Scheryl McMillan Hicks, 66, of Church Hill, died at Indian Path Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Services will follow at 8 p.m. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Oak Hill Memorial Park.

Glen L. Casteel, Blountville
Glen L. Casteel, 71, of Blountville, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 20, 2009 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 3:45 p.m. prior to the service at Weaver Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Committal services will be on Monday at 11 a.m. at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens.

Bennie Douglas Floyd, 78, of Rogersville, died Friday at his residence. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Highland cemetery.

Services will follow at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church cemetery.

Thelma Sue (Susie) Johnson, Surgoinsville
Thelma Sue (Susie) Johnson, 79, of Surgoinsville, died at 9:10 p.m. Friday. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Carter Trent Funeral Home, Church Hill. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the Bethel Church cemetery, Surgoinsville.

Michael Leo Hackler, 56, died Feb. 20, 2009 due to the results of a car accident. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Gate City Funeral Home.

Teresa Foulke, Johnson City
Teresa Lynn Peake Foulke, 49, Johnson City, went home to be with her Lord on Feb. 21, 2009, following a courageous battle with cancer for nearly nine years. The family visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tetrick Funeral Home, with memorial service at 7 p.m. Rev. John W. Daniels will officiate. Phyllis K. Condry, 61, of Kingsport, died Friday at her sister's home. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home on Monday. Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Mrs. Condry's body will lay in state from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at Oak Hill Memorial Funeral Home in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel with the graveside service to follow in the Oak Hill Memorial Park.

Eldridge Larkins Jr., Church Hill
Eldridge S. Larkins, Jr., 70, of Church Hill, passed away on Saturday at Holston Valley Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the home of his sister, Helen Fansler, 403 W. Lane St., Church Hill. Military graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Home National cemetery, Mountain Home, Tenn. Carter Trent Funeral Home, Church Hill is in charge.

Earl Andrew Tate, 85, formerly of Hiltons, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Monday night (March 23, 2009) at Brookhaven Manor. Calling hours will be held on Wedesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Scott County Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Preacher Nat Baker and Evangelist Ray Bledsoe officiating. A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church cemetery at 11 a.m. Family and friends attending the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m.

Clara Wexler, Kingsport
Clara Jones Wexler, 81, of Kingsport, passed away Tuesday peacefully at her residence. No formal visitation is planned and the family invites friends to stop by her home at anytime, 1345 Lebanon Road, Kingsport, Tenn. 37663. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Pond Family cemetery, Lebanon Road, Kingsport. Those who wish to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:55 pm. Carter Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is in charge.

After services in Georgia, visitation will be held at the Arney-Mullins Funeral Home in Rose Hill on Friday, March 27, 2009 from noon to 2 p.m. After visitation, the funeral service will follow. Following the service, interment icon will be at the Bradford-Daniels cemetery in Rose Hill.
