Tennessee, U.S., Delayed Birth Records, 1869-1909
Woodrow Chadwell
Woodrow Chadwell, 87, of Duff died September 16th, 2002, at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents Alvis and Ida Lawson Chadwell; sisters Nancy Canada and Mary Chadwell.
Mr. Chadwell is survived by his wife Martha Chadwell; sons Jack Chadwell of Richmond, Ky. and Jerry Richardson of Duff.; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sister Lula Prewitt of Duff.
Funeral services were held Thursday September 19th at Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Hatfield officiating.
Interment was Friday September 20th in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Clyde C. Lindsay
Clyde C. Lindsay, 89, of Jacksboro died September 27th , 2002 at St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mossie Lindsay; brother, Junior Lindsay; sister, Golda Fraley, Myrtle Fraley, and Edna Sharp; half brothers, Condy Emmett, Hobart Walter, and Ed Lindsay; half sister , Lillie Lindsay.
Mr. Lindsay is survived by his wife, Ruth; daughters, Wilma Lindsay, Jacksboro, Betty Jo Daugherty, Ohio and Janet Lee Lindsay, Jacksboro; three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren; sisters Glinna Daughtery, Jacksboro and Irene Long, Clinton.
Funeral services were Monday September 30th at Indian Creek Baptist Church with Reverend Ralph Leach and Reverend Jim Mullins officiating.
Interment was in the church cemetery.
Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Dorothy R. Linkous
Dorothy R. Linkous, 77, of Jacksboro died September 29th, 2002 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Linkous; daughter, Judy Terry Taylor; parents, Walter and Nellie Sharp; brother, Walter " Buddy" Sharp, Jr..
Survivors are son, Howard R. Terry, Sr., LaFollette; sister Jean Talbert, Ill; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday October 1st at Martin Wilson Chapel with Reverend Ronnie Arnold officiating .
Interment was in Campbell Memorial Gardens.
Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Gary Lovett
Gary Lovett, 50, of LaFollette died September 30th, 2002 , at St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County.
Mr. Lovett was preceded in death by his father, Grance Lovett; sister, Melissa Lovett and grandparents, Walter and Grace Stepp.
He is survived by son, Bobby Lovett, NC; mother, Eurteha Stepp Lovett, LaFollette; brothers, Harold Lovett, SC, Kyle Lovett, LaFollette and sister, Melinda Hatfield, VA..
The family will receive friends tonight (Thursday) from 6pm to 8pm in The Martin Wilson Chapel. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery 10 am Friday October 4th for graveside services. Reverend Audie Murray will officiate.
Martin Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Betty A. Morgan
Betty A. Morgan, 92, of Jellico, died September 26th, 2002 at her home.
Mrs. Morgan is survived by her sons, James Paul Morgan, Newcomb and Earl David Morgan, Jellico; daughter, Helen Douglas, Jellico; 13 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren; half sister, Delphia Abbott, Ky.
Funeral services were Sunday September 29th at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Harold Lett officiated.
Interment was in Douglas Cemetery.
Harp Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Hoyt Otto Muse
Hoyt Otto Muse, 67, of Jacksboro, died September 30th, 2002 at Sunbridge Nursing Home.
Preceded in death by his wife, Opal Irene (Smith) Muse; parents, Charlie and Cordelia Muse; four brothers and three sisters.
Mr. Muse is survived by his brother Raymond E. Muse, Jacksboro; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services were Tuesday October 1st, at Cross Funeral Home with Reverend Don Allen and Reverend Ova Simpson officiating.
Interment was in Campbell Memorial Gardens.
Cross Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Rosie Partin
Rosie Partin, 85, of Duff died Sunday, September 22nd, 2002 at St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County.
She was preceded in death by parents, Jim and Martha Bradey Palmer; husband, Green Partin, Sr., sons, Johnny and Willie Partin, sister, May Delk, brothers, Louis , Willard, and Charlie Palmer.
Mrs. Partin is survived by sons, Green Partin, Jr., LaFollette, Charles Partin of Duff , Tommy Partin , Speedwell ; daughter, Wilma Shears , LaFollette; 18 grandchildren, 36 great- grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday September 24th in the Chapel at Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Minister Tim Meddford and Reverend Wade Wells officiating.
Interment was in Chadwell Cemetery.
Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
