Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Meadow Fork Baptist Church with the Rev. Ralph Swafford officiating.
Burial will be in Meadow Fork cemetery.

CLEVELAND, Tenn. - J.T. 'Troy' Charles Sr. died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, in a local hospital. He was 86.

TRACY CITY, Tenn. - Ruby Allene Green died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, at her home. She was 65.

Maurice Hale
JASPER, Tenn. - Maurice L. 'Mo' Hale died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999. He was 39.
He was employed by Rock-Tenn Corp., and was the grandson of the late Josie Hale, Depp Skiles and Esther Skiles.
Survivors include two daughters, Lindsay Hale and Brittany Hale, both of Jasper; his parents, J.C. and Rita Joyce Skiles Hale; one sister, Tina Davis; grandfather, William C. 'Clenniie' Hale, all of Jasper.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Funeral Home .
Burial will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be today from noon to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Cayci Higgins
CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Cayci Higgins died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999. She was 19.
She attended Bradley County schools and was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church.
She was the granddaughter of the late Rev. Leonard Higgins and Leonard B. Taylor.
Survivors include her parents, Roy and Becky Higgins, Cleveland; two sisters, Kelly d'Aquarone, Verona, Italy, and Kim Davis, Cleveland; two brothers, Stephen Higgins, Austin Texas, and Tyler Swafford, Cleveland; her grandparents, Della Higgins and Ralph and Tennie Dispain, all of Cleveland.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Cloverleaf Baptist Church with the Rev. Huel Hooker and other ministers officiating.
Burial will be in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.

ATHENS, Tenn. - Frederick E. 'Fred' Hoke died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 67.

James Robert Boydston died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in a local health care facility. He was 56.
He was a longtime resident of Chattanooga and a member of First Christian Church.
He was a son of the late Ruth C. and Lawrence W. Boydston Sr.
Survivors include a sister, Gwendolyn Carroll of Harrison, and a brother, Lawrence W. Boydston Jr., of Lookout Valley; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Boydston cemetery with the Rev. Robert Childress officiating.
There will be no visitation at the Dodds Avenue Chapel of Turner Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.

Erma Lebovitz
Erma Lebovitz died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, at the home of her son in Marietta, Ga.
She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was the widow of Louis Lebovitz. She was an active member of Mizpah Congregation for many years, and she and her late husband were the owners and operators of Ready Fries for 25 years.
Survivors include two sons, Bruce Lebovitz of Chattanooga, and Larry Lebovitz of Marietta; a daughter, Nancy Lebovitz of Marietta; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at Mizpah cemetery with Rabbi Philip M. Posner officiating.

Mary Ann Liebe of Red Bank died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in a local hospital. She was 90.
The longtime Chattanooga resident was retired from Cobble-Muse Hosiery and a Baptist.
She was the widow of Isom R. Liebe, and the mother of the late Isom Liebe Jr. and Frances Brown.
Survivors include two sons, John Liebe of Louisville, Ky., and Joe Liebe of East Ridge; four daughters, Mary Katherine Liebe of Red Bank, Bonnie Fugatt of East Ridge, and Sally Carter and Nancy Norwood, both of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.; one sister, Geneva Nicholson of Chattanooga; 23 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway, with Dr. Paul Frick officiating.
Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
The family will receive friends today from 4 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 1 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Frances C. Ownbey died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998, in a local hospital. She was 71.
A lifelong resident of Hamilton County, she was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, John E. Ownbey; a son, William 'Billy' Graham of Hillsboro, Ohio; four sisters, Alma Laws of LaFayette, Ga., Myrtle Hartline of Chickamauga, Ga., Billie Kramer of Goshen, Ohio, and Vina Mowell of Colliersville, Tenn.; two granddaughters and one great-grandson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road, with the Rev. James Sprayberry and the Rev. Lloyd Blackwell officiating.
Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
