Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernest Pirofalo officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

Mary Manley, 87, of Dyersburg, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2005 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a domestic worker. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at International Gospel Temple Church in Dyersburg with Elder William Holder officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery in Dyersburg. H.H. Hudson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Franklin D. McCorkle, 68, of Halls, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at West Tennessee Transitional Healthcare in Jackson. He was a farmer. Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Brother Danny Cates officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Lila Pearl Rook, 80, of Trimble, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2005 at her residence. She was a homemaker. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

James K. Harrison, 65, of Bartlett, formerly of Dyersburg, died Friday, March 4, 2005 at his residence. He was a retired dispatcher for J.B. Hunt Trucking Co. an Air Force veteran. Services were Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fairview cemetery. The Rev. Lynn King will officiate.

Benton Pierce, 50, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005 in Caruthersville, Mo. He was a mechanic. Services were Saturday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Craig officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Mary Elizabeth Beeler, 86, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, March 5, 2005 at Ridgely Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was a retired employee of Sylvania Cooperation and a member of Springhill Baptist Church. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg with the Rev. James Branscum officiating. The family will receive visitors at 1 p.m. at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Elvin Dale "Bronco" Newsom, 61, of Newbern, died Sunday, March 6, 2005 at his residence. He was a truck driver for TDT Inc. of Lake City, Fla. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Parks officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Newbern.

Doris Onita Stone, 66, of Ripley, died Sunday, March 6, 2005 at Humboldt General Hospital. She was a retired employee of Todd Uniform and a member of Salem Baptist Church in Henning. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Newbern.

Vernon W. Tott, 80, of Sioux City, Iowa, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005 in Sioux City. He was a retired employee of Swift and Company, an Army veteran of World War II. Services were Friday at Morningside Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul Spaulding officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park cemetery. Morningside Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Shirley Jean Pugh, 66, of Newbern, died Monday, March 7, 2005 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was a homemaker. Services were Tuesday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Brother Chris King officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem cemetery in Henning.

Gertrude Thompson, 87, of Newbern, died Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at Baptist Hospital in Union City. She was a retired clerk for Johnson's Grocery, a member of Center United Methodist church and Newbern Fellowship Saddle Club. Graveside services were Wednesday in Fairview cemetery in Newbern with the Rev. Dan Tilley officiating. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Essie Randaul, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by H.H. Hudson Funeral Home.

Tom A. Harness, 92, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, March 12, 2005 at the Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a retired men's clothing salesman, a member of First United Methodist Church and the Vern Forcum Sunday School Class. He taught adult Sunday school classes at Bryant's Chapel Methodist Church and Dyersburg First United Methodist Church for over 40 years. He was a Red Coat Volunteer for 15 years at the Dyersburg hospital and a former Tennessee National Guard member.

Albert Jack Johnson, 60, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, March 10, 2005 at the Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a retired employee of Fowlkes Concrete and a member of the Northside Church of Jesus Christ. Services were Sunday at 10 a.m. in the Northside Church of Jesus Christ. The Rev. Ray Winstead and the Rev. Jeff Smith will officiated. Burial was in the Pierce cemetery in Trimble.

Tim Clark officiated.

Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Newbern First United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Tommy Jowers officiating. Burial will be Poplar Grove cemetery in Newbern.

J.M. Williams, 82, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, March 12, 2005 at the Jackson Regional Medical Center in Jackson, Tenn. He was a retired farmer, a veteran of World War II and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held on Monday at 3 p.m. at Fairview cemetery in Dyersburg. Brother Leonard Ballinger will officiate. Visitation will take place at the J.W. Curry and Son Funeral Home beginning at 1:30 p.m.
