Richard Junior Wilkerson, 65, of Friendship, died Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a truck driver, a Air Force veteran and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Friendship Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Warner officiating. Burial will be in Zion Hill cemetery.

Ethel Massey Frye, 86, of Tiptonville, died Monday, Oct. 4, 2004 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Center in Tiptonville. She was a homemaker and attended Cottonwood Grove Baptist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Tiptonville chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Brother Greg Wells officiating. Burial will be in Elbridge cemetery.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Finley Baptist Church with the Rev. Charlie Halliburton and the Rev. Kenny Chessor officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jewel Jones Knox, 79, of Newbern, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004 at Gibson County General Hospital in Trenton. She was a businesswoman and a member of Yorkville-Gibson County Home Demonstration Club. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Daryl Marcle officiating. Burial will be in Yorkville cemetery.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Father Elbert Callis officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Newbern.
