GRANBURY -- Randolph "Ron" Jackson, 44, died Wednesday, May 7, 1997, at home.

Graveside service: 4 p.m. Saturday in Acton Cemetery in Acton.

Randolph Jackson was born April 8, 1953, in Dallas.

Survivors: Father, Randolph M. Jackson; aunts, Nancy Barker of Austin, Grace Douglas of Charlotte, N.C., and Lena King of Pensacola, Fla.; uncle, Kirby H. Jackson of Dallas; and numerous cousins.

Quincy Lee
SAN ANTONIO -- Quincy Lee, 81, a builder and developer, passed away Thursday, May 8, 1997, in San Antonio.

Memorial service: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Sunset Ridge Church of Christ in San Antonio. Mr. Roy Osborne will officiate. Reception: afterward at the church.

Quincy Lee was a longtime San Antonio resident and had been a builder and developer for many years. More importantly, Mr. Lee had served Jesus Christ for over 40 years through his work and service at Sunset Ridge Church of Christ.

Myrtle Tucker Martin
FORT WORTH -- Myrtle Tucker Martin, 93, a retired elementary teacher, died Friday, May 9, 1997, at a Fort Worth hospital.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home. Elder Sammy Box, pastor of Brentwood Hills Primitive Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial: private. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials: charity of choice, if friends desire.

Myrtle Tucker Martin was born March 25, 1904, in Barton County, Mo., to Theodosia and William H. Tucker. The family moved to Star, Idaho, in 1918, where Myrtle graduated from high school and began college. After moving from Idaho in 1927, she married Robert L. Martin of Nevada County, Ark., a widower with five children. She taught school full time in addition to being a mother to these children and her own son, born in 1931. She moved to East Texas in 1942 and earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from East Texas State Teachers College. She taught school for 43 years in Idaho, Arkansas and Texas before retiring and moving to Fort Worth in 1969.

She was a member of Brentwood Hills Primitive Baptist Church, having been a Primitive Baptist for 70 years. For 40 years she contributed articles and poems that were published in church publications and she served for several years as secretary on the board of the `Baptist Trumpet.'

Survivors: Son, William Robert Martin and his wife, Dorothy, of Fort Worth; stepchildren, Evelyn Goodman of San Antonio, Howell Martin of Pleasant Plains, Ark., and Howard Martin of Piperton, Tenn.; and granddaughters, Mary Ellen Martin of Fort Worth, Elizabeth Anne Martin of Austin and Jennifer Ruth Martin of Nashville, Tenn.

Mary C. Finnell Musick
FORT WORTH -- Mary Celeste Finnell Musick, 87, a hostess for First Presbyterian Church, died Thursday, May 8, 1997, in Fort Worth.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church. Burial: Strouds Creek Cemetery in Tolar. Visitation: 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the parlor of First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Floyd Kinser and the Rev. Sandy Kern will officiate.

Memorials: First Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund or a charity of choice.

Mary Musick was born March 22, 1910, in Troy. She attended Mary Harden Baylor College and taught music in Troy. After her marriage to Herman Musick in 1932, they remained in Troy until 1939 when they moved to Fort Worth and she worked in the defense plant during World War II.

In 1947, she became church hostess for First Presbyterian Church and worked in that capacity until 1978. She was noted for handling all social activities of the church, including weddings, funerals and meals served each week. She was instrumental in beginning the World War II cantine for soldiers in the annex of First Presbyterian Church.

She was on the board of directors of Trinity Terrace for 25 years and was a member of First Presbyterian Church for more than 50 years. Her dedication to the church and to people was recognized when she was named Woman of the Year in 1978. A cookbook was also dedicated to her. After her retirement from the church, she continued to be active in many church activities.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Herman Musick.

Survivors: Daughter, Gay Musick Lytal of Irving; brother, David Finnell and his wife, Dolores, of Hurst; sister, Nancy O'Quinn and her husband, Edgar, of San Antonio; grandchildren, James Lytal and his wife, Mary Beth, of Houston, and Lori McGiboney and her husband, Michael, of Birmingham; great-grandchildren, Wade, Aaron and Mason Lytal; nephew, Craig and Robin Finnell of San Antonio; and niece, Vicki.

BENBROOK -- Reuben Neubauer, 80, a retired tool and die machinist for Illinois Tools & Die, died Thursday, May 8, 1997, at home.

FORT WORTH -- Glada Lurotto Price, 79, a retired registered nurse, died Wednesday evening, May 7, 1997, at home.

Glada Lurotto Price was born June 15, 1917, in Warsaw, Ind. She was a registered nurse and a member of First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth and was active in her Sunday school class.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold V. Price, who died in 1986.

Survivors: Son, Hank Price and his wife, Betty Louise, of Fort Worth; daughters, Jan Price Zimmerman and her husband, Bruce, of Overland Park, Kan.; and grandchildren, Kelly and Holly Price and Robin, Thomas and Scott Zimmerman.

SAGINAW -- Jean Currie Smith, 62, a real estate agent, died Thursday, May 8, 1997, in Bedford.

Jean Smith was born Nov. 28, 1934, in Midland.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Annie Lora Rogers.

Christopher Teesdale
GRANBURY -- Christopher "Chris" Teesdale, 74, a retired wholesale oil and gas distributor, died Thursday, May 8, 1997, at his home.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Acton. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park in Fort Worth.

Memorials: American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Community Hospice or a charity of choice.

Christopher "Chris" Teesdale was born April 2, 1923, in Cleburne, where he grew up. He attended Cleburne, Arlington and Blanco High schools before joining the Army Air Forces. After spending four years in the service, with the last 14 months in Greenland, he left the Air Force and enrolled in the business management school at Texas Christian University. At TCU he met and married Mary Gose from Corpus Christi, who majored in education. They were married 51 years.

He had his business and lived in Amarillo for 25 years. His last 14 years in business were distributing Exxon products. He was very active with the Kiwanis Club and worked many years with the Key Club and Circle K. In 1986, they moved to Granbury.

Survivors: Wife, Mary Teesdale of Granbury; son, Christopher G. Teesdale of Dallas; daughter, Sharan A. Power of Honolulu, Hawaii; and grandchildren, Stephanie and Shelby of Honolulu and Cortney of Dallas.

Felio Tsumpis
FORT WORTH -- Felio Tsumpis, 91, a homemaker, died Thursday, May 8, 1997, in Fort Worth.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. The Rev. George Bessina will officiate. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Prayer service: 7 p.m. Sunday at Shannon North Funeral Chapel.

Mrs. Felio Tsumpis was born Sept. 29, 1905, in Turkey and came to Fort Worth when she was 19 years old. She was the last immigrant from the first generation that came to Fort Worth. She was a member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church for 72 years and was a member of the Philoptohos Greek Ladies Society.

Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law, Gus and Ann Tsumpis of Fort Worth; grandson, Nick and his wife, Stephanie Tsumpis, of Aledo; granddaughter, Mary and her husband, Ernie Valamides, of Arlington; great-grandchildren, Tiffany Tsumpis of Aledo and Jonathan Valamides and Victoria Valamides, both of Arlington; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

FORT WORTH -- Roderick K. Wenze, 20, a warehouse laborer, died Tuesday, May 6, 1997, in the Stop Six area of Fort Worth.

Roderick K. Wenze was born Feb. 3, 1977, in Marshall. He graduated from Arlington High School in 1995 and played basketball and ran track.

Survivors: Parents, Don Singleton Sr. and Sharon D. Wenze and his stepfather, Virgil Johnson; several stepbrothers and stepsisters; grandparents, Oscar and Anne Smith, Hazel White and Melvin Singleton; four aunts; and five uncles.
