Claude Collins
Claude Russell Collins, 74, of Lombard, Ill., a former resident of Hickman, Ky., who died July 29, 20076, at Hines VA Hospital in Hines, Ill. A graveside memorial service is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday at Hickman City cemetery, with the Rev. Henry Callison officiating. Friends are asked to join the family there at the funeral hour.

Johnny Buckelew
Johnny Dale Buckelew, 55, of Clarksville, father of Andria Jones and brother of Patricia Conley, both of Union City, died Aug. 11, 2007, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris. He was a former resident of Troy. A memorial service with military honors will be 7 p.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave and Larson Funeral Home in Erin. Military personnel will serve as pallbearers.

Eunice Hogan
Completed arrangements are being announced for Eunice Elizabeth Hogan, 77, of Troy, who died Aug. 15, 2007, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hornbeak City cemetery. Lenard Hogan and Bobby Stewart will officiate. Pallbearers will be Joe Pryor, Carl Gatewood, Rusty Rudd, Joe Lovett, Ronnie Moore, Jimmy Gwaltney, Bill Denman, William Denman, Kenneth Sanders and Charles Miller.

Lona Chessor
Lona Chessor, 83, of Hornbeak died Aug. 16, 2007, at Golden Living Center in Union City. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by White-Ranson Funeral Home.

Bobbie McKenzie
Bobbie McKenzie, 71, of Kenton died Aug. 8, 2007, at her home. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Kenton First Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Charles Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in New Concord cemetery near Kenton.

Jim Bobo
Completed arrangements are being announced for J.F. "Jim" Bobo, 65, of Amory, Miss., who died July 20, 2007, at Smithville, Miss. He was a former resident of Obion County and a graduate of Obion County Central High School. A memorial service is planned for Saturday at 1 p.m. at Obion First Baptist Church, wtih a reception to follow there in the home of Betty Bobo.

Jack Hollandsworth
Jack Hollandsworth, 67, of West Fork, Ark., died Aug. 8, 2007, in Springdale, Ark. He was a former resident of Kenton. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, Ark., with Pam Ciccioni officiating. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Pleasanton (Kan.) cemetery.

Milton Tucker
Milton Brann Tucker, 47, of Martin died July 14, 2007, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Martin's East Side cemetery.

Laverne Maddox
Laverne Maddox, 90, of Hickman, Ky., died July 17, 2007, at Huntingdon Health and Rehab Center in Huntingdon. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by White-Ranson Funeral Home.

Eunice Hall
Eunice Ashley Hall, 95, of Senatobia, Miss., a former resident of Tiptonville, died July 16, 2007, at the Senatobia Convalescent Center. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Senatobia Church of Christ, where she was a member.

Louise Burns
Louise Burns, 83, of Union City died July 16, 2007, at Union City Manor. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by White-Ranson Funeral Home.

Margie Carson
Margie N. Carson, 76, of Kenton died July 15, 2007, at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis. Services will be 2 p.m. Wed-nesday at Leitherland Funeral Home's Kenton chapel, with burial following in Kenton's New Concord cemetery. The Rev. Johnny Witherspoon will officiate.

Naomi Hammond
Naomi (Loar) Hammond, 92, of Martin, a former resident of South Fulton, died July 14, 2007, at Martin Healthcare Center. A memorial graveside service is planned at a later date in Newark, Ohio.

Dr. Robert Siddens
Dr. Robert B. Siddens, 78, of Milan died July 11, 2007, at his home. He was the former superintendent of the Fulton City School System.

Ruth Sparks
Ruth Nicholson Sparks, 92, of Nashville died July 8, 2007, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Ann Nicholson of Arrington. She was a former resident of Obion County. Services were set for 10 a.m. today at Woodbine Funeral Home's Hickory Chapel at 5852 Nolensville Road in Nashville, with Michael Whittington officiating. Interment icon was to follow at 4 p.m. today at Antioch cemetery near Hornbeak.

Mary Legans
Mary Isabelle Legans, 88, of the Dukedom community died 5:20 a.m. July 11, 2007, at Weakley County Nursing Home in Dresden. Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Jackson Funeral Home in Dukedom, with the Rev. Rick Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Unity cemetery in Weakley County.

Bill Hawkins
Bill Hawkins of Water Valley, Ky., died Feb. 13, 2007, at his home. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton.

Charles Jones
Completed arrangements are being announced for Joseph Charles Jones, 36, of South Fulton, who died Feb. 10, 2007, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Rawls Funeral Home in Union City, with the Rev. Michael Glover officiating. Burial will follow in East View cemetery.

Willie Belle Sisson
Willie Belle Sisson, 88, of South Fulton died Feb. 13, 2007, at the Regional Hospital in Jackson. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Fulton, located at 500 Mears St., with the Revs. Jessie Johnson, Floyd Greene, Marvin Mercer Sr. and Michael Alley officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill cemetery in Hickman County, Ky.

Kaye McClain
Kaye McClain, 61, of Atlanta, formerly of Obion County, died Feb. 14, 2007, at Hospice Atlanta. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Kayo Mullen
Daniel "Kayo" Mullen, 71, of Paducah, Ky., former golf pro and greens superintendent at Poplar Meadows Country Club in Union City, died 3 p.m. Feb. 13, 2007, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home in Paducah, with the Revs. Terry Vasseur and Robert Mullen and Mark Bryant officiating. Burial will follow there in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Thomas Baker
Thomas Ward Baker, 63, of Jackson, a former resident of this area, died Feb. 12, 2007, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home in Jackson, with the Revs. Jerry Davis and Jim Yarbrough officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson.

Jimmy Faulk
Completed arrangements are being announced for Jimmy David Faulk, 77, of Union City, who died at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City Feb. 12, 2007.

Willie McKinney
Willie R. McKinney, 45, of Fulton died Dec. 27, 2006, at 5:05 a.m. at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton. Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Brooks Chapel Ministries in Fulton, with Dr. Jesse L.O. Webb and Elder Melvin Puckett officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlea cemetery in Fulton.

John Lovett
John Lovett, 69, of the Shawtown community died Dec. 28, 2006, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City's emergency room. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by White-Ranson Funeral Home.

Christine Case
Christine Case, 76, of Union City died Dec. 24, 2006, at Golden Living Center in Union City. Graveside services were held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at East View cemetery in Union City.

Billy Joe Grogan
Billy Joe Grogan, 44, of Union City died Dec. 22, 2006, as the result of an automobile accident on Highway 45. Graveside services were 1 p.m. Sunday at Beech cemetery near Union City, with the Rev. Jerry Leggett officiating. White-Ranson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Nellie Childers
Completed arrangements are being announced for Nellie E. Childers, 94, of Fulton, a former resident of Water Valley, Ky., who died 12:10 p.m. Dec. 20, 2006, at Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton, with the Rev. Howard Copeland officiating. Burial will follow in Fulton's Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.

Edith Erwin
Completed arrangements are being announced for Edith (Dunbar) Erwin, 93, of Troy, who died Dec. 22, 2006, at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin. Graveside services were Sunday at 2 p.m. at Troy City cemetery. Family and friends served as pallbearers.
