Redd
Doris Faye (Hitt) Redd, 77, of Three Rivers, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2005, in Jourdanton.
Visitation will be held today (Wednesday, Dec. 21), from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Galloway and Sons Chapel in Three Rivers. Funeral service will be celebrated Thursday, Dec. 22, at 10 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Three Rivers with Minister Don Jones officiating. Burial will follow at the White Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Redd was born to Thomas Ruben and Mary Frances (Burkett) Hitt on March 7, 1928 in Gilmer. She married Edwin Levi Redd on Nov. 9, 1950 in Fredericksburg. She was a member of the Church of Christ where she enjoyed singing and was a member of the Secret Sister Program. She enjoyed gardening at the Three Rivers Cemetery and cooked for the Three Rivers Rotary Club. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Survivors include two sons, Lawrence (Betty) Redd of Seabrook and Lindley (Rhonda) Redd of Three Rivers; five grandchildren, David and Travis Redd, Angel and Tressie Jones and Charlie Contreras; two great-grandchildren, Skye and Sabastian Rawlinson; and two sisters, Thelma Calliham of Fort Smith, Ark. and Dean (Raymond) Phillips of Sterling Heights, Mich.

Bell
Allen Harrison Bell, 78, of Three Rivers died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2005. A graveside service was held Tuesday, Dec. 13, at noon at the Mineral Cemetery in Mineral.
Mr. Bell was born March 15, 1927 in Yakima, Wash., to Alluvion L. and Ada (Davis) Bell. He was a WWII veteran and served in the U.S. Navy from 1943-45 and was a self-employed contractor. He enjoyed golfing and hunting.
Survivors include two sons, Gary (Sandy) Bell of Bend, Ore. and Roger (Roxanne) Bell of Ontario, Calif.; three daughters, Sharyn (John) Vasquez of Austin, Janet (Dennis) Herron and Nancy (Jim) McCoy, all of Longview, Wash.; 10 grandchildren, Jason, Devin, Chantel, Johhna, Jess, Brayden, McKenna, Whitney, Taylor and Kristyn; six great-grandchildren, Hayden, Hudsyn, Hadlee, Rylee, Mallory and Kiana; and two sisters, Carolyn Bell-Shrader of Arroyo Grande, Calif. and Catherine Bell-Feeder of Issaquah, Wash.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Estep
Glyn L. Estep, 83, of Three Rivers died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005. Mr. Estep was born to Granville and Eva (Secrest) Estep on Sept. 17, 1922.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Estep, of Three Rivers; a brother, Thomas Estep of Round Rock; a son, Jeffery Glen (Janice) Estep of George West; a daughter, Kathy Zimmerman of Three Rivers; grandchildren, Stacy Little of Calliham, Jessica Franklin of Coushatta, La., Jennifer and Jana Estep of George West and Stephanie Zimmerman of Three Rivers; two great-grandchildren, Sera and Joshua Franklin of Coushatta, La.; nieces and nephews, Marcy J. Moorefield of Mathis, Cindy Mercer of Pleasanton, Randy Lasiter of Mathis, Jeffrey Lasiter of Midland and Judy Burton of Monahans.
Mr. Estep served his country in WWII Army Air Force, European Theater and was ranked sergeant aircraft mechanic.
Visitation will be held today (Wednesday) from 3 to 7 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Simmons Community Church in Simmons. Burial will follow at the Simmons City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his grandchildren, Stacy Little, Stephanie Zimmerman and Jennifer and Jana Estep.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Forehand, Thomas Estep, Lee Roy Secrest, Buford Estep, Billy Moorefield, Patrick Hurley, Patrick Burton and Cody Poole.

Ginn
Rosabelle (Calliham) Ginn, 97, of Tuleta died Monday, Dec. 12, 2005. Visitation is being held at Galloway & Sons Chapel in Three Rivers today (Wednesday) until 2 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. at the chapel with the Rev. Weldon Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Calliham Cemetery in Calliham.
Pallbearers will be Cary Lloyd Semar, Roy Floyd Semar, Clyde Vincent Semar, Dale Lee Semar, Jay Harris and Brian Crumrine.
Honorary pallbearer will be Rodney Crumrine.
Mrs. Ginn was born June 7, 1908, in Tilden to Harry Thomas and Daulcy Jane (Bates) Calliham. She married Roy Crumrine in 1924 in Aransas Pass. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Tuleta and worked as an LVN in South Texas hospitals and nursing homes for numerous years.
Survivors include two daughters, Rosalie Semar of Tuleta and Trevia Harris of El Campo; a daughter-in-law, Patsy Crumrine of Aransas Pass; a sister-in-law, Unabelle Calliham of Calliham; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Ginn was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Roy Crumrine and J.D. Ginn; a sister, Georgia Bedwell; a brother, Dave Calliham; two sons, Glennie Crumrine and R.D. Crumrine; and a great-granddaughter, Emily Semar.

Homesley
Imogene (Bode) Homesley, 81, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, in George West. She was born on Aug. 28, 1924 to Altha (Jackson) and Felix R. Bode in Pontotoc. She had resided in Llano since 1946 coming from Mullin, Texas. She married Raymond Earl Homesley on July 2, 1942, in Goldthwaite.
She was preceded in death by her husband, in 1981; her parents; a son, Robert “Buzz” Homesley; a sister, Lucille Jester; and parents-in-law, Tom and Frankie Homesley.
Survivors include her children, Vivian and Leo Wood of Georgetown, Wayne and LaKay Homesley of Llano, Debi and Willie Ramirez of George West and Tom Ed Homesley of George West; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Eric and Tonia Wood, Madeleine and Caleb of Georgetown, Owen and Nancy Wood of Pflugerville, John and Shannon Wood of Round Rock, Sheila and Boyd Staedtler, Sierena and Caybrie of Marble Falls, Stephanie and Ron Hunter, Colton of Round Rock, Warren and Ty Homesley, Jordan of Marble Falls, Alex Homesley of Llano, Jason and Laura Ramirez of College Station, Jessica Ramirez of College Station; her sisters, Evelyn and Kyle Smith of Mullin and Margie and Charlie Phillips of Valley Spring; brothers, Ivan “Buster” and Jeannie Bode of Llano, Charles and Elaine Bode of Breckenridge, and Darrell “Pete” and Eileen Bode of San Antonio, sisters-in-law, Emma Jean Ware of Early, Geraldine Pederson of Georgetown; and brother-in-law, W.B. “Butch” and Betty Homesley of Yuma, Ariz., and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held Friday, Dec. 9, 2005 at the Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home Chapel in Llano at 2 p.m. Craig Smith officiating. Burial followed at the Llano City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Eric Wood, Owen Wood, John Wood, Jason Ramirez, Warren Homesley, Alex Homesley, Boyd Staedtler and Ron Staedtler.
Honorary pallbearers were Stephanie Hunter, Jessica Ramirez, Tonia Wood, Nancy Wood, Shannon Wood, Laura Ramirez and Ty Homesley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimers or Parkinson’s Association.
Arrangements were under the direction of Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Homes, Inc. in Llano.

Reyna
Simon Reyna III, 49, of George West, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, at a local nursing home.
Visitation will be held today (Wednesday) from noon to 7 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home in Three Rivers. A rosary will be recited this evening at 8 p.m. at St. George Catholic Church in George West. The funeral will be celebrated Thursday, Dec. 15, at 10 a.m. at St. George Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at the George West Cemetery.
Mr. Reyna was born to Simon and Guadalupe (Alaniz) Reyna Jr., on July 18, 1956, in Beeville. He was a lineman for Union Pacific Railroad.
Survivors include two daughters, Hillary and Heather; two sons, Darren Niles and Warren Matthew Reyna; ex-wife, Irma Holland; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Reyna Jr.; a sister, Sherri Lynn (Randy) Saenz; and a brother, Rolando J. Reyna.

Garza
Adan Anthony Garza, 14 months old, infant son of April Saldaña and Randy Garza of George West, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, from injuries sustained in a pedestrian/auto accident. He was born on Sept. 18, 2004, in Beeville.
A rosary will be held today (Wednesday) at 6 p.m. at the Roberson Funeral Home Chapel in Three Rivers.
The funeral will be celebrated Thursday, Dec. 8, at 10 a.m. at St. George Catholic Church in George West with family visitation at 9 a.m. There will be no procession from the funeral home to the church. Interment will follow at the George West Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, April Saldaña of George West; his father, Randy Garza of George West; two brothers, Christian and Sean Garza of George West; a sister, Alexis Garza of George West; grandparents, Modesto (Carol) Saldaña, Teresa Padilla and Janie Garza; great-grandmother, Andrea Saldaña; uncles, Modesto (Sulema) Saldaña; cousins, Oriann and Juliann, Vicente Lopez and family; and aunts, Lorry Garza and Mary Garza of George West.

House
H. Elmer House, 96, of Three Rivers, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005. Mr. House was born Dec. 2, 1908, in Sweetwater, Fisher County, to Hugh Davis and Mary Dee (Valentine) House. He came to Live Oak County in 1919, with his mother and father and two brothers, Harold D. House and Taze House. He married Bevie Maxine Shumate in Alice on Jan. 14, 1944.
Mr. House was the owner of the House Auto and Tractor dealership from 1936 to 1980, a longtime South Texas rancher raising Beefmaster cattle, a Past Master of Evergreen Lodge No. 325, where he was a member for 75 years, a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a Live Oak County commissioner from 1963 to 1970.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, a sister and his wife.
Survivors include one daughter, Molly Dee (Charlie) Younts of Sweeny; three sons, David James (Baudelia) House of Lytle, E. Mack (Sandy) House of Corpus Christi and H. Steve (Alla) House of Angleton; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Thursday, Dec. 1, at the Roberson Funeral Home Chapel in Three Rivers. A graveside service was held Friday, Dec. 2, at 3 p.m. at the Three Rivers Cemetery.
