Cortege leaving the residence of his son 14 West View, Ferryhill at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday, November 13 for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium at 12.00 noon.

EVANS (nee Hale) November 14, (peace fully, in hospital), of Edward Street, Durham City. Elizabeth Hannah, aged 87 years, dearly beloved wife of the late James, mother of Paul and Richard, mother-in-law of Barbara, also a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral private.

FISHWICK Suddenly, as the result of a tragic accident on Friday, November 7, of 216 Yarm Road, Darlington. Jonathan, aged 18 years, most adored son of Angela and Thomas, special brother to Thomas and the late Hayley, treasured grandson of Joyce and the late Jackie, also a much loved nephew and cousin. HERRING Annie (Nan), aged 95 years, formerly of Gayles, near Richmond, died peacefully at Richmond House, Richmond on November 6. Beloved wife of the late Frank, much loved mother of Ian and the late Malcolm and Alaistair, a dear mother-in-law and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service at St. Peter and St. Felix Church, Kirby Hill on Wednesday, November 12 at 11.00 a.m., followed by interment in the churchyard. Friends please meet at the church. William Maurice, in his 81st year, beloved husband of the late Ruth and Ruby, dear dad of Ann, Leslie, Maureen and step-dad of Ann, Jim, William and David, dear father-in-law, brother and brother-in-law, dearest grandad, grandpa and great-grandpa.
