Larry C. Wambsganss, 60, of Munster, Ind., died Friday, Nov. 14, 2003 at St. Margaret Mercy Hospital-South Campus in Dyer, Ind. He was owner of Allied Rack Systems Inc. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg.

Patsy Valentine Rice, 60, of Halls, died Thursday, Nov. 13 at her residence. She was a homemaker. Services were at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Burial was in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

She was a homemaker, a member of Trimble First United Methodist Church, member of United Methodist Women, honorary member of Town & Country Literary Club, Canasta Club, Trimble Woman's Club, Ica-Bana Garden Club of Humboldt and Dyersburg Garden Club.

Katherine Dunigan, 83, of Halls, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was a homemaker. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Cleaves Temple CME Church in Halls with the Rev. Ronald Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Old Chapel cemetery in Halls.

Billy E. Coleman, 78, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. He was owner/operator of Coleman Trucking Company, a Methodist, an avid coon hunter and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Brother Mike Gardner officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

Betty W. Gammons Burns, 64, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a retired employee of All-Wear Manufacturing Company and Wrangler, a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Brother Frank Paris officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg.

He was a retired salesman for Glass Auto Parts, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church where he was a Sunday school director and deacon and an avid fisherman and traveler. .

Arnold Guthrie Grief Sr., 65, of Trimble, died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a retired factory employee and a Baptist. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Dr. William Oakley officiating. Burial will be in Pierce cemetery in Trimble. The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Kathy Yvonne Read Cage, 40, of Henning, died Monday, Nov. 17, 2003 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Covington. She was a homemaker. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church in Henning with the Rev. Joe Dowell officiating. Burial will be in New Hope cemetery. The family will receive visitors at noon-6 p.m. Friday at Currie's Funeral Home in Henning.

He was a carpenter, a United States Coast Guard veteran of World War II and crossed both oceans on the USS General R.L. Howze. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg with Dr. Phillip Cook officiating.

Emma Peacock Wigdor, 99, of Tiptonville, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2003 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Home. She was a retired clothing-store owner, a member of the Lake County Historical Society and a member of Tiptonville First United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Blanche Peacock Sunday School Class and served as church historian. She also worked with the Easter Seal Society.

Danny Ray Powell, 49, of Dyersburg, formerly of Ridgely, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003 at his home. He was a retired employee of World Color Press. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. today in New Haven cemetery in Ridgely with the Rev. David Gray officiating.

He was a warehouse employee at Pictsweet Co., a member of Willingham Baptist Church near Ridgely and a 1986 graduate of Lake County High School. Services are at 1 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. J.L. Campbell officiating. Burial will be in New Haven cemetery in Ridgely.

Graveside services will be today at 2 p.m. at Thurmond cemetery in Halls with Elder Ed Carter officiating. Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home in Covington is in charge of arrangements.
