CLARA RUTH HENRY
Mrs. Clara Ruth Henry, age 72, of Wartburg, formerly of Knoxville, passed away December 9, 2010, at the Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge, TN.
Mrs. Henry is survived by son, Ricky Henry and wife Stephanie of Knoxville, TN; four grandchildren; daughter, Stephanie; brother, Dexter Alexander; sister, Patti Alexander; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Clia and Buster Davidson of Burrville, TN, Irene LaRue of Burrville, TN, Mary Lou Henry of Grimsley, TN and Ruby Howard of Deer Lodge, TN; special nephew, T.E. LaRue of Knoxville; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Mrs. Henry was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Henry; and parents, Edgar David and Eula Humphrey Alexander.
Graveside services were held Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Neil cemetery, in the Meister Hills Community with Bro. Herbert Judkins officiating.
Schubert Funeral Home of Wartburg, Tennessee was in charge of services.

JERRY GUNTER
Jerry Gunter, age 52, of Grimsley, passed away Friday, December 10, 2010 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Gunter was born February 17, 1958.
Mr. Gunter is survived by two sons, Anthony Gunter of Grimsley and Scott Gunter of Crossville; daughter, Amy Terry of Grimsley; five brothers, Wes Gunter and wife Hettie, Junior Gunter and wife Missouri and Donald Gunter and wife Fay all of Clarkrange, Arnold Gunter and wife Dawn of IN and Thomas Gunter and wife Linda of Grimsley; five sisters, Janice Richards and husband Jimmy, Peggy Dishmon and husband Kenneth, Mary Lee Jenkins and Betty Young and husband Winford all of Grimsley and Deborah Gibson and husband Billy of Jamestown; and six grandchildren.
Mr. Gunter was preceded in death by parents, Loyd and Nora Ringley Gunter; and brother, Roger Gunter.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Clarkrange Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Reagan officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Carmel cemetery.

EDITH HULL
Edith Hull, age 87, of Jamestown, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Hull was born April 10, 1923.
Mrs. Hull is survived by son, Sam Hull and wife Terri of Jamestown; two grandsons, Nathan Hull and wife Chrystal and Jason Hull and wife Clair both of Jamestown; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Chester Rhoad officiating.
Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

NAAMAN SEWELL
Naaman Sewell, age 71, of the Mt. Helen Community, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Sewell was born September 3, 1939. He was a member of the Mt. Helen Baptist Church.
Mr. Sewell is survived by wife, Marjorie Sewell of the Mt. Helen Community; three daughters, Michelle Hambrecht of Fort Polk, LA, Mitzi Byrd of Lebanon, TN and Tina Choate of the Mt. Helen Community; sister, Wanda June Hatfield of Pall Mall, TN; and four grandchildren.
Mr. Sewell was preceded in death by parents, Cletus and Elva Smith Sewell.
Funeral services were held Friday, December 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Helen Baptist Church with Bro. Marcus Williams and Bro. Brady Goad officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Helen cemetery. Pallbearers included Chris Smith, Brad Goad, Chad Goad, Doyle Brown, Johnny Byrd, Paul Ellis, Vernon Smith and Steve Ellis.
Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

ROY STULTS
Roy Stults, age 51, of Wilder, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010 at his home.
Mr. Stults was born October 8, 1959 in Muncie, Indiana. He was a mechanic and an US Navy Veteran.
Mr. Stults is survived by parents, John and Oma Turner Stults of Wilder; wife, Debbie Abston Stults of Wilder; three daughters, Laura Beth Stults and Sara Jane Stults both of Cookeville and Erica Lynn Stults of Wilder; two sons, Jess Malone Stults of Crawford, TN and Benjamin Malone Stults of Wilder; sister, Judy Carol Cravens of Clarkrange; three brothers, John Stults of Bloomington, Springs, TN, David Stults and James Stults both of Wilder; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Goff Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Jenkins officiating. Burial followed in the Wilder cemetery with full Military Honors by the Veterans Honor Guard.
Goff Funeral Home of Monterey, Tennessee was in charge of services.

OBED BRUMBLOUGH
Obed Brumblough, age 74, of Clarkrange, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Brumblough was born June 2, 1936 in Clarkrange, Tennessee. He was a factory worker.
Mr. Brumblough is survived by three daughters, Loretta West and husband Billy of Hartsville, TN, Patty Loden and Nancy Louck both of Redkey, IN; son, Bruce Brumblough and wife Cindy of Clarkrange; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Helen Spurlock and husband Charles of Muncie, IN.
Mr. Brumblough was preceded in death by wife, Nancy Louise (Herman) Brumblough; father, Benton Brumblough; mother, Elsie (Todd) Brumblough; and brother, J.L. Brumblough.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clarkrange Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Swallows and Bro. Delmer McCowan officiating. Burial followed in the Campground cemetery. Pallbearers included Derick Wilson, Chris Loden, Tommy Todd, Bill Watson, Bruce Brumblough, Bruce Brumblough Jr., and Christian Haley.
Jennings Funeral Home of Clarkrange, Tennessee was in charge of services.

BETTY RAMSEY COLE
Betty Ramsey Cole, age 80, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, April 11, 2011.
Mrs. Cole was born August 2, 1930 in Fentress County, Tennessee. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Mrs. Cole is survived by husband, Ozelle Cole of Jamestown; daughter, Melinda Pray and husband Gaylon of Paducah, KY; son, Greg Cole and wife Kim of Marietta, GA; two brothers, Stanley Ramsey and wife Pauline of Grimsley and Bill Ramsey and wife Sue of Chattanooga; two sisters, Ann Hannahan and husband Kermit and Lou Stephens and husband Reece both of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Brandon, Nicholas and Christina Pray, Heather and Chris Newsome, Brian, Ashley and Matt Cole; great-grandchildren, Madison, Brimley and Riley Newsome; and special care giver, Trish Nonte of the Banner Springs Community.
Mrs. Cole was preceded in death by parents, Arthur and Lola Rogers Ramsey.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Bro. Shane Monday and Bro. Buddy Edwards officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Chapel cemetery. Pallbearers included Brandon Pray, Nicholas Pray, Danny Ramsey, Bob Nonte, Brian Cole and Matt Cole.
Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

RICHARD L. CONATSER
Richard L. Conatser of Crossville passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Funeral services were held Friday, April 8th at Jennings Funeral Home with Pastor David Wilkerson officiating.
He was born February 27, 1937 in Jamestown, Tennessee to Roy and Mary Conatser. After serving in the US Army he relocated to South Chicago Heights, Illinois where he worked as a supervisor at Owens, Illinois until his retirement in 1991.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine (Delk); daughter, Terri (Arthur) Garrett of Steger, Illinois; son, Mike and daughter Rhonda of Crossville. Grandchildren, Brooke (Tom) Vallavaris of Park Forest, Illinois, Paige Garrett of Steger IL; grandsons, Joshua (Shelly) Garrett of Steger, IL and Christopher (Sonya) of Crossville; and great grandchildren, Hannah Conatser and Joshua Garrett.
In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by brothers, Jimmy and Danny Conatser.

DAN GUNTER
Dan Gunter, age 56, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011.
Mr. Gunter was born July 18, 1954 in Fentress County, Tennessee. He was a logger.
Mr. Gunter is survived by mother, Leona (Ford) Gunter of Jamestown; daughter, Danita Randolph of Sunbright; four sons, Billy Gunter and wife Debbie of Jamestown, Jack Gunter of Lancing, Willie Gunter and wife Nicole of Sunbright and Rocky Hatfield; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Delilah Garrett and husband Steve of Allardt; seven brothers, Don Gunter and wife Martha of Muddy Pond, Larry Gunter and wife Linda, Mark Gunter and wife Janice and Landon Gunter all of Jamestown, Steve Gunter and wife Peggy of Tinchtown, Dale Gunter and wife Dianna and Jeff Gunter both of Deer Lodge; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Gunter was preceded in death by father, James Gunter, Jr.; and brother, Jackie Gunter.
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Chester Rhoad officiating. Burial followed in the Union Grove cemetery in Morgan Co., Tennessee. Active pallbearers included Ronnie Bullard, Marvin Gunter, Timmy Hayes, John Smith, Joey Smith, Stacy Cravens and Jeremy Meader. Honorary pallbearers included Steve Garrett, Patrick Garrett and Ed Blevins.
Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

CAROLE ELAINE JENKINS
Carole Elaine Jenkins, age 74 passed from this life Monday, April 18 at Gateway Hospital in Clarksville, TN. She is survived by her husban d Ancil Jenkins, her son and his wife, Elaine and Allan Jenkins, Houston, Texas, two grandsons Jason Jenkins and his wife Karen, and great grandson Jacob, Davie, Florida and Joshua Jenkins, Houston, TX. Her only granddaughter, Jennifer and her husband Warren, Clarksville, Tennessee. She is survived by three cousins, Dot Whitten and Irene Smith, Milledgeville, GA. And Camille Fulmer, Watkinsville, GA.
She was born in Macon, Georgia, and attended Freed- Hardeman University. She worked for a number of years as a bookkeeper.
Her greatest love was being a preacher's wife and assisting her husband in his work. She loved to entertain and have people in her home. Even in her year of poor health her greatest joy was writing cards of congratulations and sympathy. She loved providing words of encouragement to others. This was her way of being the Lord's servant.
Funeral services will be in Macon, Georgia, Thursday, April 21 at Macon Memorial Gardens at 2:00 P.M. Memorial services will be conducted at the Hilldale Church of Christ, Clarksville, TN, April 23 at 11:00 A.M. and at the Jamestown Church of Christ, Jamestown, TN, Monday, April 25, at 11: A. M.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Partners in Progress, P. O. Box 13989, Maumelle, AR 72113 or LifeLine Chaplaincy, 1415 Southmore Blvd., Houston, TX 7704.

CARROLL OVERSTREET
Funeral services for Mr. Carroll Eugene Overstreet, 63 of Cookeville were held Wednesday, October 13 at 1 o'clock in the Chapel of Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Buckner officiating. Interment, with military honors, followed in Clarkrange cemetery in Clarkrange, Tennessee.
Mr. Overstreet died suddenly Saturday April 9, 2011.
He was born June 1, 1947 in Clarkrange, Tennessee to Mrs. Margaret Harvey Overstreet of Cookeville and the late William Ewell 'Buddy' Overstreet.
He was a 1965 graduate of Monterey High School and following his military tour he received his BS Degree in Industrial Technology from Tennessee Tech University.
His entire working career was as a Civil Engineer with the Nashville District Army Corps of Engineers.
He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and also served in Europe and Japan. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors in addition to his mother, include two sisters, Hope Jones of Cookeville, and Sharon (Charles) Lattimore of Astor, FL; nephew, Andrew (Katie) Jones of Cookeville; two nieces, Amanda Beaty of Nashville and Maura Jones of Cookeville; great nephew, Leo Jones of Cookeville; and his former wife, Sherrie Green of Lebanon, TN.
Family and friends served as pallbearers.
Horner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
