Memorial Gardens with Speck Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Moore, a retired-factory worker for Chrysler, died Tuesday, July 6, 1999, at Cumberland River Hospital North in Celina.

Born February 12, 1927, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Herman and Hortie Bower Moore.

He was a member of the Church of Christ, a WWII veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of Eagle Creek Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Moore, Celina; a sister, Geraldine Frogge, Celina; a niece, Kathy Masters, Baxter; and a nephew, Jack Frogge, Livingston.

Pallbearers were Tim Petigo, Teddy Smith, Ray Frogge, Jackie Frogge, Mike Buell, and Jim Sells.

Seymore Allen
Funeral services for Mr. Seymore Allen, 73, of the Allens Chapel Community of Overton County, were conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 14, 1999, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Dewey Glenn Masters officiating. Burial was in Allens Chapel cemetery with Speck Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Allen, a waiter and cook in the restaurant business, died Monday, July 12, 1999, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Born September 22, 1925, in Overton County, he was the son of the late McKinley and Mary Taylor Allen.

Survivors include a brother, Tilman B. Allen, Livingston; a sister, Tilda Dickerson, Livingston; three nephews; a host of cousins; and a special friend, Joyce Upchurch.

Pallbearers were Paul Brady, Billy Crabtree, Jim Geesling, Gary Allen, Gary McCormick, and Larry Geesling.

Georgia Myrle Bilbrey
Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia Myrle Bilbrey, 78, of Cookeville, were conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, July 16, 1999, from the chapel of Cookeville Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Sterl Paramore and Bro. A. J. Looper officiating. Burial was in Algood cemetery with Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Bilbrey, a retired store manager with U.S. 5 & 10 and a secretary with Cookeville Cable TV, died Wednesday, July 14, 1999, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Born February 22, 1921, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late James Harvey and Mary Adkins Roberson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John Roberson and Douglas Roberson; and a sister, Maude Stover.

She was a member of Cookeville Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, J.B. Bilbrey, Cookeville; a sister, Pearl Brown, Algood; and a brother, Bill Roberson, Warren, MI.

Geneva A. Cooper
Funeral services for Mrs. Geneva A. Cooper, 79, of Monroe, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 18, 1999, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Nolan Cantrell officiating. Burial was in Beaty cemetery with Speck Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Cooper, a housekeeper at Overton County Nursing Home, died Friday, July 16, 1999, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

Born July 30, 1919, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Ollie Cravens Garrett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Cooper.

She was affiliated with Monroe Christian Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Bonita Smith, Monroe; a sister, Katie Smith, Monroe; four grandchildren, Michael Smith, Vickie Meathery, Tammy Robbins, and Tim Smith; five great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jeff McDonald, Larry McDonald, Gary McDonald, Tim Smith, Tom Hargis, and Dodd Scott.

Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Scott, Josh Smith, Ian Robbins, Zack Smith, and Denny Scott.

George W. Dillon
Funeral services for Mr. George W. Dillon, 77, of Cleveland, were conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 15, 1999, from the Wildwood chapel of Buckner-Rush Funeral Home. Burial and interment icon followed at 12:30 p.m. in Cash cemetery in Livingston.

Mr. Dillon died Monday, July 12, 1999. He was the son of the late Icey Richardson Dillon and James K. Dillon.

He was an Army veteran of World War II and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a nephew, Rex Roark, Cleveland; and several other nieces and nephews.

Dinzle Smith
Funeral services for Mr. Dinzle Smith, 60, of Monroe, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 1999, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home with Glen Ledbetter officiating. Burial was in Wirmingham cemetery with Livingston Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Smith, a handyman, died Friday, August 20, 1999, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

Born May 9, 1939, in Overton County, he was the son of Nova 'Gray' Smith of Monroe and the late Floyd Smith. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, Danny Wayne Smith; and a brother, Robert 'Jr.' Smith.

Survivors in addition to his mother include two sons, Ricky Smith, Albany, KY, and Tim Smith, Florida; three sisters, Allfrieda Smith, Monroe, Cleatrice Wehrli, Philadelphia, PA, and Beatrice Rovani, New Jersey; four brothers, Allard Smith, Bethel Smith, and Lonzo Smith, all of Monroe, and R.D. Smith, New Jersey; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Gary Smith, Ronnie Smith, Randy Smith, Billy Smith, Ronnie Smith, and Hershel Smith.

James Fred Brown
Funeral services for Mr. James Fred Brown, 87, of Livingston, were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, August 23, 1999, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Cobb officiating. Burial was in Overton County Memorial Gardens with Speck Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Brown, a carpenter, died Saturday, August 21, 1999, at Overton County Nursing Home.

Born January 16, 1912, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Jim and Lou Ann Richardson Brown.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Livingston.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, James Brown, Livingston, and Billy K. and Nelda Brown, Livingston; two brothers, Ray Brown, Ten Mile, and Warden Brown, Livingston; two sisters, Myrtle McCormick, Livingston, and Callie Murley, Burkesville, KY; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Harold Vaughn, J.D. Stevens, Bruce Lee, Paul Stockton, Clyde Hensley, and Mike Tinch.
