He was an employee of Sara Lee Water Treatment-Jimmy Dean Sausage, a veteran of the  Vietnam War and Gulf War and an avid gardener. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. James Loines officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Curtis Tony Rouser, 43, of Ripley, died Friday, Oct. 8, 2004 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Ripley. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Forerunners Baptist Church in Ripley with the Rev. Thomas H. Bester officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant cemetery in Ripley. Thompson's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

John Ardie Shoulders, of Newbern, died Monday, Oct. 11, 2004 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Johnson Funeral Home.

Danny Ray Barrett Sr., 52, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004 at his residence. He was a truck driver for the City of Dyersburg and a Baptist. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

W.M. Rogers, 83, of Dyersburg, died Monday, Oct. 11, 2004 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Care. He was a retired employee of Dyersburg Fabrics and a World War II Army veteran. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. John Morris officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Church Grove cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Odell officiating. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Wallace Morgan, 92, of Friendship, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. He was a retired farmer and carpenter and a member of Friendship Church of Christ. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Friendship Funeral Home with Daniel Tillman and Frank Paris officiating. Burial will be in Bellevernon cemetery.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Dr. Phillip Cook officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home-Tiptonville chapel with Bro. Ralph Buckley officiating. Burial will be in City cemetery in Tiptonville.

She was a homemaker and a member of Aldridge Baptist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph Buckley officiating. Burial will be in Zion cemetery in Elbridge.

Minnie Lue Eisom, 82, of Halls, died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Ripley. She was a homemaker. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Halls with the Rev. Dennis Chaney officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion cemetery. Betty Ellen Johnson, 81, of Halls, died Friday, Oct. 15, 2004 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Ripley. She was a retired restaurant cook. A private, family memorial service will be held. Halls Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Donald Keith Peery, 73, of Ridgely died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis. He was a retired cotton ginner and mechanic and a Baptist. Services will be at 1 p.m. today in the Dyersburg Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow in Fairview cemetery of Dyersburg. The Rev. Carl Southerland will officiate.

Hardy Privett, 88, of Caruthersville, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004 at Oakwood Community Living Center in Dyersburg. He was a retired senior serviceman for Ark-Mo Power Co., served as the Caruthersville Fire Chief from 1976 to 1986, was a longtime city councilman and received the Senior Citizen of the Year award in 1992. .
