Charlotte, aged 92 years, beloved wife of the late Roland (Dental Surgeon of Blackburn), a much loved mother of David and John, mother-in-law of Anne and Margaret, also grandmother of Hilary. Funeral service to be held at Darlington Crematorium on Wed-nesday, November 12 at 2.45 p.m. The family would like to thank all the staff at Leeming Garth and Benkhill Lodge for all the respect and care given to Charlotte during her stay.

ATKINSON October 30, of Devonshire Road, Belmont. Allen, aged 55 years, beloved husband of Christine, devoted dad of Claire, Lisa and Paul, a treasured son of Lilian and the late Arthur, brother of Janice and a sadly missed brother-in-law and uncle. Would friends please meet for service at St. Mary Magdalene Church, Belmont on Wednesday at 12.45 p.m., prior to cremation at Durham Crematorium.

Susanna Muriel (nee Sissie Blades), aged 78 years, dearly beloved wife of the late William, devoted mother of Leonora and John, a much loved nan and great-gran, also a dear sister to Len and Clifford. Interment Thursday November 6 in Crosshill Cemetery, Stanhope, following a service in St. Thomas' Church, Stanhope at 10.00 a.m. Friends please meet at church.

BAKER Raymond Rutherford (Barny), aged 79 years, formerly of Thorngate, Wynd and Dunelm Court, Barnard Castle, died peacefully, at Rosedale Nursing Home, Catterick Garrison on November 6. Much loved brother of Jenny, Margaret, Gillian and the late Bobby and a dear uncle and great-uncle. Funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, Startforth on Wednesday November 12 at 1.30 p.m., followed by interment in Barnard Castle Cemetery. Friends please meet at the church.

BARTOSIAK On October 29, suddenly but peacefully after a short illness bravely borne, of Morley Crescent, Kelloe. Edward, aged 80 years, a devoted husband of Jean, a beloved dad of Elvis, Stef, Raymond, Felix, Carol, Elizabeth, Suzanne, Helen and Marie, a sadly missed father-in-law, a treasured granda and great-granda, a dearly loved brother-in-law and uncle and best friend of Rami. Elizabeth, aged 52 years, treasured daughter of the late Sally and Mick, much loved sister of Michael, Tommy, Johnny Boy and the late Annis, dear sister-in-law of Ann, Avril and the late Eve and loved aunt of Tommy, Valerie, Joanne, Julia, Michael, Dicky Joe, John and Abigail. DEAN Alan passed away peacefully at home on November 4, 2003, aged 77 years. Formerly of British Rail, Derby and Darlington. Beloved husband of Dulcie, much loved father of Vivienne and Michael, dear father-in-law to Sean and Anne and dear grandfather to Georgie, Lucinda, Hannah and Rosie.
