The future bride is the daughter of Col. David and Merial Smartt of Ft. Campbell, Ky. She is the granddaughter of Walter and Jean Smartt of Keystone Heights, Fla., Jean Turner of Alma, Ga., and the late Quip ``Buck" Turner.
The future bridegroom is the son of Joe and Kim Minutolo of Maryville. He is the grandson of Earl and Betty Gouge of Johnson City, Bernice Minutolo of Clinton, S.C., and the late Vincent Minutolo.
The bride-to-be graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Lee University, Cleveland, and with a Master of Arts degree in teaching mathematics from the University of Florida. She is a teacher at Cleveland State Community College.
