HARKER On November 1 (in hospital), of 6 Dale Grove, Leyburn (formerly of Finghall). Frederick Kenneth, aged 79 years, beloved husband of Lilian and a very dear uncle. Funeral service and interment at St. Andrew's Church, Finghall on Thursday, November 6 at 11.00 a.m. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Church Funds (plate in church). Friends please meet at the church.

HARRIS Barbara (nee Richardson), aged 64 years, of Stank Farm, Bullamoor died peacefully in hospital, on October 31. Dearly beloved wife of Brian, mother of Suzanne, Rachel and Jayne, mother-in-law and grandmother. Funeral service on Thursday, November 6, 2003 at 11.00 a.m. at St. Lawrence's Church, Kirby Sigston, followed by interment. Family flowers only. Donations to the Alzheimer's Day Care Centre (Hambleton Branch), Ward 14 at the Friarage Hospital and St. Lawrence's Church.

Bill, aged 90 years, much loved husband of the late Eileen, a dear dad of John and Diane, father-in-law, devoted grandad and great-grandad, a dear brother and uncle. Would friends please meet for service at 2.00 p.m. on Friday in St. Mary Magdalene Church, followed by interment at Trimdon Grange Cemetery.

HAW Mary and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness, sympathy, cards of condolence and all donations received in lieu of flowers during their recent sad bereavement. A special thanks to all doctors, nurses and the home carers for all the help and comfort given to Vic during his long illness, also to Canon R. McFadden for his comforting service and to Keith Parlour, Funeral Director for all his help with the funeral arrange-ments.

JEWITT November 1, peacefully, in the loving care of all at Parklands Residential Care Home, Glenholme, Crook (formerly of Stanley, Crook). Marion, aged 88 years, beloved wife of the late Ernest, devoted mam of Eunice and George, a dear mother-in-law of Ann, also a much loved sister, nana and great-nana. Would friends please meet for service at Wooley Terrace Methodist Church on Friday November 7 at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment in Howden-le-Wear Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Wooley Terrace Chapel may be left after the service.

Eve, aged 84 years, dearly loved wife of the late Robert and loving mam of Susan and sister to Raymond and Olive, also sister-in-law to Nancy. Richard (Councillor), aged 66 years, devoted husband of Kathleen, loving father of Aileen and Julie, special father-in-law of Paul and Glen, dearest grandad of Hollie and Stacey. LINFOOT November 3 (passed away in hospital), of Westgate, Thirsk. Sonny, aged 83 years, beloved husband of Lorna, loving father of Martin, Yvonne, Susan and Trevor, a dear grandad and great-grandad. The service will take place at St. Mary's Church, Thirsk on Monday November 10, at 1.30 p.m. followed by interment. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory may be made to The Bob Champion Trust.

MACKFALL Doris (nee Knaggs) In hospital on November 4, after a long illness. Doris, aged 75 years of Eaglescliffe, dear wife of the late Laurie, dearly loved mum of Peter, Karen and Sheila, much loved mother-in-law, grandma, sister, sister-in-law and aunty. Who will be very sadly missed. Service and cremation to take place on Wednesday November 12, at The Chapel of St. Hilda, Teesside Crematorium, Middlesborough at 1.15 p.m. Would friends kindly meet at the crematorium chapel. McGINN November 4, of Esh Winning. Cuthbert Jonathan (Jonty), aged 77 years, a dearly loved husband of Mary, loving father of Mary, John and Veronica and a dear father-in-law and grandad. METCALFE October 31, of Saxon Green, Escomb. Michael, aged 68 years, beloved husband of Jean, dearly loved dad of Peter and Denise and a much loved grandad of Ashley, Myles and Robyne. Would friends please meet for service in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bishop Auckland on Wednesday, November 5 at 1.15 p.m., prior to interment in Witton Park Cemetery.

Betty Victoria, aged 72 years, beloved wife of Norman, dearly loved mother of David, Kay and Sarah and a very dear mother-in-law and nana. Funeral service and interment at St. Andrew's Church, Aysgarth on Thursday, November 6 at 1.30 p.m. Friends please meet at the church.

MOORE November 3, of Chestnut Avenue, Ferryhill. Harry, aged 64 years, loving father of Paul, Bev and John and also a dearest grandad, brother and uncle. Service and committal at Durham Crematorium Chapel on Friday at 9.30 a.m. Friends are welcome for refreshments afterwards at Ferryhill W.M.C.

MOORE On October 24, peacefully in hospital, of Peterlee. Edward (Eddy), aged 72 years, dearly beloved husband of Olwen, much loved dad of Gwyneth and Gwenda and devoted grandad of Mark, Lianne, Peter and dear friend and father-in-law to Paul. Friends please meet Birtley Crematorium Wednesday, November 5 at 12.00 noon for service. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, may be sent to British Heart Foundation. Loves last gift is remembrance. Friends kindly invited to Moorcock, Peterlee afterwards for a drink in celebration of Eddy's life from 1.30 p.m. onwards.
