JACKSON October 28, of Ryan Terrace, Wheatley Hill. Hazel, aged 74 years, beloved wife of the late Abner, much loved mam of Geoff, Jennifer, Gordon, Susan, Stephen and David, also a devoted mother-in-law, nana and great-nana. Funeral to take place on Tuesday. Would friends please meet for service at All Saints' Church, Wheatley Hill 1.40 p.m., prior to cremation at Durham Crematorium. With loving thoughts to Heaven we send with broken hearts that will never mend. Your new life we cannot share but in our hearts you're always there. JEFFRIES Nancy (formerly Collinson), aged 84 years, of Aske Avenue, Richmond, died peacefully at Rosedale Nursing Home, Catterick Garrison on October 27. Dearly loved wife of John and a much loved mother, grandma and great-grandma. Church, Sedgefield at 10.00 a.m., prior to cremation at Hartlepool Crematorium (Stranton) 11.20 a.m. No flowers by family request. JOBLING October 26 (peacefully, at home), of St. Annes Gardens, Middleton-St-George. Hannah (nee Dobinson), aged 83 years, beloved wife and best friend of the late Bill, loving mother of Sheila and Derek, Sandra and Graeme, also a treasured gran of Jayne-Marie and Glenn, Adrian and Kirstin, Nigel and Shelley and great-gran of Jordan and Joshua. Eva (nee Wanless), aged 87 years, devoted wife of the late Laurie, most wonderful loving mum of Jennifer, very precious nana of Heidi and Jamie, also loved by Peter, Wayne, Julie and little Jodie. My mum will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. She was a very special lady and loved by all who knew her. Funeral Monday. Dearest son of the late Margaret and Patrick, loving brother of Margaret, Paddy, Sheila and the late Michael, also a dearly loved uncle and sadly missed by all family and friends. Douglas, aged 80 years, dearly beloved husband of the late Lily, a much loved dad of David and Carolyn and a dear father-in-law of Lynn, also a dearest grandad of Paul and Neil. Interment Thursday, November 6 at Shildon Cemetery, following a service in the Methodist Church, Shildon at 1.30 p.m. Friends please meet at the Church.

Geoffrey, aged 51 years, beloved son of Doreen and Harry, a dearly loved husband of Kathleen, also a dearest father to John, Paul and daughter Gemma. Interment Tuesday, November 4 in Shildon Ceme-tery, following a service in the Methodist Church, Shildon at 1.30 p.m. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please. METCALFE Gordon Arras, aged 86 years, of Abbeyfield House, Barnard Castle (formerly of Woodside), died suddenly on October 25. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn, loving father of the late Malcolm and a dear uncle and great-uncle. Funeral service at St. Mary's Parish Church, Barnard Castle on Friday, October 31 at 1.30 p.m., followed by interment in the cemetery. Friends please meet at the church.
