Allan, aged 48 years, beloved son of Lucie and the late Tom, loving father of John Charles, dear brother of Harold, Raymond, Sandra, Heidi, Kevin and the late Thomas, also a devoted brother-in-law, uncle, nephew and cousin. Friends please meet for service at St. Catherine's Church, Crook on Monday, November 24 at 9.40 a.m., followed by cremation at Durham. All are welcome afterwards to a reception at Crook WMC.

MUDD Freda, aged 80 years, peacefully on November 16 at St. John of God, Scorton (formerly of Thornton Watlass). Much loved mother of Alan, Tony, Lynda and Mandy, dear mother-in-law of Eunice, Michelle, Henry and Robert and loving grandma of Catherine, Adam, Thomas and Christopher. Cortege to leave residence on Tuesday for service at Westbourne Methodist Church, Hartlepool at 3.00 p.m., prior to cremation at Stranton Grange Crematorium. REX Mary (nee Kee) (04.08.18 - 17.11.03) November 17, died peacefully at The Gardens Nursing Home, Darlington, after a courageous fight with cancer. Survived by loving husband of 53 years Maurice John Rex, proud daughter Sally Anne Adams (nee Rex) and son-in-law Stuart Adams and much loved grandchildren Hazel and Adrian, of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, brother Jim Kee and sister-in-law Mona Kee and numerous nieces and nephews and their children. Pre-deceased by father John George Kee, mother Ethel May Kee and brothers and sisters Alec, Olive, Jack, Hilda, Annie and Horace. Mary's life was devoted to caring for others, most notably her mother Ethel and her husband Maurice. For her, family and friends came before everything else. She also loved to play whist, join in with sing-songs, have a 'good chat' and attend church. Heartfelt thanks and gratitude are extended to all of those family members and friends who helped to make Mary's final months as comfortable and pleasant as possible. This includes the staff at the Memorial Hospital, the palliative care staff at The Gardens Nursing Home, Rev'd. Graham Morgan, of Northlands Methodist Church and most especially niece Wendy Anderson, her husband Alec, mother and father Mona and Jim Kee, daughters Michelle and Paula, son-in-law Stuart and granddaughters Emma and Holly Bryan. All friends and family are welcome to attend the funeral to be held Monday in Northlands Methodist Church at 2.00 p.m., followed by cremation. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent for the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of your choice, c/o Seaton Leng and Son Ltd., Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JR.

ROWLAND James On November 12, of 66 Yoden Road, Peterlee. James, aged 83 years, dearly beloved husband of the late Phyllis and loving father of Marion, Jennifer, Jim and John, a much loved father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. STEEL Eliza, aged 90 years, of Acorn Grange Nursing Home. Leaving behind Eliza, Sheila and Maria, re-united with husband Dixon (Dickie), children Dennis Patrick, William, Veronica, Jacob, Dixon and Terence and grandchildren Jacqueline and Andrew. Is loved and will be missed by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. Eternal rest grant to them O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon them.

Eliza, aged 90 years, beloved wife of the late Dixon (Dick), a much loved mother of Maria and the late Terry and a dearly loved grandma and great-grandma.
