Beatrice Bellard Semien, 71, of Liberty, Texas, was called on February 16, 2013, to be with the Lord Our Savior.

Beatrice Bellard Semien was born on September 14, 1941, to Augustine Guillory and Herbert Bellard in Church Point, Louisiana. One of ten children, After being reared in Louisiana and educated in the catholic schools. Beatrice thrived on being part of a large Catholic Family.

Beatrice moved to Texas where she met and married Anthony Semien in 1965. To this unity were six children: Spencer, Rowena, Rhonda, Renee’, Anthony Jr., and Andy.

Beatrice is preceded in death by her husband: Anthony Semien, Sr.; son: Andy Semien.

Beatrice leaves to cherish her loving memory, daughters: Renee’(Jerrial), Rhonda (Corey), Rowena (Patrick); sons: Anthony, Jr. and Spencer; grandchildren: Chase, Alliece, Jaxon, Kennedi; step-daughters: Lori David (Walden) and Lisa Young; sisters: Eva Winters (B.B.), Rita Bellard, Rose Gallow (Stanley); special-in-laws: Aubrey (Claire)Semien, Wilson (Lee) Semien, Audrey Antoine, Peter Antoine, Ruby Dark, Marcellus(Bertha) Braxton, Catherine Randolph, Johnny(Billie) Carter, and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Funeral Service for Beatrice Bellard Semien, will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013, 10:00 A.M. at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Ames, TX with the Reverend Father George N. Okeahialam M.S.P. Pastor officiating. Wake Service will be held Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Our Mother Of Mercy Church from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Rosary will be at 7:30 P.M. Interment in Our Mother of Mercy Catholic cemetery, Ames, Texas.

Lightfoot

Ella Mae Lightfoot, 78, of Raywood, Texas, died February 14, 2013, at her home.

Ella Mae was born on November 7, 1934, to the late Abel and Mary Pradia in Liberty, Texas. She was a surgical nurse in the Liberty and Chambers County area, for over fifty years.

Ella Mae was a parishioner of Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church, Ames, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Lightfoot her husband, and brothers, Nathan and Abel Pradia.

She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter: Charlotte (Rev. DelMar) Coward; sister: Rose (Willie) Mosley, a host of loving relatives, nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service for Ella Mae Lightfoot will be held Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church, Ames, Texas, at 11:00 A.M., with the Reverend Father George N. Okeahialam M.S.P. Pastor officiating.

Ashworth

Lonnie Mildred Ashworth, 78, of Saratoga, died Wednesday February 20, 2013. A Christus Hospital of Beaumont.

She was born in Pennington, TX on December 28, 1934. She moved from Pasadena to Saratoga 21 years ago and was a self employed Beautician and was a member of Westend Baptist Church of Saratoga. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Sleeta Stepleton; son, Allen Avery; sisters, Hattie Hubbard, Estelle Williams, Lucille Gilmore, Margaret Savant; brothers, Carroll Stepleton, Melvin Stepleton; granddaughter, Cristen Joy Ashworth.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, A.J. Ashworth of Saratoga; sister, Bitsy Craven of Crockett; brother, Frank Stepleton of Barnett, MO; sons, Joe Ashworth and wife Denise of Deer Park, Rusty Ashworth and wife Denise of Crosby; grandchildren, Amy Ladd and husband Jason, Cole Ashworth and wife April, Dusty Ashworth and wife Robin, Randi Ashworth, Marissa Ashworth; great grandchildren, Jacey Ladd and Donovan Ashworth.

Her family will receive friends at Faith and Family Funeral Services on Friday February 22, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A service of remembrance will be held at Faith and Family Funeral Services on Saturday February 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. officiated by Reverend Bruce Crosby and Reverend Alvin Tomlinson.

A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Flat Prairie cemetery in Pennington, TX.

Berry

Eileen Mary Berry, 62, of Anahuac died on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at her residence. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 on Thursday, February 28, 2013 in the chapel of Sterling Funeral Home in Anahuac.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, Merrill and Eileen Roe; brother, Michael Smith Sr. She loved going to the Casinos and playing Lotto. She loved being with her grandchildren and being grandma to everyone. She lived in Anahuac for the past sixteen years. She was born in New York.

Eileen is survived by her husband of 47 years, Edward Berry Jr.; daughter, Candy Mitchell and husband, Dennis; son, Eddie Berry; sisters, Madonnamarie Smith and partner, Diane Ocean, PeggyAnn Strombel and husband, William, Diane Klepfer and husband, Charles, AnnMarie Chew and husband, Richard; brother, Merrill Roe Jr. and wife, Mary; 8 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Crews

Mandy Ann Crews, 32 of Anahuac died on Friday, February 15, 2013 at her residence with her family by her side.

She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at First United Methodist Church of Anahuac under the direction of Sterling Funeral Home in Anahuac. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday at Mann cemetery in Colmesneil, TX. A gathering of Mandy's family and friends will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, February 18th at the funeral home.

Mandy was preceded in death by her sister, Shazette Nicole Dickerson. She loved fishing and hunting. She attended First United Methodist Church in Anahuac.

Mandy is survived by her husband of thirteen years, Cody Crews; daughters, Katelyn Nicole Comeaux, and Burgandy Cheyanne Crews; stepsons, William Wyatt Crews and Waylon Justice Crews; mother, Linda Colleen Wittek; sister, Margaret Lynn McCarty; brother, Jack Preston McCarty; and a host of other family and friends.

Lee

Carol Ann Henry Lee age 53 died at her home February 17, 2013 in Houston.

Carol Ann was born in Houston, February 9, 1960 the daughter of Donald Archie Henry Sr. and Joyce Greensage Henry. Carol Ann enjoyed people and never met a stranger. She was giving and loving to her family and friends. She loved to shop and listen to music. She also had a deep love for her dog Maximus and her cat Lucy. She last worked at the Wyndham Hotels as an accountant, working prior for Asco Hardware in Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Archie Henry Sr. Carol

Ann leaves behind to cherish her memory, sons; Dewayne Bruton wife Candace and Justin Bruton, granddaughter; Addison Nicole Bruton, mother; Addison Nicole Bruton, sisters; Donna Bennett husband Jug and Sandra Henry, brother; Archie Henry wife Michelle. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews, she will sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation for Carol Ann will be held Friday, February 22, 2013 from 6-9PM at Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis, Liberty. Funeral Services will be held 10AM Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the funeral home.

Gish

Everett George Gish, 82, of Dayton died on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at his residence.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend.

Local services are under the direction of Sterling Funeral Home in Dayton. Interment will be in Magnolia cemetery at a later date.

Everett was preceded in death by his mother, Mabel Gish; son, Marvin Gish. Everett loved fishing, and restoring old cars. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Everett is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elaine Gish; daughters, Valerie Duarte and husband, Michael, Renee Warren, and Michele Talley; 7 grandchildren, 8 great- grandchildren; sister, Janet Wadleigh; brother, Marvin Gish and wife, Pat; and a host of other family and friends.

Richter

Alphene Paden Richter, 98, of Dayton died Tuesday, February 19, 2013 in Liberty, Texas.

She was born August 18, 1914 in Clintonville, Pennsylvania to parents, Raymond Paden and Nancy DeWoody Paden. Mrs. Richter graduated from the Hotel Dieu Hospital School of Nursing in Beaumont in 1935. She met Dr. E.R. Richter while in nursing school and they married in 1936. Mrs. Richter was devoted member of the First United Methodist Church where she will always be remembered through her gift of the Richter Family Hand-Bells. She was the first school nurse for Dayton Schools, a member of the Woman’s Club, the Priscilla Club, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Texas Medical Association, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Liberty County Medical Association, and Order of the Eastern Star. She also was past Mother Advisor for Rainbow Girls.

Service for Mrs. Richter will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 22, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church, Dayton with Rev. Jon Stouffer officiating.

Mrs. Richter was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 44 years, her daughter, Margel A. Richter Monahan, her grandson, Roland Scott Roberts, and all but one of her siblings. She is survived by her son, E. R. “Sonny” Richter, Jr. and wife Tish of Dayton; her grandchildren, Robyn Richter Kline and husband Allyn of Dayton, E. R. “Bubba” Richter, III and wife Nancy of Dayton, Ernest Richard "Rusty" Roberts of Austin, Kristi Roberts Schuepbach and husband Ken of San Antonio; great-grandsons: Roland Scott Roberts, Chris Conner, Hunter Richter, Jack Samuel Schuepbach, and Matt Kline and wife Megan; also numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 505, Dayton, Texas 77535, the Dayton Volunteer Fire Department or the charity of your choice. Condolences for the family may be made at www.pacestancil.com

Meade

Irene Mauk Meade, 92, of Dayton died Monday, February 18, 2013 in Liberty after an extended illness.

She was born April 4, 1920 in Pikes Peak, Pennsylvania to parents: Waldo Lyman Mauk and Mable Marie Fyock Mauk. After her late husband Charles retired they moved from Pennsylvania to Dayton where they have lived for over 30 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Dayton United Methodist Women, the Dayton and Crosby Quilt Guilds. Mrs. Meade was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #1142 in Mont Belvieu.

Service for Mrs. Meade will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 21, 2013 at The First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jon Stouffer officiating. A private interment will follow at Magnolia Park cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Meade will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Charles R. Meade, Sr. in 2005, and her sister: Sue Kronk. Mrs. Meade is survived by her three sons: Charles Meade, Jr. and wife Marjorie of Dayton, Buddy L. Meade and wife Sue of Freedom, PA, and Dennis G. Meade and wife Thelma of Industry, PA; eight grandchildren: Patricia Holecek and husband Joe, Christine Cardiff and husband Jeff, Timothy Meade and wife Sheila, Jeffery Meade, Clifford Meade, Dr. Abigail Meade and husband Brian Ashman, Lorie Hiemstra and husband Scott, Jeremy Meade and wife Amy; fifteen great grandchildren: Sarah Holecek, Joshua Holecek, Julie Holecek, Kellie Holecek, Harrison Cardiff, Chase Cardiff, Matthew Meade and ife Natalie, Taylor Meade, Brittany Meade, Emily Meade, Charles Ryan Meade, Kayla Hiemstra, Tyler Hiemstra, Madelyn Meade, and Hailey Meade; one great great-grandchild: Sophia Meade; also numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 505, Dayton, Texas 77535 or to the charity of choice.

Bodenhamer

Doris Safern Reinhardt Bodenhamer, 91, of Dayton died Friday, February 15, 2013 in Baytown.

She was born September 4, 1921 in New Caney, Texas to parents Conrad Lee and Lilllie Bell Reinhardt.

Mrs. Bodenhamer attended New Caney High School graduating in 1940. She was a longtime resident of Dayton where she was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Doris was also an honorary member of Paws-4-Love. Mrs. Bodenhamer worked as a teller for Dayton State Bank before her retirement. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, quilting, travel, and working in her yard.

Service for Mrs. Bodenhamer will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Hill officiating, interment will follow at White Oak cemetery in New Caney. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday evening at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bodenhamer was preceded in death by her parents and her husband: Frank B. Bodenhamer in 1993, and her brother Horace Reinhardt. She is survived by her daughter: Janice M. Bodenhamer of Dayton and her son: Frank M. Bodenhamer of Deer Park; her grandchildren: Beverly Bodenhamer and Dean Bodenhamer; her great-grandchildren: Emma Bodenhamer, Steven Bodenhamer, and Dylan Bodenhamer; her sister: Ailene Ewald and husband Vernon of Pasadena; her brother: Erwin Reinhardt and wife Wilma of Denton; also numerous other relatives and friends.

Welch

Linda Curry Welch, 61 of Dayton died at her residence on Friday, February 8., 2013. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, February 15, 2013 in the chapel of Sterling Funeral Home in Dayton.

Linda was preceded in death by husband, Harvey Welch Sr., and parents, Bill and Mable Curry. She loved gardening and being with her family.

Linda is survived by her daughters, Cathryn Bray, Wendy Fields and husband, David; son, Charles Welch and wife, Belinda; grandchildren, Joshua Fields and Elizabeth Fields; brother, James McIntury; sister, Margaret Bass; and a host of other family and friends.

Payne

On Monday, February 11, 2013, Agnes Payne of Dayton, Texas died.

She leaves loving memories to be cherished by her family, four daughters: Rosemary Roberts, Deborah Southall and Vanessa Cochran all of Dayton, Texas, Dinah Roy of Houston, Texas; two son: Doyle Hebert of Petaluma, California and Raymond Payne, Jr. of Houston, Texas; sixteen grand- children, a host of great grand children, great-great grand-children, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; one aunt: Bernice Godfrey of Dayton, Texas; two sisters-in-law: Beatrice Payne of Dayton, Texas and Vedessa Hebert of Hardin.

Funeral Services for Agnes Payne, 84, of Dayton, Texas will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Dayton, Texas with the Reverend Greg Bellard, officiating. Reverend Emery Maxwell, Pastor. Interment in Acie cemetery, Dayton, Texas.
