A private service will be held on Tuesday, March 16, in Durham Crematorium.

HARRISON March 5 (peacefully at home), of Jenkins Drive, Bishop Auckland. Dennis, aged 69 years, beloved husband of Joan (nee Pybus), dearly loved father of Mandy, father-in-law of Stephen and grandfather of Ryan. Would friends please meet for service in St. Andrew's Church, South Church on Thursday, March 11 at 11.00 a.m., followed by private cremation. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, may be left at church for Church Funds.

HUGHES March 7, suddenly, following a short illness, of Hunwick, Bishop Auckland. Samantha Elizabeth, aged nine weeks, dearly loved daughter of Peter and Alicia, treasured sister of Peter James, also a precious granddaughter and niece. Will friends please meet for service in St. Catherine's Church, Crook at 11.00 a.m., on Friday, March 12, followed by private interment.

HUNTER Paul Andrew March 8. Paul Hunter, aged 39 years, of Thornton-le-Street, died peacefully in his sleep. He was the dearly beloved husband of Lucy, son of John and Doreen and brother of Richard, brother-in-law of Emma and son-in-law of Clive and Judy Baxter. The funeral will be held on Monday, March 15 at 2.00 p.m. at St. Mary's Church, Thirsk, followed by interment at St. Leonard's Church, Thornton-le-Street. Any donations to the Brain Tumour Action Charity would be greatly appreciated.

JENNINGS March 10, peacefully, in Darlington Manor Nursing Home, (formerly of Richmond). Eva, aged 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Eric, loving mam of Pamela and David, also a much loved mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 18, 10.15 a.m. at Darlington Crematorium.

JOHNSON Walter March 6, of Burns Terrace, Shotton. Walter, aged 66 years, dearly beloved husband of Jean, dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle and master of Laddie. MARLEY March 11, of Bank Top, Bishop Middleham, (land lady of Ye Olde Fleece Inn). Mary, aged 58 years. Dearest wife of Ken, loving mam of Neil and Scott, caring daughter of Mary and George, dear sister of Valerie, beloved daughter-in-law of Emily, dear mother-in-law of Janette and Steph and also a precious gran of Jack, Beth, Jake and Milly. Service to be held at St. Michael's Church, Bishop Middleham on Wednesday at 10.15 a.m. followed by cremation at Durham.
MARLEY Mary Gran was a special person and I loved her lots. We had great times and lots of fun together and I will miss her. She was a great Gran to have and I will always remember her and the good times we had. I will always love my Gran, Beth xxx.
MARLEY Mary Gran was the key that opened my heart. She was a generous, kind and giving person who everyone loved so dearly and she will never be forgotten. Love always, Jack xxx.
MARLEY Mary To a wonderful Mam As children you wrapped your love around us and protected us from harm.
