EDWARDS - Roy (Eddie), of Acacia Avenue, Nuneaton, formerly of Teign Bank Road, Hinckley, passed away peacefully at George Eliot Hospital on January 30, aged 72 years. A loving husband, devoted Dad and Grandad, also a much loved and caring brother and uncle who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. God takes us one by one and breaks the family chain, but somewhere in another land the chain will link again. His funeral took place at The Heart of England Crematorium on Wednesday, February 6, at 1 o’clock.

DUNN - Irene May, of Moat House, Burbage, late of Kirfield Drive, Hinckley, passed away peacefully at the George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton, February 2, 2002, aged 91 years, dear aunt of Ann and John, great-aunt of Jonathan and Christopher. Funeral service St. Catherine’s Parish Church, Burbage, Friday, February 8, at 2.45pm, followed by cremation at The Heart of England Crematorium. All flowers and enquiries to G. Seller and Co. BAGGOTT - John (Jack), of Featherston Drive, Burbage, passed away peacefully whilst in hospital on February 3, 2002, aged 76 years, beloved husband of the late Barbara, dearly loved Dad of Roger and Jane, Sheila and George, Alan and Sue, Mark and Linda, Stuart and Mandy and also a loved grandfather and great-grandfather. FISHER - Gavin Lewis Roy of Hinckley, tragically taken away from us on Wednesday, January 30, 2002, aged 19 years. Gavin will be deeply and sadly missed by all his family and friends. FISHER - Gavin Lewis Roy. Our hearts have been broken by the loss so cruel of our Gav who meant so much to us all, we had no chance to say goodbye, before God called you to his home up high. You were a shining light to everyone around, but then a darkness fell on the ground. A brighter light now shines down from above. Side by side with your sister, sending down double the love, we will never know why you were taken that day, only God knows why and he will not say. You started to make a life of your own now never knowing how far it would have grown. Now in heaven you’ll suceed at last hand in hand with Kalika. Catching up with the past, the next time we will meet will be at heavens door. We’ll put our arms around you and then we’ll cry no more. HARRISON - Beatrice May, of The Limes R.H., Hinckley, late of Tudor Road, Hinckley, passed peacefully away in Leicester General Hospital, February 5, 2002 in her 95th year, dearly loved wife of Victor, devoted mother of Bernard and Wendy, respected mother-in-law of Joyce and Mick, dearly loved Grandma and Nanna of Andrew, Joy, Chris and Jayne, Steve and Tony, Deanna and Jade, Alice and Simon. MARRIOTT Wilfred of Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire, passed away on January 30, 2002, aged 62 years. Formerly of Beaumont Avenue, Hinckley, beloved husband of Elsie, dearly loved Dad of Stephen and Mary, Sandra and John, Karl and Ann and Jonathan and Caroline. Also a much loved Grandad of six. PHILLIS - Eirlys Mary, late of Bath and Mountain Ash, passed away peacefully on February 2, at Woodheyes Residential Home, Hinckley, after a long illness borne with great fortitude, widow of Edgar, mother of Sue and Frank, grandmother of Louise and Hannah and great-grandmother of Tiegan.
