FORT WORTH -- C. Belle Hunt Lile, 73, who retired in 1981 as a General Services Administration employee and a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and friend who loved her family, died Monday, May 26, 1997, at a Fort Worth hospital.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Western Hills United Methodist Church, 2820 Laredo Dr. in Fort Worth. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park of Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth.

Memorials: American Cancer Society.

C. Belle Lile was born Feb. 14, 1924, in Gravelly, Ark.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 41 years, Walter L. Lile, and by her parents, Charley and Arma Hunt, and also by her infant grandson, Derek L. Bearden.

Although she has joined her beloved husband, parents and Heavenly Father, she will be greatly missed by those who loved her.

Survivors: Daughters and sons-in- law, Brenda and Rick Bearden and Ann and Steve Hoover, all of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Scott and Robin Hoover, Michael and Marti Crockett, Aaron and Heather Hoover and Melissa Bearden; and great-grandsons, Khalib and Ian Lile Hoover and Joshua A. Crockett.

FORT WORTH -- Hazel Patterson Martin, 75, a homemaker, died Monday, May 26, 1997, at home.

Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Burial: Isham Cemetery in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Hazel Martin was born Feb. 4, 1922, in Van Zandt County, Texas. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Haltom City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hudson Martin.

Survivors: Sons, Dwight Martin of Fort Worth and Harold Martin of Mansfield; daughter, Linda Haralson and husband, Grady, of Fort Worth; sister, Mabel Smith of Fort Worth; sisters-in- law, Jane McConnell, Dorothy Martin and Dottie Maxwell; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and other family members.

Ray Scott McCoy
LEXINGTON, S.C. -- Ray Scott McCoy, 71, a retired salesman for a Ideal Cement Company, died Friday, May 23, 1997, at home.

Funeral: was held Monday, May 26, at Oak Hill Funeral Home in Kingsport, Tenn. Military graveside service: was held Tuesday, May 27, in Oak Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Joe W. Byrd officiated the funeral and the American Legion Hammond Post No. 3 was in charge of the graveside service.

Pallbearers: Reed Holland, David Taylor, Richard Hall, John Robbins, Clarence Robbins and Jim Monk.

Ray McCoy was born in Wise County, Va., and had lived in Kingsport, Tenn., for several years before retiring to Lexington, S.C., seven weeks ago. He was a retired salesman with Ideal Cement Company after several years of service.

He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 4695 in Hurst. He was a former owner of Skateland of Kingsport, Tenn., and was an avid chess player. He was a member of the Methodist church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph McCoy, and two brothers, Ralph McCoy and Jack McCoy.

Survivors: Wife, Marlene McCoy of Lexington, S.C.; daughters, Venus Holland of West Columbia, S.C., Valerie Taylor of Omaha, Neb., Valinda Hall of Acworth, Ga., Vanessa Lecy of Columbia, S.C., and Vicki Wagner of Magnolia; eight grandchildren; mother, Venus McCoy of Alma, Ark.; sister, Joy Millsap of Alma, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.

LEWIS, Kan. -- Michael Eugene McDonald, 52, a truck driver, died Friday, May 23, 1997, at a hospital.

Funeral: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Williams Funeral Home in Anthony, Kan. Burial: Spring Grove Cemetery in Anthony, Kan.

Michael Eugene McDonald was born Jan. 14, 1945, in Anthony, Kan., to Harry McDonald and Wanda Snavley McDonald. He was a truck driver and resident of Lewis, Kan.

Survivors: Son, Michael R. McDonald of Wichita, Kan.; father, Harry of Great Bend, Kan.; sister, Linda Sue Lawrence of Lewis, Kan.; companion, Marcialee Lawrence of Lewis, Kan; and one grandchild.

Kathryn McClintock
MINERAL WELLS -- Kathryn McClintock, 89, who retired as an executive secretary and women's representative for Nation's Bank, then First National Bank of Mineral Wells, in 1975, died Monday, May 26, 1997 at a Mineral Wells hospital.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Baum- Carlock-Bumgardner in Mineral Wells. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth.

Memorials: charity of choice.

Kathryn McClintock was born Sept. 17, 1907, in Monett, Mo. After retirement, she worked for the United Way in Mineral Wells for eight years. Gov. Clements presented the Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year in 1982 for her work there. She was past president of United Methodist Women Serving in District and Conference levels. She was past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Prudence Chapter 44. She was also president of Palo Pinto General Hospital Auxiliary, Wednesday Bible Study Club, Red Bud Garden Club, Zonta Club and twice at the Mineral Wells Woman's Club.

Survivors: Daughter-in-law, Shirley Harper of Bedford; grandchildren, Dougles Harper of Des Moines, Iowa, Dan Harper of Atlanta, Ga., Donna Oxland of Beaumont and Diane Harper of Arlington; great-grandchildren, Christina Harper, Brett Oxford, Ryan Oxford, Jennifer Harper and Kathryn Harper.

Paul Nixon Morehart
MANSFIELD -- Paul Nixon Morehart died May 26, 1997, at an Arlington hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Paul was born April 12, 1931, in Canal Winchester, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio State University where he was a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes basketball team. He majored in education and after teaching school for a year, entered the United States Air Force. He served at bases in Harlingen, Texas, Weisbaden, Germany, and Washington D.C, and attained the rank of captain. After leaving the Air Force, he joined American Airlines as a pilot, retiring in 1991 as a captain.

He moved his family to Mansfield in 1983. He joined the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce and served as president of the chamber for one term. He was elected to Mansfield City Council in 1995 and served until the present. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield and Walnut Creek Country Club.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday at the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield at 601 Pleasant Ridge Dr. (Pleasant Ridge at Walnut Creek).

Donations may be made to the Paul Morehart scholarship fund at T.A. Howard Middle School in Mansfield.

Survivors: His wife of 25 years, Elizabeth "Rusty" Morehart of Mansfield; daughter, Teri Morehart of Cedar Hill; daughter, Lisa Morehart of Irving; son, Don Morehart of Austin; daughter, Cara Morehart Beserra of San Antonio; granddaughter, Lindsey Morehart of Austin; brother, Harvey Morehart of Canal Winchester, Ohio; and brother, Jack Morehart of Canton, Ohio.

GRAPEVINE -- Russell Lee "Rusty" Myrick, 44, a truck driver for Alliance Freight, died Sunday, May 25, 1997, at a Dallas hospital.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home of Grapevine. Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Russell Myrick was born May 14, 1953, in Graham. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dennis and Wilella Flowers.

Survivors: Wife, Veronica Myrick of Grapevine; son, Jimmy Adams Myrick of Grapevine; parents, Jack and Wilella Myrick of Granbury; brother, Robert Myrick of Plano; and sister, Katherine Massa of California.

SANGER -- Maxine Downing Nesbitt, 73, died Monday, May 26, 1997, at a Denton Hospital.

Maxine Downing Nesbitt was born March 22, 1924. She was a Methodist.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

SUNSET -- Heath Ray Owens, 6, who just completed Kindergarten at Alvord Elementary School, died Monday, May 26, 1997, at a Bowie hospital following a riding accident.

Heath Ray Owens was born Sept. 19, 1990, in Bedford. He was a member of the District 31 Riding Clubs, including Olney, Jacksboro and Morgan Mill. He was preceded in death by his horse, Domingo.

Survivors: Parents, Tommy and Teri Owens of Sunset; sister, Heather Owens of Sunset; grandparents, Lowell and Esther Hughes of Sunset and Winona Able of Canton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Marguerite Dalphney Patterson was born Feb. 1, 1918, in Gutherie, Okla.

She married Raymond Dudley Patterson on Aug. 7, 1935, in Fort Worth. She was preceded in death by her husband on March 1, 1983.

Patterson of Azle, Darwin Patterson of Portland, Ore., Michael Patterson of Alvarado and Cecil Patterson of Alvin; daughter, Nancy Nickell of Fort Worth; brothers, Robert Anderson of Hurst and Arthur Anderson of Fort Worth; sister, Mildred Taylor of Azle; 17 grandchildren; and 19 great- grandchildren.

Ray Byron Pitcock was born Aug. 18, 1942, in Miami, Ariz.

He was an Air Force veteran and graduated last Saturday from the University of Arlington in political science.

He was a 31-year employee of Bell Helicopter and an avid bowler.

Survivors: Wife, Itinia Pitcock of Irving; son, David Pitcock of Arlington; daughters, Melanie Kaye Neville of Arlington and Leah Denise Davenport of Arlington; mother, Cora Lou Martin of River Oaks; stepchildren, David Glenn Taylor and Susan Lynn Noble; grandchild, Michael Neville; brother, Ronnie Pitcock of Fort Worth; and sisters, Peggy Shute of New Jersey and Penny Lindsey of River Oaks.
