Jason Lee Tolivar, 46, of Houston died June 17, 2000 at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church with burial at Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Community Funeral Chapel on Irma Avenue.

A native of Beaumont, he lived in Houston many years and was an accountant for IRI International.

Survivors include his father, James Tolivar Sr. of Beaumont; brothers, James Tolivar Jr. and Bryant Tolivar, both of Beaumont; and sisters, Catherine Smith of Houston and Ida Pearl LaRose of Fort Worth.

JIMMY WEAVER

Jimmy Weaver, 20, of Liberty died June 12, 2000 at the U.S. Naval Base in Guam.

Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Bethel Assembly of God Church in Liberty with burial at Fairlawn Memorial Park in Liberty under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.

A native of Baytown, he lived in Liberty most of his life and was on active duty with the U. S. Navy.

Survivors include his mother, Betty Myers of Liberty; stepfather, Alvin Myers of Liberty; father, James Weaver Sr. of Channelview; sisters, Julie Hudson of Gatesville and Jamie McDaniel of Dayton; and grandmother, Edna Mae Carter of Liberty.

AUDREY MAE WHITE

Audrey Mae White, 61, of Beaumont died June 17, 2000 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Magnolia Baptist Church with burial at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home on Gladys Ave A wake will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

A native of Beaumont, she was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Alex White of Beaumont; daughters, Linnie Dale Wright and Rosalyn Y. Robinson, both of Beaumont, and Kimberley White-Brown of Arlington; sons, Earl White and Darin R. White, both of Beaumont, and Eddie White of Houston; brother, Aubrey Cunningham Jr. of Beaumont; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

EMANUEL ‘DEAC’ WILLIAMS

Emanuel "Deac" Williams, 88, of Beaumont died June 17, 2000 at Canterbury Villa Nursing Home.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at St. John Baptist Church with burial at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Community Funeral Chapel on Irma Avenue. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service today at the church.

A native of Washington, La., he lived in Beaumont many years and was a retired City of Beaumont water tester.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Williams of Beaumont; sons, Nehemiah Williams of Houston, Earle Jones of Beaumont and Roy Jones of Los Angeles, Calif.; daughters, Lorene Malbrough and Joyce Hawkins, both of Beaumont, and Jacqueline Jones of Los Angeles; brother, Leroy Williams of Beaumont; 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

EVELYN CURTIS WILLIAMS

Evelyn Curtis Williams, 55, of Dayton Lakes Estates died June 16, 2000 at her residence.

A memorial will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in LaPorte under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

A longtime resident of LaPorte, she lived in Dayton Lakes Estates five years and was a Baytown-LaPorte Tunnel guard.

Survivors include her husband, James Lee Williams of Dayton Lake Estates; daughters, Lee Harrelson and Beth Carter, both of LaPorte, and Theresa Payne of Hinesville, Ga.; and five grandchildren.

RAUL URIEL ACUNA

Raul Uriel Acuna, infant son of Irineo and Hortencia Acuna of Liberty died April 9, 2000 at John Sealey Hospital in Galveston.

A graveside service was at 6 p.m. Monday at Fairlawn Memorial Park in Liberty under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

Survivors other than parents, grandparents, Eleuterio and Felipa Hernandez, Anatolia Diaz, all of Mexico; great-grandparents, Alfonsa Canseco of Brownsville, Ramon Hernandez of Mexico and Victorio Galban of Devers.

PATRICIA ANN GORDON BLANCHETTE

Patricia Ann Gordon Blanchette, 56, of Port Arthur died June 2, 2000 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Imhoff Street Church of Christ with burial at Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service at the church.

A native of Beaumont, she lived in Port Arthur 20 years and was employed at Mobil Oil Corp.

Survivors include her son, Carlton Gordon of Topeka, Kan; mother, Lillie Lofton of Port Arthur; father, James Gordon of Beaumont; stepmother, Olivia Gordon of Beaumont; sisters, Elsie Jacquo, Pamela Pete, Rose Welch and Joy Lofton, all of Port Arthur, Stephanie–Harkless of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Debbie Craig of Orlando, Fla.; brothers, Herbert LaBove of Beaumont, Albert Dewayne Lofton and Joseph Andrew Lofton, both of Houston; and one grandchild.

RICHARD BRUCE

Richard Bruce, 69, of Stowell died June 4, 2000 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Louis Catholic Church with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Winnie under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary in Winnie. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. today with a rosary at 7 p.m. at the mortuary.

A native of Pelly, he was a lifelong resident of Stowell and was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Laverna Bruce of Stowell; sons, Ricky Bruce and Henry "Hank" Bruce, both of Hamshire, Allen "Joe" Bruce of Alvord and Robert Bruce of Fannett; daughters, Annette Masi of Lexington, S.C. and Yvette Ballard of Kirbyville; stepdaughters, Charlene Guiterrez of Lumberton, Linda Gray of Anna, Fla., and Verna Joe Scarbrough of Zavalla; brother, Jack Bruce of Baytown; sister, Juanita Kahla of Stowell; 15 grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

BRENDA CARMEL BROUSSARD CAMPBELL

Brenda Carmel Broussard Campbell, 59, of Woodville died June 4, 2000 at Memorial Hospital of Southeast Texas in Lufkin.

Funeral will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Riley Funeral Home in Woodville with burial at Pilgrim Rest Cemetery near Woodville. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

A native of Franklin, La., she lived in Port Arthur and Woodville and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Marshall Campbell of Woodville; daughters, Angelia Rivers of Beaumont and Christy Campbell of Dallas; sons, Darren Musgrove of Port Arthur, Craig Musgrove of Baytown, Britt Musgrove of Jasper, Brett Campbell of Marshall and Blake Campbell of Temple; sisters, Barbara Scott of Beaumont, Sue Sherbaf of Port Arthur and Beryl Kibodeaux of Orangefield; and 11 grandchildren.

MARGARET CARROLL

Margaret Carroll, 77, of Buna died June 3, 2000 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Orange Hospital.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at E.E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial at Antioch Cemetery.

She was a resident of Buna.

MARY LOU CITIZEN

Mary Lou Citizen, 53, of Beaumont died June 1, 2000 at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Community Funeral Chapel on Lucas Drive. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday with a rosary at 9:30 a.m. at the church.

A native of Opelousas, La., she lived in Beaumont many years.

Survivors include her husband, John Floyd Citizen Sr. of Beaumont; mother, Beulah Richard of Beaumont; sons, John Floyd Citizen Jr. and Jammal Citizen, both of Beaumont; daughter, Stephanie Citizen of Beaumont; brother, Roy Richard Sr. of Houston; sister, Sevellia Goeloe of Beaumont; and three grandchildren.

DERRICK WAYNE DAVIS

Derrick Wayne Davis, 23, of Kountze died June 2, 2000 in an automobile accident.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Green Pine Baptist Church in Kountze with burial at Kirby Cemetery in Silsbee under the direction of Coleman Funeral Home in Silsbee. A wake will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the church.

He was a lifelong resident of Hardin County.

Survivors include his wife, Jessica Martinez Davis of Kountze; daughter, Mirycella Martinez Davis of Kountze; parents, Royce Edwin Davis and Peggy Jean Davis of Kountze; sister, Keshia Diane Davis of Kountze; brothers, Travis Edwin Davis of Kountze and Royce Edwin Davis III of Dallas; and grandfather, Eugene Moddon of Kountze.

BONNIE PEARL DOIRON

Bonnie Pearl Doiron, 83, of Beaumont died June 4, 2000 at her residence.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anne Catholic Church with private graveside service at Kirbyville Cemetery in Kirbyville under the direction of Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

A native of Remlig, she lived in Beaumont most of her life and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Jessie Doiron Jr. of Beaumont; daughters, Annie Frank of Dallas and Maggie Matthies of Austin; sister, Julia Berard of Beaumont; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

CLYDE CHARLES FLUITT

Clyde Charles Fluitt, 73, of DeQuincy, La., died June 3, 2000 at a local hospital in Sulphur, La.

Funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday at Snider Funeral Home in DeQuincy with burial at Rigmaiden Cemetery in DeQuincy.

A native of DeQuincy, and former resident of Beaumont and Houston, he was a retired merchant marine with Exxon Oil Company. He was employed at one time by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Department and helped to establish the first professional football team in Mexico. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include his daughter, Tanya Fluitt of Sulphur.

LORINE GORDON

Lorine Gordon, 63, of Vidor died June 3, 2000 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Funeral was at 3 p.m. Sunday at Corrigan Funeral Home in Corrigan with burial at Ryan Chapel Cemetery in Diboll.

A native of Wood County, she lived in Vidor many years and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her sons, Jimmy Dan Gordon of California; Richard Arviss Gordon, Jerry Lynn Gordon and Oscar Eugene Gordon, all of Vidor; daughters, Nancy Sue Sweeney of Beaumont, Linda Lorine Guillory of Lumberton, Donna Ruth Hughes and Suann Oliver, both of Vidor; brothers, Ed Bearden and W.J. Bearden, both of Diboll; sisters, Mable Warren of Diboll, Glenda Langston of Corrigan and Barbara Roberts of Dallas; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

MARJORIE LOTT GREENE

Marjorie Lott Greene, 71, of Vidor died June 5, 2000 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home in Vidor with burial at Bean Cemetery in Kirbyville. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

A native of Kirbyville, she lived in Vidor and was a retired Weingarten’s Grocery Store cashier.

Survivors include sons, William Earnest Shackleford of Quitman and David Anthony Shackleford of McKinney; daughter, Cindy Shackleford of Spring; brother, R.C. Lott of Vidor; sisters, Esthereene Morgan of Orange and Wanda Fay McClelland and Vera Lee Collette, both of Vidor; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
