Kenneth Niles

Kenneth Boswell Niles was born to Harry and Grace Niles in Beaver County, OK on March 11, 1919. He left
this life on April 25, 2008. He graduated high school in Beaver and then worked driving a gasoline transport
before marrying Betty Jo Tilton on April 28, 1940 in Woodward, OK. Kenneth served as a Machinist Mate in
1049th Seebees U.S. Navy Construction Detachment during WWII, stationed in England. After his discharge in
January 1946, he and Betty lived in Drummond, OK where he worked for the hardware store. He was saved
and baptized in 1950 at the Congregational Church in Drummond. They raised their growing family there until
they moved to Borger in 1955. He began working with his brother-in-law, Harry Jackson in his business--
Jackson Refrigeration. After Harry’s retirement, Kenneth started Niles Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. He was
later joined in business by his son, Philip and then his son-in-law Gentry Trahern. After his retirement he still had
his hand in several business ventures and he enjoyed gardening--mostly eating the fruits of his labor or giving it
away. He enjoyed spending time in his backyard and loved being with his family. He was a member of
Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and Wesley United Methodist Church.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Ralphona, a brother Karl, his wife Betty and their son,
Paul.

Kenneth is survived by two sons, David and wife Connie of Bowie, TX, Philip and wife Rita of Borger. Two
daughters, Kathy Sheets and husband Gary and Susan Trahern and husband Gentry of Borger. Three
brothers, Earl Niles of San Antonio, Dean of Edmond, OK and Clifford of Brownfield. Two sisters, Naomi Niles
of Sedona, AZ and Marie Jackson of Borger. He has nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Kenneth was a humble and gracious man as well as a loving, caring father and he will be dearly missed

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, April 28, 2008 at Wesley United Methodist Church with Dr. Jerry
Lane, Pastor officiating and burial at Highland Park Cemetery.

Lois June Forrest Reese

Lois June Forrest Reese, 78, of Fritch, died Friday, May 2, 2008 at Coronado Healthcare in Pampa, TX.

Lois was born June 4, 1929 to Johnny & Hettie Forrest in Okemah, OK. She married John Reese on August
30, 1960 in Borger, TX. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Fritch, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband; 1 son, Gary Reese of Green Bay, WI; 2 daughters Sharon Morin & husband
Tom of Fritch, TX, Jennifer Bowen & husband Jason of Las Vegas, NV; 8 grandchildren, Clinton Lynch,
Karissa Lynch & Tim Taylor all of Fritch, TX, Misty Reese of CA, Amanda Hodge, Racheal Hodge, Zachary
Hodge & Katelyn Bowen, all of Las Vegas, NV.

Lois will lie in state at Brown’s Chapel in Fritch, Monday, May 5, 2008 until service time.

Services will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Brown’s Chapel in Fritch with Max Brown, Chaplain
for BSA Hospice officiating and burial at Westlawn Memorial Cemetery.

Maxwell Nonhof

Maxwell Nonhof, newborn baby boy, died Monday, May 5, 2008 at Golden Plains Hospital in Borger.

Maxwell was the son of Patrick & Kamron Nonhof of Borger.

Private Services were held Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, with Dr. Jerry Lane,
Pastor Wesley United Methodist Church officiating.

Mildred Camp

Mildred Camp, 89, of Borger passed away Thursday, May 08, 2008 at her home.

She was born August 5, 1918 in Lonewolf, OK to Thomas and Mary (Campbell) Liles. She married George
Douglas Camp in 1939 in Pampa, Texas. They were members of the Red Dale Campers in Pampa and she
was the social director of the square dances while George was a caller.

She is preceded in death by her husband on July 29, 2007, a daughter MaryAnn Camp in January 1989, a
grandson Scott Hurt and a twin sister Thelma Casey in 1966.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Linda Sue Hurt and Larry of Plano, Fran Fletcher and Tom of Claude, and
Beth Hale and DL of Pampa; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00AM Saturday May 10, 2008 at Brown’s Chapel Of The Fountains with Mike Woelfle
officiating. . Burial will be at Highland Park Cemetery. Mrs. Camp will lie in state from 8:00AM Friday until
service time.

Casket bearers will be Tom Fletcher, Eddie Enochs, Michael Woelfle, Mark Woelfle, JD Woelfle and Bill
Fletcher.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of the Southwest, 1301 S Coulter, Ste 404, Amarillo, TX 79106.

Ellen Noland

Ellen Noland, 89, of Fritch died Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at Borger Healthcare Center.

Ellen was born July 7, 1918 in Hobson, Montana to Elmer and Ada Sloan.

She was a homemaker and Methodist. In 1939, Ellen married Phillip Noland in Pampa, TX.

She was preceded in death by her husband in November 1983.

She is survived by 2 sons; Flip Noland of Fritch TX, and Neal Noland & wife Anita of Grove, Oklahoma; 2
grandchildren; Aaron Noland & Audra Noland of Tulsa, OK and 1 great-grandchild; Regan Noland of Tulsa, OK.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday May 15, 2008 at Westlawn Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Bill
Sizemore, Fellowship Baptist Church officiating.

Helen Brown

Helen Brown, 80, of Borger, died Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Vista Care in Lubbock.

She was born in Lincoln County, OK on November 9, 1927 to William and Minnie Leake. She was a retired
school teacher from Borger School District and a member of Fairlanes Baptist Church. Helen married J.
Roscoe Brown on September 2, 1951 in Chandler, OK.

He preceded her in death in May of 2003.

She is survived by 1 son, Roger Brown and wife Deane of Wichita, KS; 1 daughter, Karen Barnes and
husband Brad of Hart; 2 brothers, Glen Leake and wife Gerry, Vernon Leake and wife Von all of Chandler,
OK; 1 sister, Betty Crawll and husband Dale of Chandler, OK; 5 grandchildren, Tim Barnes, Trevor Barnes,
Trent Barnes, all of Lubbock, Lauren Heaston and husband Rich, Sarah Butler and husband Jeremy and 2
great-grandchildren, Oliva and Jackson Heaston, all of Wichita, KS.

Services will be 2:00PM Monday, May 19, 2008, at Fairlanes Baptist Church in Borger with Dr. Chad
Chaddick, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa.

Casket bearers are Kent Anderson, Tim Barnes, Trevor Barnes, Trent Barnes, Rich Heaston & Jeremy Butler.

Mrs. Brown will lie in state at Brown's Chapel Of The Fountains from 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 17, 2008 until
service time.

Lou Tindall

Lou Ella Tindall, age 71, of Amarillo died Friday, May 16, 2008.

Services will be held at Brown’s Chapel in Borger, TX, Monday May 19, at 10am.

Mrs. Tindall was born in 1936 in Borger, Texas to Newell and Frances Smith. She married A.W. Tindall, Jr.
on February 12, 1966 in Borger. She was a member of Keeler Baptist Church. She worked 30 years as a
Lab Technician for Doctors Ingham, Hays and Hull. She retired in 1986. She moved to Amarillo in 2001.

She was preceded in death by her husband, A. W. Tindall, Jr. in 1990; her Mother, Frances Smith in 1997,
her Father, Newell Smith in 2005, and her great grandson, Kyler Tindall, in 2007.

She is survived by two step-sons, Randy Tindall and family of Borger and Richard Tindall and family of Fritch.
Two Sisters, Roberta Wallace and husband, Richard of Amarillo; Joyce Scott and husband, Oscar of
Amarillo. Two brothers, Roger Smith and wife, Vivian, of Elk City, Oklahoma and Alan Smith of Borger. Five
grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to commend and thank Odyssey HealthCare for their compassionate support with special
thanks to the uniformly excellent crisis care nurses and staff.

The family suggests memorials to the “Sunset Memorial Cemetery,” P.O. Box 727, Stinnett, TX 79083 and to
Odyssey HealthCare of Amarillo, 6900 I-40 West, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106.

Cindy Murphy

Cindy Murphy (Washington), 56 of Borger, died Friday, May 16, 2008 at her home in Borger.

She was retired from the city of Borger as the Waste Plant Operator and a member of Jesus Christ of Latter
Day Saints Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by 2 sons; Will Newberry & Chris Newberry & her cousin Judy Pace & Family of Borger.

Ms. Murphy chose to be cremated with no services.

Sue Powers

Sue Powers, 75 of Borger, died Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.

She was born February 24, 1933 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Pink & Clemmie Crossland. She was a
member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Borger.

Mrs. Powers was preceded in death by her husband Charles Powers, a son Dale Lee Powers, a brother
Bob Crossland and a sister Ann Lewis.

She is survived by her daughter Peggy Sue Blakemore of Borger; 2 brothers, Otto Crossland of El Reno,
OK & Howard Crossland of Ok.; 1 sister Jean Cannon of Ratliff City, OK; 5 grandchildren, Brandon &
Hallie Blakemore of Borger, Jocelyn Blakemore of Dallas, Jamie Smith of Cheyenne, Wy., & Katheryn
Powers of Camden, SC; 2 great-grandchildren, Austin Ritchie & Elise Blakemore of Borger and several
nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Wesley United Methodist Church in
Borger with Dr. Jerry Lane, Pastor officiating and burial at Highland Park Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Steve Mercer, Joe Mercer, Sammy Mercer, Glenn Davis & Charlie Davis.

Honorary Casket bearer is Don Coyne.

The family will be staying at 910 Harrington.

Dana Glee Anderson

Dana Glee Anderson of Borger, 63, died Friday, May 23, 2008 at Northwest Texas Hospital Hospice in
Amarillo.
She was born July 22, 1944 in Cherokee, OK to Monroe & Glee Ballard. Dana married W.R. “Andy” Anderson
December 23, 1960 in Perryton and was a secretary at Fenton Motors.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andy on January 3, 2008 and her parents.

Dana is survived by 1 son, Andy Anderson & wife Judy of Las Vegas, NV; 1 daughter, Starla Allen & husband
Jobe of Stinnett; 1 brother Darrell Ballard & wife Carol of Rockport, TX; 1 sister, Janna Hams & husband Jim
of Fruita, CO; 5 grandchildren, Zac Anderson, Seth Anderson, Cullen Anderson, Chason Anderson of Las
Vegas, NV & Jobe Lee Allen of Stinnett; Mother-in-law, Opal Anderson of Bella Vista, AR.

Services will be 10:00AM, Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Grace Fellowship Church in Borger with Ricky Griffin
officiating and burial at 2:00 PM at Ochiltree Cemetery in Perryton.

She will lie in state 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, May 25, 2008 and 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, May 26,
2008 at Brown’s Chapel Of The Fountains.
