Gladys, aged 90 years, beloved wife of the late William Henry (Jock), a much loved mam of Carol, loving mother-in-law of Harry, also a dear gran and great-gran. Would friends please meet for service at St. Luke's Church, Ferryhill Monday, January 15 at 11.15 a.m., followed by cremation at Durham.

MEEK - January 6 (peacefully, in hospital), of Ferryhill. MEWES - January 5, of Broompark, after a short illness in hospital. Tom, aged 73 years, very much loved uncle, great-uncle and brother-in-law. Friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Friday, January 12 at 9.30 a.m. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu for The Stroke Association may be given after the service. Friends welcome for refreshments at The Loves afterwards.

MIDDLEMAS - Sweet dreams, forever in our thoughts. Uncle Sammy, Auntie Cheryl, Cherie and Glen x.

MOORE - January 8, peacefully in hospital, of 25 Graham Court, Darlington. Benjamin, aged 80 years, beloved husband of the late Martha and a dearly loved father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral Tuesday, January 16. Friends please meet for service in St. Teresa's Church, Harris Street at 12.30 p.m., followed by interment West Cemetery. Friends please note no wake.

MOSS - (formerly Herriott) January 7, suddenly but peacefully at home, of Park Avenue, Hartlepool, formerly of Darlington. Pat, aged 71 years, dearly loved wife of Barry, much loved mother of Tony, Jackie, Jillian and Julia and a loving nanna and gran. Funeral Thursday, January 18. Friends please meet for service in St. James the Great Church, Albert Hill, Darlington at 11.00 a.m., followed by cremation. Flowers may be sent c/o Seaton Leng and Son Ltd., Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JR.

MULLEN - January 6, peacefully at home, of Darlington. Eddie, aged 54 years, dearly loved husband of Anne, much loved dad of Dale and Emma, loving grandad of Deacon and a dear brother of Margaret and brother-in-law of Stan. Funeral Thursday, January 11. Friends please meet for service in Darlington Crematorium at 3.45 p.m.

MURPHY - On December 31, 2006, formerly of Dean Bank, Ferryhill. Violet, aged 86 years, a beloved wife of the late Tom, a much loved mam of Tom, George, Bernice and Geraldine, a dearly loved grandma and great-grandma and a loving sister. Would friends please meet for service at St. Luke's Church, Ferryhill on Wednesday, January 10 at 1.15 p.m., prior to interment in Chilton Cemetery.

NEASHAM - December 27, tragically as the result of an accident. Alfred (Mick), aged 57 years, late of Coxhoe and Kelloe. Sadly missed by his loving wife and soulmate Valerie, his ever loving children Lee and Jill, daughter-in-law Kathryn and son-in-law Chris, his adored granddaughters Caitlin, Danielle and Sophie and his loving mother Sally, also remembered by his sisters Joan and Betty and husband Jacky, brother Keith and wife Pauline and all his in-laws, nephews and nieces. Friends please meet for service at Durham Crematorium on Friday, January 12 at 12.00 noon. All welcome afterwards at Mount Oswald Golf Club. Family flowers only please. NORMAN SEYMOUR - On January 8, peacefully in Oaklands Nursing Home, of Kirby, near Stokesley. Norman, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Molly, loving father of John, Frank, Mary, Liz, Tony and Meg and a dear father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Reception into St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Stokesley 7.00 p.m. Tuesday January 16, followed by Requiem Mass 10.30 a.m. Wednesday prior to cremation. No flowers please, but donations if wished for The R.A.B.I.
