She was a member of New Beverly Church, Knoxville. Preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Samuel R. Rhinehart. Parents, Robert Verlie Hawkins and Bertha Etta Hawkins; brothers, Roy Lee Hawkins and Carl Edward Hawkins of Clinton; sister, Dorothy Mae Abbate, Burlinton, Wisconsin.

She is survived by one son, Bruce Rogers Rhinehart of Knoxville. One sister, Lucille (Luci) Julian and husband Curtis M. Julian of Harriman. Two sister-in-laws, Dorothy L. Hawkins and Dorothy M. Hawkins of Clinton. Several Nieces and Nephews, Cousins and friends.

James Holland Cooper Ingram

Ingram, James Holland Cooper, age 81, died at St. Mary’s Hospital April 9, 2004 after a prolonged illness. He was a veteran of World War II during which he served in the Air Force in the Pacific. After his plane went down followed by a raid over Borneo he received a Purple Heart. He was the owner of Stubley Knox-Litho since 1971 and was always proud that his sons would continue in his business. He was a member of Rotary International and never missed a weekly meeting in 30 years. As an avid golfer he made many lasting friendships and special golfing buddies. He was preceded in death by parents, Elizabeth and Floyd Ingram; his youngest sister, June Elmore; sons; Clarke Ingram and Dean Ingram.

Wife of 59 years, Bernardine Grant Ingram; son, Gib Ingram; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Teresa Ingram; daughter, E. Holland Ingram of Key West, Fla., daughter-in-law and widow of Dean, Debbie Ingram; grandsons, Logan Ingram and Grant Ingram.

in Johnson City, Tennessee. Graduate of Hiawassee College and University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing. Faithful and loving member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. She was the Public Relations Manager for Goody’s Family Clothing and won many Addie’s during her tenure at Goody’s for advertising. Member of the National Retail Board for the Children’s Miracle Network. She was on the Board of Directors for the National Kidney Foundation and board member and chairman of Chocolate Fest. Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of East Tennessee. Vice Chair of the Fantasy of Trees and associated with Center Stage and the committee for the Future at Children’s Hospital. Pam participated in many charitable causes including Race for the Cure and National Lee Denim Day. Preceded in death by grandfather, Fred Hicks.

Davis, Victor Morgan Jr., passed away Saturday, April 24, 2004 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a lifelong member of Church Street United Methodist Church. He was retired after 40 years from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, where he was the manager of Provider Services for the Knoxville Region. He was a WWII POW and Veteran who received The Purple Heart following The Battle of the Bulge. Vic was an avid fisherman, both fresh and saltwater. His love for the sport was freely shared with all. Not only was he willing to teach anyone interested, but always willing to share his special fishing holes. Preceded in death by his father, Victor Morgan Davis, Sr., Alumni Secretary and Personnel Director at The University of Tennessee; mother, Virginia Briggs Davis and sister, Virginia Davis Bonner.
