Janet Rebecca Bolling, daughter of John and Becky Bolling of Oak Ridge, was united in marriage with Robert Michael Bivens, son of Delbert and Doris Bivens of Louisville, July 6 at Glenwood Baptist Church, Oak Ridge. The Rev. Brian Walls officiated.
Nuptial music was provided by Corky Long, vocalist/pianist, and Ginger O'Kain, organist.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a short - sleeved gown of white satin with re - embroidered lace appliqués, a sweetheart neckline and cathedral - length train. An elbow - length veil of white tulle was attached to a headband of Austrian crystals. She carried a cascade bouquet of calla lilies, white roses and greenery.
Susan Bolling of Oak Ridge, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachael Tan of Washington, D.C., Jemina Plante of Richmond, Ky., Jaclyn Norton of Mableton, Ga., and Melinda Mehlon of Baton Rouge. They wore two - piece gowns of light blue matte satin with beading on the bodices and simple A - line skirts and carried matching wraps. They carried hand - tied bouquets of hydrangeas, stargazer lilies and roses.
Ciara Rudisill was flower girl. Garret Reed of Maryville was ring bearer.
Scott Bivens of Maryville, cousin of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsmen were Jason Russell of Maryville, Thomas Bolling of Oak Ridge, brother of the bride, Matthew Mehlon of Baton Rouge and Andrew Mehlon, also of Baton Rouge.
A reception given by the parents of the bride was held at Elk's Lodge in Oak Ridge. Assisting hostesses were Felicia Story and Karrie Moody, both of Oak Ridge.
After a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple are living in Knoxville.

Lewellyn - Beets (2002 - 09 - 24)
Kaye Beets, daughter of Moss L. and Nina Beets of Clinton, was united in marriage with Robert Isaac (Bob) Lewellyn, son of William W. and Evelyn Lewellyn of Greenback, July 20 at Greenback Memorial Baptist Church. The Rev. Ronald Bailey officiated.
Nuptial music was provided by Andy Mounger. The bridegroom sang the couple's special song, ``In the Misty Moonlight," during the ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by Chris Latham, her son - in - law, and her daughter Angela Latham, who also served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachel Walker and Jessica Lewellyn.
Billy Lewellyn was ring bearer.
William W. Lewellyn served as his son's best man. Groomsmen were Walter Lewellyn, Guy Walker and Andy Lewellyn.
A reception given by Dawn Turner and Connie Decker was held at the church.
After a wedding trip to Cape Hatteras, the couple are living in Knoxville.

Owen - Clark (2002 - 09 - 24)
Robin Denise Clark, daughter of Wayne and Betty Clark of Maryville, was united in marriage with Richard Scott Owen, son of Wayne and Helen Owens of Maryville and Thomas and Joan Owen of Sweetwater, Aug. 17 at First Church of the Nazarene. Brother John Franklin officiated.
Nuptial music was provided by Donna Carroll, organist, and soloists Jeff Carroll and Alicia Clark.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an A - line dress with a beaded bodice and halter neckline and a fingertip - length veil accented with pearls and crystals. She carried a cascading bouquet of ivory roses and ivory wisteria.
Jill Rose of Maryville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Liz Gibson of Rockford and Alisha Owen of Sweetwater. They wore A - line dresses in Victorian lilac and carried bouquets of purple lilies and ivory wisteria.
Brittany Clark of Maryville was flower girl. She wore a smaller version of the bride's dress and carried a silk - lined basket of purple and ivory rose petals.
Cameron Clark and Corey Clark of Maryville were ring bearers. Karen Owen of Sweetwater kept the bride's book.
Aaron Owen of Sweetwater was best man. Groomsmen were Lynn Clifton of Knoxville and Jeff Owen of Sweetwater.
A reception given by the bride's parents and aunts was held in the church fellowship hall. Assisting hostesses were Lisa Houser of Maryville, Danialle Braden of Maryville and Paige Clark of Friendsville.
After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple are living in Louisville.
The bride is a graduate of William Blount High School. She is employed by Blount Discount Pharmacy as a certified pharmacy technician.
The bridegroom is a graduate of William Blount High School. He is employed by Denso as a team leader.

McMurray - Turner (2002 - 09 - 24)
Nina Nicole Turner, daughter of Mary and Tony Hughes of Maryville, was united in marriage to Derrick Matthew McMurray, son of Angela and Keith Feltz of Maryville and the late Darrell McMurray, July 20 in an outdoor ceremony at Hatcreek Ranch. The Rev. Vernon Scarbrough officiated.
Escorted by her step - father, the bride wore a white royal satin and tulle gown with beaded lace along a scoop neckline and decorated with appliqués trimming the gathered tulle floor - length skirt.
Saundra Gordon, cousin of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Andrea McMurray, Tiffany Tipton, Cindy Jones and Paula Nix.
Savannah and Hunter Fowler were the flower girls and Cori Bolinger was the ring bearer. Amber Jenkins, niece of the bride, and Christina Chenoweth, cousin of the bridegroom, kept the bride's book.
Adam McMurray, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsmen were Brian Jones, Timmy Stephenson, Marcus Payne and Wayne Vineyard.
After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, the couple are living in Maryville.
Both the bride and bridegroom are 1997 graduates of William Blount High School.
The bride is pursing a degree in marketing. The bridegroom is a police officer with the City of Alcoa.
