Curry & Son Funeral Home with Brother Doug Ellingsworth officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

He was a retired employee of Saveways Inc. of Maryland and instructor of Tennessee Technology Center in Ripley, a U.S. Air Force veteran, past governor of Dyersburg Moose Lodge #441, past Moose Legion 19 president, past District 1 Moose president, Tennessee Moose Association past president, member of Scottish Rite Masonic Temple in Memphis, Al Chymia Shrine Temple in Memphis, held fellowship degree loyal order of the Moose, master mason and member of Hess Lodge #93 in Dyersburg and a 32nd Degree Mason. .

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Nativity Lutheran Church in Brandon, Miss. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg. Mark Seepe Funeral Home of Jackson, Miss. is in charge of arrangements.

She was a retired merchant of Jones Self-Service Grocery, a member of First United Methodist Church where she was active in all activities and a member of the Eastern Star where she had held all offices. .
