DeKALB, Texas - Gary Lee Krueger, 62, of DeKalb died Saturday, March 6, 2004, in a Texarkana hospital.
Mr. Krueger was born March 16, 1941, in Woodville, Wis. He was retired ifrom Red River Army Depot and Army National Guard, a member of First United Methodist Church and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Krueger, on June 5, 2002.
Survivors include one son and daughter - in - law, Gary Shane and Melinda Krueger of Hooks, Texas; two daughters and one son - in - law, Abbie Krueger Baker of Hooks and Daphne and David Stiles of Texarkana; his mother, Arlene Krueger of Appleton, Wis.; one brother and sister - in - law, Jerome and Connie Krueger of Appleton; one sister and brother - in - law, Sandra and Joe Randazzo of Milwaukee, Wis.; eight grandchildren; and three great - grandchildren.
Services will be 4 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church with the Revs. Tony Hoefner and Micah Mauldin officiating. Burial will be in Woodmen Cemetery under direction of Bates - Rolf Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

ZOA RINNERT
NEW BOSTON, Texas - Zoa May Rinnert, 94, of New Boston died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at her home.
Mrs. Rinnert was born May 7, 1909, in New Boston. She was a homemaker, teacher and poultry farmer and member of Tapp Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Rinnert, in 1973; and one son - in - law, Dr. Tom Looney, in 1976.
Survivors include one son and daughter - in - law, the Rev. Ron and Elaine Rinnert of New Boston; one daughter, Wilma Dean Looney of New Boston; three grandchildren, Alice Ann Brown, Lisa Wilson and Leslie Looney; six great - grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Tapp Memorial United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jeff Hastings and Ron Rinnert officiating. Burial will be in Ringwood Cemetery under direction of Bates - Rolf Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

NEW BOSTON, Texas - George Gene Crawford, 66, of Simms, Texas, died Tuesday, March 2, 2004, in a Texarkana hospital.
Mr. Crawford was born Jan. 16, 1938, in Simms. He was retired from Lone Star Steel, a retired Bowie County deputy sheriff and a member of Dalby Springs Masonic Lodge and Bassett Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Opal Marie Crawford of Simms; one daughter and son - in - law, Bridget and Jimmy Kilpatrick of Simms; one son, Russell Crawford of Simms; one brother, Jerry Joe Crawford of Simms; one grandson, Seaman Erick Green of Kings Bay, Ga.; two granddaughters, Callie Dovell of New Boston and Heather Kilpatrick of Hooks, Texas; and two nieces.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Bates - Rolf Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roy Ford officiating. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery, Simms.
RAYMOND BALLARD
NEW BOSTON, Texas - Raymond Ellis Ballard, 41, of Hooks, Texas, died Tuesday, March 2, 2004, in a Texarkana hospital.
Mr. Ballard was born May 13, 1962, in Ennis, Texas. He was an employee of Citgo Petroleum, a member of Word of Faith Church, Simms, Texas, and an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Leah Ballard of Hooks; two daughters, Katreena Brooks of Texarkana and Kelsi Hornbuckle of Hooks; three sons, Joshua Ballard and James Ballard of Texarkana and Colton Ray Ballard of Hooks; his parents, Jerrol and Mary Ballard of Hooks; three brothers, Leo Shane Ballard of South Dakota, Troy Lee Ballard of Texarkana and Jerry Ellis Ballard of Hooks; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Bates - Rolf Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard White officiating. Burial will be in Read Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas - Raymond Joe Lane Sr., 77, of Longview, Texas, died Monday, March 1, 2004, at his home.
Mr. Lane was a schoolteacher, a coach and a World War II Army veteran.
Survivors include three sons, Raymond Joe Lane Jr. of Longview and Bobby Reed Lane and Gregory Scott Lane of Bossier City, La.; four stepsons, Robert Berger of Troup, Texas, Jack Berger and Gary Berger of Dallas and Richard Berger of Texarkana; two stepdaughters, Vickie Brainard of Texarkana and Debra Parker of Petal, Miss.; one brother, Charles Curtis Jr. of Hughes Springs; 29 grandchildren; 18 great - grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Hughes Springs Cemetery with Brian Baggett officiating. Burial will be under direction of Reeder - Davis Funeral Home.

Mr. Knox was born Aug. 13, 1933, in Marietta, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Knox of Naples, Texas; six daughters, Sandra McGraw of Atlanta, Texas, Cassandra Knox of Marietta, Yolanda Knox, Lorraine Knox and Sharon Knox of Mount Pleasant and Karen Knox of McAlester, Okla.; nine sons, Tony Knox of Marietta, David Knox of Linden, Texas, Damon Knox of McAlester and Marcus Hill, David Hill, Timothy Hill, Ernest Hill, Michael Hill and James Hill of Naples; one brother, Quincy Henderson of Marietta; one sister, Adelia Knox of Atlanta, Ga.; 19 grandchildren; seven great - grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church, Naples, with the Revs. James Boyce and O.T. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Floyd Valley Cemetery, Marietta, under direction of Tumey Mortuary.

David Franklin McGary, 71, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, March 2, 2004, in a local hospital.
Mr. McGary was born March 29, 1932, in Texarkana. He was a retired carpenter, professional baseball player for the Kansas City Monarch Negro Baseball League, member of New Town Baptist Church and an Army veteran.
Survivors include one daughter, Angela McGary of Texarkana; one brother, L.G. McGary of Texarkana; three grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Richardson Hill Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eric Martin officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.

NEW BOSTON, Texas - Doris J. Barling, 65, of New Boston, died Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital.
Mrs. Barling was born Sept. 4, 1938, in DeKalb. She was a homemaker, employee of New Boston ISD and a Methodist.
Survivors include her husband, James Barling of New Boston; one son and daughter - in - law, Kerry and Mary Barling of Iola, Texas; one daughter and son - in - law, Kayla and Steve Harbour of Ore City, Texas; two sisters, Amy Pynes of Lydia, Texas, and Rosa Locke of Huntsville, Texas; one sister - in - law, Dora Rumsey of DeKalb; five grandchildren; and two special friends, Mark Champion and Mark Williams.

NEW BOSTON, Texas - Nannie Dean Archambault, 85, of New Boston, died Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, in a Texarkana retirement center.
Mrs. Archambault was born June 30, 1918, in Simms, Texas. She was an accountant and a Methodist. She was preceded in death by her husband, A.V. Archambault in 1985.
Survivors include one daughter and son - in - law, Ava and Kenneth Barthel of New Boston; one sister, Jo Batchelor of New Boston; one grandson, Jordan Faulknor of Texarkana; one niece, Carolyn Jo Robertson of Redwater, Texas; and a number of other relatives.

Miss Wright was born May 2, 1919, in Stanton, Texas. She was a retired hotel catering hostess.
