JUAN RAMIREZ COMACHO
Juan Ramirez Camacho, 55, of Frisco died October 26, 1999 at Methodist Central Hospital in Dallas.
He was born July 25, 1944 in Charco, the son of Delfino and the late Anita Ramirez Camacho. He married Sara Reyes April 20, 1968.
He was a member of the Pentecostal faith, was a former Pentecostal minister, and a veteran of Vietnam serving in the Army.
Services will be held October 29, 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Frisco. Interment will be in Ridgeview West Memorial Park under the direction of Cantrell Funeral Home in Frisco.
Mr. Camacho was preceded in death by his mother, Anita Camacho, and two brothers, Joe and Frank Camacho.
Survivors include his wife, Sara Camacho, Frisco, father, Delfino Camacho, Elsa, sons Jorge Camacho, The Colony, Paul Camacho, Pilot Point, and daughter, Elizabeth Camacho, Frisco.
Other survivors include brothers: Rober Camacho, Elsa, Delfino Camacho, Jr. Frisco, and sisters: Lynda Lopez, WesLaco, Elva Carreon, LaBlanca, Celia Ramirez, LaPorte, Becky Lopez, Edinburg, Delia Ruiz, Lisva Escobar, Delia Riojas, and Gracy Rivera - all of Elsa, three grandhcildren and a number of neices and nephews.
JOHN GEORGE McNUELTY
John George McNuelty, 78, of The Colony, passed away October 25, 1999 at Select Specialty Hospital in Dallas.
He was born March 8, 1921 in Spokane, Washington, the son of the late John Walter and Carrie Mosier McNuelty. He married Ann Ebbighausen in 1942 in Bethney, Mo. He was a Baptist, veteran of WWII serving in the Navy, and was an electrical dispatcher.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cantrell Funeral Home in Frisco.
He is survived by his wife, Ann McNuelty; son, Brian McNuelty; and daughter, Becky Robinson, all of The Colony. Mr. McNuelty is also survived by five grandchildren.
Sharon Kay GEARY
Sharon Kay Geary, 51, of Frisco, passed away Wednesday, January 26 following an extended battle with colon cancer.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Cantrell Funeral Home in Frisco.
Sharon was born in Cherokee, Iowa November 26, 1948 to Lester W. and Mary Ann Bush. She graduated from Cleghorn High School High School in 1966, then married Clarence (Skip) Geary Jr. on August 9, 1968.
In 1982, after their fourth child, Sharon, Ski and their four daughters moved to Texas. Sharon was an employee of the City of Lewisville for 11 years and AER Manufacturing for three years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, taking her grandchildren to the park and fishing, as well as riding motorcycles and camping.
Her survivors include Clarence (Skip) C. Geary Jr., daughters Paula Fischer (Bruce) of Frisco, Angel Duke (Collin) of Frisco, Dawn Geary of Dallas and Michelle Geary of Lewisville; grandchildren, Sadie and Dylan Duke; her mother, Mary Ann Bush of Cleghorn, Iowa, brothers Ronald Bush (Gayla) of Quimby, Iowa; Phillip Bush of Cleghorn, Iowa, Les Bush of Montevideo, Minnesota; sisters Shirley Navrude (Stan) of Sioux City, Iowa; Elaine Kaltved (David) of Esterville, Iowa; Barbara Butler of Omaha, Nebraska; Sandra Tuttle (Tim) of Aurelia, Iowa and Jacqueline Bush and friend Scott Reinert of Cherokee, Iowa.
A brother, Michael Bush in 1981 and her father, Lester W. Bush in 1999, preceded her in death.

Georgia Davis HARRISON
Georgia Era Davis Harrison, 87, of McKinney, formerly of Houston, passed away Wednesday, January 26 at North Central Medical Center in McKinney, Texas.
Graveside services were held Saturday at Forest Park-Lawndale Cemetery in Houston.
Georgia was born December 4, 1912 in Purvis, Mississippi. She was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Ozella Olivia Askew Davis.
She married Frank Rufus Harrison August 16, 1941 in Houston, Texas, and he preceded her in death September 11, 1991.
She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Houston, 50-year member of Rothwell Chapter 669, OES in Houston, ABWA and Degree of Honor.
She was a retired registered nurse from Jefferson Davis Hospital, J.D. School of Nursing and Mosher Steel in Houston.
Georgia was feisty, yet warm, and giving. Not only did her nursing skills give comfort to those in need, but her endearing personality gave pleasure to al who came in contact with her. She will be missed by many.
She is survived by daughter Evelyn Harrison Yurgensen of Prosper; granddaughter Tonya Yurgensen-Jacks (Kevin Jacks) of Houston; niece Dr. Betty Barr of Houston, dear friend Ginger Martin Campbell of San Antonio and several other relatives.

Flossie Bell DeLEEUW
Flossie Bell DeLeeuw, 74, of Frisco, passed away Wednesday, January 26 at Columbia Medical Center in Plano.
Services were held Sunday, January 30 in the Cantrell Funeral Chapel in Frisco conducted by Rev. Tommy Jackson with interment in Ridgeview West Memorial Park in Frisco.
Mrs. DeLeeuw was born September 30, 1925 in Parsons, Kansas, daughter of the late Boyd David and Rosa Sedalia Carter Wilhite.
She married Jack DeLeeuw June 21, 1958 in Billings, Montana. She was a member of the Calvery Christian Center in The Colony, and was a housewife.
She is survived by her husband Jack DeLeeuw of Frisco, son Perry Lynn DeLeeuw of Mesquite; daughter Shelly Rose Stephens of Dallas; brother Glen Wilhite of Kansas and grandchildren Joshua Stephens, Daniel Stephens, Sarah Stephens, Brandi DeLeeuw, Elizabeth Alba and Mason Alba and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Robert Lane COOK
Robert Lane Cook, 63, of McKinney formerly of Homedale, Wilder, Idaho area, died January 10, 2000 at his McKinney residence.
Memorial services, conducted by Father Dean Pratt, were held January 18, 2000 at Cantrell Funral Chapel in Frisco.
Mr. Cook was born February 29, 1936 in Wilder, Idaho, the son of the late John A. & Goldie B. Lane Cook. He was of the protestant faith, and worked in the fertilizer business.
He is survived by his sons: Doug Cook of Marsing Idaho, David Cook of Boise, Idaho, Richard Cook of Notus, Idaho, and Robbie Cook of Homedale, Idaho, and his daughters: Susan Dent of Buena Vista, Colorado and Paula Cook of Eagle, Idaho. Others survivors include his brothers: Clarence D. Cook of Sun City, Arizona, John A. Cook, Jr. of The Colony, and Charles E. Cook of Plano, and his sisters: Edna Ross and Betty Greenof Boise, Idaho. Also surviving are several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and five brothers: Howard, Raymond, Rex, Avis and Glenn Cook.
Ruth Stiles FRAIR
Ruth Stiles Frair, 88, of McKinney, passed away Sunday morning, January 30, 200 at the Christian Care Center in Mesquite.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Cottage Hill Cemetery, conducted by Pastor David Smith under the direction of Cantrell Funeral Home of Frisco.
Mrs. Frair was born May 12, 1911 in Weston, Texas, daughter of the late Ben P. and Eleanor Hurst Stiles.
She married Joe Frair May 26, 1934 in Weston. She was a member of the Chambersville Methodist Church and was a retired nurse.
Mrs. Frair is survived by her son Joe Frair of Dallas, daughter Lyda Frair of Dallas, sisters Lena Cannata of Los Angeles, California and Leota Hall of Dallas, brother Ben E. Stiles of Las Vegas, Nevada and several nieces and nephews.
Olivia Taylor MELTON
Olivia Taylor Melton, 2, of Frisco, passed away January 19, 2000 in Dallas.
She was born May 3, 1997 in Dallas, to Richard T. and Andrea (McCully) Melton.
Funeral services were held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, with Jim Benton officiating.
Nell Davis WEINBERG
Nell Davis Weinberg, a resident of Kilgore from 1937 to 1970 died in Corsicana, Texas January 31, 2000.
She was born December 20, 1914 in Corsicana. On May 9, 1937, she married Joe H. Weinberg of Kilgore. He preceded her in death in 1969.
Nell was active in many organizations while residing in Kilgore. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, St. Mary’s Guild, Evergreen Garden Club, Club Au Caurant and PTA.
Mrs. Weinberg was president of the March of Dimes for many years and was active with many other charities.
She is survived by sons John D. Weinberg (Sharon) of Frisco; Joe H. Weinberg (Gayle) of Marshall, Texas; George R. Weinberg (Pam) of Houston and daughter Mary Nell Fried (Jack) of Denver, Colorado.
She is also survived by eight grandchildren – Trey Weinberg (Shannon), John Russell Weinberg, Paige Weinberg, Cari Weinberg, Joel Weinberg, Seth Weinberg, John Fried (Akari) and Joseph Fried; two great-grandchildren, Joseph Weinberg and Jonathan Weinberg.
Graveside services were held Thursday at Kilgore Cemetery. Father Steven Butts of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church presided over the services.
Henry ‘Hanky’ KRUPA
Henry "Hanky" Krupa, 85, passed away from Parkinson Disease January 28, 2000 in Frisco.
He was born July 1, 1914 to Joseph and Josephine Krupa in Detroit, Michigan. He married Dorothy Jankov in 1940 and she preceded him in death in 1986.
Mr. Krupa was a Past Master of Paul Revere Masonic Lodge #538 in Detroit and was a retired auto supervisor with Chrysler Corporation.
He moved to Frisco in 1979. He grew to love the athletic programs of Frisco schools, becoming an active booster. On Friday nights, you could always find him listening to the Fighting ’Coon Band at halftime.
He was a participant in Frisco Community Theatre and the First United Methodist Church.
Mr. Krupa is survived by sons Roy Krupa of Frisco and Ray Krupa of Oxford, Michigan; sisters Julia Jurgelonis of Royal Oak, Michigan and Alfreda Hunter of Phoeniz, Arizona; grandchildren Kandace Morgan of Frisco, Wendy Buckland of Davenport, Iowa, Shanna Yamik of Frisco, Brian Krupa of Oxford, Michigan, Glenn Krupa of Frisco and Eric Krupa of Frayzesburg, Ohio and great-grandchildren Jordan Pounds and Alexis Morgan, Carly, Gavin and Garrett Buckland, Sammy and Louis Krupa and Morgan and Rachel Yamik.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church in Frisco, conducted by Rev. Don Yeager under the direction of Cantrell Funeral Home in Frisco.
Jim Willis
Jim Willis, age 69, of the Mound community, went to be with his Lord on Friday, March 30, 2007.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 2, 2007, at 2 p.m. at the Gatesville Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Charlie Brown, A.C. Painter and Walter Rose officiating. Burial was in the Gatesville Masonic Cemetery with full military honors and Masonic rites.
Jim was born on October 10, 1937, in Big Creek, Mississippi. He was the son of the late Gilbert and Dessie Mae Patterson Willis. He grew up in Mississippi and at an early childhood age, he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior and served and loved his Lord all his life. He married Miss Lavinnia Lyle. He entered the U.S. Army in 1954, serving two tours in Vietnam, one tour in Korea and was stationed in Panama for six years. While he was stationed in Panama, he went on many church mission trips. He retired from the Army in 1979, after 24 years of service as a master sergeant from Fort Hood. After his retirement, they moved to the Mound community and he went to work at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as an instructor for the training academy at the Hilltop Unit in Gatesville. He had been a Mason since 1968 and was a member of the Maples Masonic Lodge #7791 A.F.&A.M. in Flat, and a Shriner since 1971. He was a member of Pecan Grove Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lounez Marter.
He is survived by his wife, Lavinnia of Mound; daughters, Mary Ann Cuneo of Gatesville, Ephie Calhoun and husband Charlie of Waco and Tracy Thornton and husband Steve of Alabama; sons, James Willis and wife Lupita of Groesbeck, Jeff Willis of Alabama and Mitch Willis and wife Lisa of Iowa; sisters, Flo Granahan and husband Leo of Norfolk, VA, and Jo McCracken and husband Bob of Memphis, TN; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many friends and extended family.
