Fines celebrate 60th anniversary (07-07-2004)
Marion and Dora (Queener) Fine of Maryville observed their 60th wedding anniversary with a family celebration.
The couple were married July 6, 1944 in Sevier County.
Teffetellers married 50 years (2004-07-16)
James Mayford and Jewel (Walker) Teffeteller of Walland will be honored for their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception form 2-4 p.m. July 17 in the fellowship hall at Walland United Methodist Church, East Millers Cove Road, Walland. Family and friends are invited to attend.

Since the couple were married July 17, 1954, they will have been married for 50 years to the day in the same church where the reception will be held. The Rev. John W. Wikle officiated at their wedding.
Their family includes sons Todd Teffeteller of Louisville and Bob Teffeteller and wife Lisa of Walland. Grandchildren include the late Megan Teffeteller and Mandy Stanton and husband Danny, and their son, Austin.
Seagles to celebrate 50 years (2004-07-16)

Their family includes children Billy (Judy) Seagle of Knoxville, Donny (Norma) Seagle of Knoxville, Tom (Debbie) Seagle of Seymour and Diane (Mark) Roach of Maryville. They have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Seagle is retired from Seagle Construction Company. Mrs. Seagle is a housewife.
They attend Freedom Baptist Church. Mr. Seagle enjoys fishing and both enjoy gardening.

John B. and Bessie C. (Hancock) Cox of Maryville celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family gathering.
The couple were married July 27, 1939 in Greenback. H.L. Brooks, J.P., officiated.
Their family includes son Pete Cox and his wife Kathy of Maryville. They have two grandchildren, John and Steve, and five great-grandchildren, Candace, Clint, Casey, Addison and Savannah.
Mr. Cox is retired from ALCOA Inc. Mrs. Cox is retired as a self-employed beauty shop operator.
They are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Alcoa. Mr. Cox is a 50-year Mason, former Eastern Star Grand Patron, deacon at Calvary Baptist Church and a member of the ALCOA 25-Year Club.

Glen and Wanda (Bolinger) Huffstetler of Maryville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Carpenters United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.

Their family includes children Glenda and David Payne, Sheila and Gary Johnson, and Shana and David Hayes, all of Maryville. They have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Huffstetler is a retired electrician. Mrs. Huffstetler works at Food City in Maryville.
They are members of Carpenters United Methodist Church.
