NIOTA, Tenn. - Delphia Burris died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 87.

Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Meadow Fork Baptist Church with the Rev. Ralph Swafford officiating.

Burial will be in Meadow Fork cemetery.

Arrangements are by Ziegler Funeral Home.

Troy Charles
CLEVELAND, Tenn. - J.T. 'Troy' Charles Sr. died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, in a local hospital. He was 86.

Arrangements will be announced by Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.

Estelle Godfrey
CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Estelle Godfrey died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 75.

Arrangements will be announced by the Wildwood Chapel of Buckner-Rush Funeral Home where the family will receive friends today from 1 to 9 p.m.

Ruby Green
TRACY CITY, Tenn. - Ruby Allene Green died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, at her home. She was 65.

Arrangements will be announced by Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tenn.

Maurice Hale
JASPER, Tenn. - Maurice L. 'Mo' Hale died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999. He was 39.

He was employed by Rock-Tenn Corp., and was the grandson of the late Josie Hale, Depp Skiles and Esther Skiles.

Survivors include two daughters, Lindsay Hale and Brittany Hale, both of Jasper; his parents, J.C. and Rita Joyce Skiles Hale; one sister, Tina Davis; grandfather, William C. 'Clenniie' Hale, all of Jasper.

Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Funeral Home .

Burial will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be today from noon to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Cayci Higgins
CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Cayci Higgins died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999. She was 19.

She attended Bradley County schools and was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church.

She was the granddaughter of the late Rev. Leonard Higgins and Leonard B. Taylor.

Survivors include her parents, Roy and Becky Higgins, Cleveland; two sisters, Kelly d'Aquarone, Verona, Italy, and Kim Davis, Cleveland; two brothers, Stephen Higgins, Austin Texas, and Tyler Swafford, Cleveland; her grandparents, Della Higgins and Ralph and Tennie Dispain, all of Cleveland.

Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Cloverleaf Baptist Church with the Rev. Huel Hooker and other ministers officiating.

Burial will be in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are by the Wildwood Chapel of Buckner-Rush Funeral Home.

Pat Higgins
OLD FORT, Tenn. - Paul Kenneth 'Pat' Higgins died Sunday, Feb, 14, 1999, in a Cleveland, Tenn., hospital.

Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Longinfelter and the Rev. Randall Headrick officiating.

Burial will be in Benton Memorial Gardens.

Fred Hoke
ATHENS, Tenn. - Frederick E. 'Fred' Hoke died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 67.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at Athens Elks Lodge with the Rev. Michael Doty officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.

Arrangements are by Jerry Smith Funeral Home, Athens.

James Boydston
James Robert Boydston died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in a local health care facility. He was 56.

He was a longtime resident of Chattanooga and a member of First Christian Church.

He was a son of the late Ruth C. and Lawrence W. Boydston Sr.

Survivors include a sister, Gwendolyn Carroll of Harrison, and a brother, Lawrence W. Boydston Jr., of Lookout Valley; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Boydston cemetery with the Rev. Robert Childress officiating.

There will be no visitation at the Dodds Avenue Chapel of Turner Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.

Sarah Brock
Sarah Alice Brock of Ooltewah died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998, at a local hospital. She was 59.

Services were today at 2 p.m. at Wallis-Stewart Funeral Home in Ringgold with the Rev. Junior Bryson officiating.

Burial was in Parkers Gap cemetery in Ooltewah.

Billie Burcham
Billie Jo Burcham of Hixson died Monday, Nov. 2, 1998, at her home.

Funeral services were today at 1 p.m. at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Murphy, the Rev. Steve Allen and the Rev. Mark Bewley officiating.

Burial was in Lakewood East Memory Gardens.

Arrangements were by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

Sheila Campfield
Sheila Campfield of Soddy-Daisy died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in a Texas hospital. She was 58.

Arrangements will be announced by the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.

Amy Chung
Amy Hsiu-Lien Chung of Hixson died Monday, Nov. 2, 1998, at her home. She was 50.

A graveside service will be Friday at 3 p.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Friday from 2:30 until the time of the service at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

Terry Fletcher
Terry Fletcher died in a local nursing home on Thursday, Oct. 29, 1998. He was 73.

A graveside service was today at 1 p.m. at Ruth Cofer cemetery.

Arrangements were by Taylor Funeral Home, Chattanooga.

James Green
James Green, formerly of Chattanooga, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in Dallas, Texas. He was 68.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

Arrangements will be announced by Crombie-Pinkard Funeral Service.

Deloris Hudgins
Deloris Hudgins of Brooklyn, N.Y., died Saturday, Oct. 31, 1998, in Brooklyn.

Arrangements will be announced by Taylor Funeral Home, Chattanooga.

Flora Jackson
Flora Jackson died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in a local hospital. She was 83.

She was a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church.

Arrangements will be announced by Franklin-Strickland Funeral Home.

Ernestine Jones
Ernestine Jones died Monday, Nov. 2, 1998, in a local hospital.

Arrangements will be announced by Franklin-Strickland Funeral Home.

Erma Lebovitz
Erma Lebovitz died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, at the home of her son in Marietta, Ga.

She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was the widow of Louis Lebovitz. She was an active member of Mizpah Congregation for many years, and she and her late husband were the owners and operators of Ready Fries for 25 years.

Survivors include two sons, Bruce Lebovitz of Chattanooga, and Larry Lebovitz of Marietta; a daughter, Nancy Lebovitz of Marietta; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at Mizpah cemetery with Rabbi Philip M. Posner officiating.

Arrangements are by J. Avery Bryan Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mizpah Congregation, 723 McCallie Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37404.

Mary Ann Liebe
Mary Ann Liebe of Red Bank died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in a local hospital. She was 90.

The longtime Chattanooga resident was retired from Cobble-Muse Hosiery and a Baptist.

She was the widow of Isom R. Liebe, and the mother of the late Isom Liebe Jr. and Frances Brown.

Survivors include two sons, John Liebe of Louisville, Ky., and Joe Liebe of East Ridge; four daughters, Mary Katherine Liebe of Red Bank, Bonnie Fugatt of East Ridge, and Sally Carter and Nancy Norwood, both of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.; one sister, Geneva Nicholson of Chattanooga; 23 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway, with Dr. Paul Frick officiating.

Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

The family will receive friends today from 4 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 1 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Frances Ownbey
Frances C. Ownbey died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998, in a local hospital. She was 71.

A lifelong resident of Hamilton County, she was a Baptist.

Survivors include her husband, John E. Ownbey; a son, William 'Billy' Graham of Hillsboro, Ohio; four sisters, Alma Laws of LaFayette, Ga., Myrtle Hartline of Chickamauga, Ga., Billie Kramer of Goshen, Ohio, and Vina Mowell of Colliersville, Tenn.; two granddaughters and one great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road, with the Rev. James Sprayberry and the Rev. Lloyd Blackwell officiating.

Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family was to receive friends today after 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
