Edna, aged 82 years, beloved wife of the late Len, much loved partner of the late Bob, loving mam of Geoff and Chris, also a treasured nana of Michael, Joanne, Kellie and Glenn. Funeral Thursday, March 4. Would friends please meet at 10.15 a.m. for service at Darlington Crematorium.

SADLER Died February 27, 2004, peacefully at Maple Lodge, formerly of Benkhill Lodge, Bedale and Londonderry. Arthur, aged 93 years, beloved husband of the late Gladys Maud, loving father, father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service to be held at St. John's Church, Leeming on Thursday, March 4 at 2.00 p.m., followed by cremation. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, for Benkhill Lodge Amenity Fund.

Devoted son of the late Ethel and Jim, beloved brother of William (Bill), treasured uncle of Angela, Kate and Ron, also much loved great-uncle of Andrew, Paul and Katie. THOMPSON February 28 (peacefully, in hospital), of Thornton Close, Newton Aycliffe, formerly of Shildon. Grace, aged 55 years, dearly loved daughter of Marion and the late Jack, a devoted mother of Gillian and mother-in-law to Andrew, also dearest sister of Liz, Bob and Jack and a dear sister-in-law. Cremation Monday, March 8 at Durham. Cortege leaving residence at 2.00 p.m. for a service in the Crematorium Chapel at 2.30 p.m. Friends please meet at the Crema-torium. Family flowers only please.
