Ouida Mae Park Switzer, 76, of Trimble died Friday, June 18, 2004, at the Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker and retired secretary for Trimble Manufacturing Co. She was also a member of Trimble First Baptist Church. Funeral services were Sunday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg. Dr. William Oakley will officiate.

Judy Weeks, 57, of Dyersburg died on Thursday June 17, 2004, at Methodist Hospital North of Memphis. A former teacher, she served on the Dyer County Board of Education. She was also a member of the Lake Road Church of Christ and the Dyer County Retired Teachers Association.

William "Bud" Morrison, 78, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, June 19, 2004 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. He was retired manager of Huey Brothers Lumber Company, a member of First Baptist Church, a Red Coat at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center and a US Navy veteran of the World War II.

Robert Edward "Bill" Spencer, 76, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, June 20, 2004 at the Veteran's Hospital in Memphis. He was a retired employee of Heckethorn Manufacturing Company, a US Army veteran of the Korean War, and a member of Living Word Tabernacle in Gibson, Mo.

Robbie Burton Taylor, 85, of Dyersburg, died Friday, June 18, 2004 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Care. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Ridgely chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Brother R.M. Palmer officiating. Burial will be in New Haven cemetery in Ridgely.

Flossie Mai Flowers, 66, of Obion, died Sunday, June 20, 2004 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. She was a former employee of Salant & Salant of Obion, Bryan Plastics of Kenton and Obion City Hall and a member of Third Street Church of Christ in Obion.

Nancy Jo McClure, 66, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, June 20, 2004 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center. She was a homemaker. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today in Church Grove cemetery in Newbern with the Rev. Tim Nichols officiating. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Lewis "Speedy" Weaver, 92, of Ripley, died Sunday, June 20, 2004 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington. He was a retired employee of Custom Craft Manufacturing of Halls and a member of Halls First United Methodist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at South Fork cemetery near Halls. Halls Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ruby "Aunt Shirley" Wicker, 67, of Dyersburg, formerly of Ripley, died Sunday, June 20, 2004 at Oakwood Community Living Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Westside Dyersburg Church of Christ. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley. Burial will be in Lightfoot cemetery in Ripley.

Edwin Coleman Wood, 87, of Ridgely, died Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Ridgely Care & Rehabilitation Center. He was a retired farmer and Erso Bulk Plant owner, a member of Cottonwood Grove Baptist Church, Sunday school superintendent at Mooring Baptist Church, former Mason, construction worker, an avid hunter and fisherman and associate of Wood's Repair Shop.

Illa D. Cogburn, 92, of Hobart, Ind., formerly of Dyersburg and Friendship, died Monday, June 21, 2004 in Hobart. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Friendship Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Warner officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg.

Judy Lee Fugate, 56, of Friendship, died Monday, June 21, 2004 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was a former employee of Heckethorn. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Brother Charlie Halliburton officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

She was retired teacher of Montgomery County School System with over 30 years of service, an active member of Central Baptist Church in Bearden where she was a member and past president of Martha Sunday School Class, an active member of Good Life Senior Choir and Nursing Home Visitation, a graduate of Ouachita Baptist College with a bachelor degree in education and was an Army cadet nurse during World II.. .
